Detailed Description
According to the scheme for tracking the message delivery effect in the related technology, some parameters are manually added to active links in the message delivery when the message is delivered, and channels are identified and counted according to the parameters when a user accesses a landing page. The scheme can distinguish different channels according to different parameters, but the parameters need to be added manually by operators, the statistical logic of the delivery channels needs to be designed in a landing page, and in addition, the scheme cannot be accurate to each user.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a message delivery effect statistical method, which is applied in a message server (i.e., a background server of a message system), and generates a unique corresponding middle page link for a delivery message of each delivered object, that is, the middle page links correspond to the delivered objects one to one. The intermediate page link is used for replacing an original link in the launching message to obtain a target launching message, when the launching object clicks the link in the target launching message, the intermediate page is accessed, the intermediate page obtains an exclusive information set corresponding to the intermediate page parameter, then the access data of the launching object is counted according to the access data in the exclusive information set, finally, the access statistics aiming at each launching object is achieved, the access statistics can be accurate to each launching object, and the accuracy of the counting result is improved. And simultaneously, jumping to a page corresponding to the original link matched with the middle page parameter of the target release message. Moreover, the statistical process is realized by a server of the message system, and the statistical logic does not need to be designed in the page corresponding to the original link, so that the workload of research and development personnel is reduced, and the development cost is reduced.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a message delivery system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the system includes a message server 1, a terminal 2, and a target server 3.
Enterprises generally carry out digital marketing through an online marketing system, and the most common means of marketing activities is to send a batch of delivered messages containing activity links through an internal messaging system of the enterprise.
The message system runs in the message server 1, the message system sends the release message to the terminals 2 used by each user through each message channel, and the user can access the marketing activities in the target server 3 by clicking the links in the release message. That is, the target server 3 is a web server corresponding to the marketing content of the enterprise.
The terminal 2 may be a PC, a mobile intelligent terminal, such as a smart phone, an intelligent wearable device, or a tablet computer.
As can be seen from the above-described procedure, the terminal 2 can communicate with the message server 1, and the terminal 2 can also communicate directly with the server 1, and the message server 1 can communicate with the target server 3.
The message delivery effect statistical method provided by the present application operates in the message server 1, and a specific flow of the message delivery effect statistics will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a statistical method for message delivery effect provided by an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method is applied in a message server, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
and S110, generating a middle page link uniquely corresponding to the release message of each release object.
After the message system creates the batch marketing message delivery task, the message delivery effect statistical process provided by the embodiment is triggered.
The intermediate page link comprises an intermediate page parameter, the intermediate page parameter is uniquely corresponding to an exclusive information set of the launching message, the exclusive information set comprises information representing a launching channel and a target launching object, and access data, and the initial value of the access data is 0.
In one embodiment of the present application, the present application only handles the drop messages with the following preset conditions: firstly, the message is required to be a marketing type release message; and link is carried in the release message.
Typically, a drop message typically includes three classes, namely an offer class, a notification class, and a verification class, and the type of the drop message needs to be selected when the drop message is created, so that the type of the drop message can be determined when the message system processes the drop message.
If the released message is determined to be the marketing type, continuously judging whether the released message contains a link or not; whether the released message contains the link or not can be judged through the content template of the released message, and if the released message contains the link, the released message is determined to meet the two preset conditions, and then the processing flow of the application can be continuously executed. And if the delivered message is determined not to be the marketing type, determining that the message does not meet the preset condition, and not executing the processing flow of the application.
In one embodiment of the present application, the process of generating a middle page link uniquely corresponding to the delivery message of each delivery object may comprise the steps of:
generating an exclusive information set for the launching message corresponding to each launching object.
A dedicated information set is generated for each delivery message of the delivery object, and the key information in the set may include the following information:
tasheid: the mark of the task put in this time; representing the marketing campaign.
channel: identifying a channel; the delivery channels commonly used by the message system are numbered, for example, 0001 represents a short message channel, 0002 represents a mail channel, 0003 represents an in-station channel, 0004 represents a micro-message channel, and the like, and the specific definitions can be configured according to the system requirements.
And (3) uid: the field fills a target delivery object, namely a unique user identifier; in different channels, the unique identification of the user is different, such as a short message channel, and the mobile phone number is the unique identification of the user; the mail channel, the mailbox is the only identification of the user; the channel of the station mail, the ID of the station mail box is the unique identification of the user, etc. The specific meaning of uid can be known by matching the channel field above.
timing and map: sending a timestamp; indicating a timestamp when the impression message was processed.
destination: a real active link; this is the original link of the real activity carried in the original drop message.
total: the number of accesses is 0 at initialization.
Typically the real active links are stored in a proprietary information set. Usually, the real activity links of the delivered messages corresponding to the same marketing activity are the same, and in order to save the storage space, only one real activity link can be stored, and the associated exclusive information sets all point to the real activity link.
