本产品以敦煌李广杏和红合苞杏为主要成分,添加其他保健植物加以精心制作而成,满足了人们为了保持健康的需求,提供了一个快捷,有效且口感良好的速饮茶包产品。

针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种杏皮水制备方法,其制备的杏皮水具有暖身、暖胃驱赶严寒,生津止渴、清爽消暑,且有开胃、辅助消化等功效。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种杏皮水制备方法,由下列重量的原料制备制成:杏干20g、杏皮15g、山楂10g、果脯10g、冰糖15g、砂糖10g、乌梅10g、梨脯10g、玫瑰10克、锁阳10克、酸枣5克、大枣5克、枸杞20、苁蓉5克、葡萄干30克。

(1)选用黄亮、透明、无霉点的杏皮;用筛子筛去杂质,进行精挑选;
(2)将挑选后的杏皮放入冷水中迅速清洗干净;
(3)在铁锅中放入适量水,水烧开,将清洗后的杏皮倒入锅中用100-140℃的大火煮半小时后,再用20-50℃温火熬煮一个半小时;
(4)根据不同功能添加辅料:熬制杏皮水依据保健的需要来增添辅料,需开胃暖身,可加入山楂片;益气补血,可加入红枣;壮阳补肾,可加入锁阳;清热除火,可加入乌梅;美容养颜,可加玫瑰;
(5)熬制好之后,将杏皮杂物全部过滤除去,留下水供人们饮用,用杏干制作的杏干水不用过滤,可将杏干和水同时盛于碗内,既可以喝水,又可以吃泡软的杏干。