In another embodiment of the present application, the real active link is stored in a set of proprietary information.
Generating a unique corresponding intermediate page parameter for the launching message corresponding to each launching object, and establishing a mapping relation between the intermediate page parameter and the exclusive information set.
The intermediate page parameter is used as a unique identifier of the exclusive information set, and the intermediate page parameter can be used for acquiring the corresponding exclusive information set.
In an embodiment of the present application, a unique random string may be generated for each delivered message, for example, a unique random string may be directly generated, or a random string may be generated by performing a HASH algorithm on the specific information set or the user unique identifier, or a unique ID may be generated by using an ID generation method.
After generating the intermediate page parameter corresponding to the release message, combining the intermediate page parameter with the matched dedicated information set, for example, taking the intermediate page parameter as a key, taking the dedicated information set as a value, and taking the key: the value form is stored.
And generating the intermediate page link according to the intermediate page parameters.
The intermediate page is an access endpoint of the message system, and the link form corresponding to the intermediate page may be: https:// [ middle page domain name ]/[ middle page parameter ].
The intermediate page link can adopt a short-chain generation method, so that the final intermediate page link is not processed and is more friendly.
And S120, replacing the original link in the release message by using the middle page link aiming at the release message corresponding to each release object to obtain a target release message corresponding to the release object.
And after generating a middle page link corresponding to each launched message, replacing an original link in the launched messages created by the message system by using the middle page link, wherein the original link is an original active link, and the messages after replacing the link are defined as target launched messages, namely messages which can be directly sent to target launched objects.
S130, after an access request aiming at the middle page link of the target launching message is detected, updating the access data of the launching object for accessing the target launching message according to the access data in the exclusive information set matched with the middle page parameter of the middle page link.
When a user who receives the target delivery message clicks a link (namely, a middle page link) in the message, a statistical process is triggered.
After a user clicks a link in a message, a message system receives an access request for accessing an intermediate page, wherein the access request comprises the intermediate page link, the message system analyzes the access request to obtain intermediate page parameters contained in the intermediate page link, and then obtains a matched exclusive information set according to the intermediate page parameters.
If the exclusive information set corresponding to the intermediate page parameter cannot be found, the intermediate page parameter is illegal or invalid, and a wrong page is skipped; and if the corresponding exclusive information set is found, performing subsequent processing.
Further, according to the exclusive information set, recording the access data of the target launching message accessed by the launching object.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may further include the steps of:
and S140, jumping to a page corresponding to the original link matched with the intermediate page parameter in the target release message.
And triggering the middle page to count the access data of the link in the target release information accessed by the release object, and jumping to a page corresponding to a real active link (namely an original link) in an exclusive information set corresponding to the target release information, namely an active page. And jumping to a target page, namely the page of the marketing activity, under the condition that the user feels no.
The message delivery effect statistical method provided in this embodiment generates a unique corresponding middle page link for a delivery message of each delivery object, where the middle page link includes a middle page parameter, and the middle page parameter uniquely corresponds to an exclusive information set of the delivery message, where the exclusive information set includes information such as a delivery channel, a target delivery object, and access data. And replacing the original link in the release message with the corresponding middle page link for the release message corresponding to each release object to obtain the target release message corresponding to the release object. When the released object clicks the link in the target releasing message, the intermediate page is accessed, the intermediate page acquires the exclusive information set corresponding to the intermediate page parameters, then the access data of the released object is counted according to the access data in the exclusive information set, finally, the access statistics aiming at each released object is realized, namely, the access statistics can be accurate to each released object, and the accuracy of the statistical result is improved. Moreover, the statistical process is realized by a server of the message system, and the statistical logic does not need to be designed in the page corresponding to the original link, so that the workload of research and development personnel is reduced, and the development cost is reduced.
In addition, the scheme can also directly jump to the page (namely, the target page) corresponding to the original link matched with the middle page parameter of the target release message, and the release object has no perception on the process of jumping from the middle page to the target page, namely, the non-perception jumping is realized.
In an embodiment of the present application, in order to avoid the situation that the same user accesses multiple times and then calculates multiple times, as shown in fig. 3, the process of counting the access of the delivered object to the delivered message may include the following steps:
s131, after detecting the access request of the intermediate page link aiming at the target release message, acquiring the intermediate page parameter of the intermediate page link and the exclusive information set matched with the intermediate page parameter.
And S132, adding 1 to the access data in the exclusive information set.
After receiving an access request of the intermediate page link each time, adding 1 to access data in the exclusive information set corresponding to the intermediate page parameter of the intermediate page link.
S133, determining whether the throwing object accesses the link in the target throwing information according to the access data in the exclusive information set; if not, executing S134; if so, S135 is performed.
Here, the access data is a total field in the proprietary information set, and if the total is 0, it indicates that the target placement object has not accessed the link in the target placement information. If total > 0 indicates that the object of the release has accessed the link in the target release information.
And S134, recording the access data of the target release information of the release object as 1.
And if the released object is determined not to access the link in the target released message, updating the access data of the released object to access the target released message, wherein the access data is changed from 0 to 1.
And S135, not updating the access data of the target release information accessed by the release object.
And if the throwing object is determined to access the link in the target throwing message, the access data is not updated, namely as long as the numerical value of the total is greater than 0, the access data is constantly 1, the access times are calculated once no matter how large the numerical value of the total is, and the access times cannot be repeatedly calculated even if the user visits for multiple times.
In the process of counting the access data of the access link of the release object, the corresponding exclusive information set is obtained according to the middle page parameters, and the access data is obtained from the exclusive information set.
In another embodiment of the present application, when the value of the access data in the exclusive information set is too large, the access request may be intercepted, please refer to fig. 4, and the method may further include the following steps based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2:
s210, when an access request aiming at the intermediate page link of the target release message is detected, acquiring an exclusive information set matched with the intermediate page parameter of the intermediate page link, and acquiring access data in the exclusive information set.
S220, judging whether the numerical value of the access data is larger than a preset threshold value or not; if so, go to S230; if not, S140 is performed.
And S230, intercepting an access request aiming at the target delivery message.
If the value of the access data is larger than the preset threshold value, it indicates that a crawler or other attack behavior may exist, in this case, the message system may intercept the access request, i.e. no longer jump to the page corresponding to the original link.
And if the numerical value of the access data is smaller than a preset threshold value, normally jumping to a page corresponding to the original link.
In the statistical method for message delivery effect provided in this embodiment, after receiving an access request of a middle page link, access data corresponding to the middle page link is obtained, and it is determined whether a numerical value of the access data exceeds a preset threshold, and if the numerical value of the access data exceeds the preset threshold, the access request is intercepted, and no longer a jump is made to a page corresponding to an original link. The scheme avoids crawling and attacking behaviors of the crawler and improves the safety of the system corresponding to the marketing activities.
As already described above, the message system records only once each of the access times of each of the delivered objects to the target delivered message, even if the same delivered object accesses the active link for a plurality of times, and in this case, the click rate of the delivered message can be further counted.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of another statistical method for message delivery effect provided by the present application is shown, where the method may further include the following steps based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2:
and S310, aiming at each target release message corresponding to the same marketing message, obtaining the click rate of the release object according to the access data of each target release message and the total number of each target release message.
The method comprises the steps of collecting statistical data corresponding to all the released objects, calculating to obtain a crowd click rate (namely, a released object click rate), obtaining access data corresponding to target releasing information of all the released objects corresponding to the marketing activity information for the same marketing activity information (namely, the marketing information), calculating a ratio between the sum of the access data corresponding to all the released objects and the sum of all the released objects, and obtaining the released object click rate. As can be seen, the click rate of the released object refers to the ratio of clicks of the released objects in all the released messages corresponding to the same marketing information.
For example, a marketing campaign sends drop messages to 2000 drop objects, wherein only 1000 drop objects visit the links in the drop messages, that is, the sum of the visit data is 1000, and the click rate of the drop objects is 1000/2000-0.5.
And S320, calculating to obtain the channel click rate corresponding to each releasing channel according to the access data corresponding to the target releasing information released by the same marketing information in each releasing channel.
Similar to the click rate of the delivered object, the channel click rate is the ratio of the delivered object clicking the delivered message in the same delivery channel. That is, the total number of messages delivered in the same delivery channel is counted, and the click rate of the user in the channel is counted.
For example, 500 messages are delivered from a delivery channel, and only 200 messages are clicked and accessed by the user, the click rate of the channel is 200/500-0.4.
According to the statistical method for the message delivery effect, click rates of different dimensions, such as click rate of delivered objects and click rate of channels, can be obtained through summarizing and calculating according to the statistical data of the delivered objects, and research and development personnel can obtain the delivery effect of marketing activities by using the indexes, so that an optimization theoretical basis is provided for the next delivery of marketing activities.
In another embodiment of the present application, the set of specific information corresponding to the placement message of each placement object includes user-specific information associated with the placement object, for example, a nickname of the user, the user is a VIP user of a website corresponding to the marketing campaign, and the like.
After detecting an access request for accessing an intermediate page, the message system generates an access request according to the user exclusive information in the exclusive information set and the original link matched with the intermediate page parameter in the target delivery message; and sending an access request to a server corresponding to the original link. The access request is used for enabling the target server to send the access request containing the user-specific information, and the target server responds to the access request and generates a personalized page matched with the user-specific information of the user, so that the activity page displays at least part of different contents aiming at different release objects, and the flexibility and the personalization of the activity page are improved. For example, the activity title for an activity page may be: welcome some VIP user to engage in activities.
In another embodiment of the present application, the middle page may embed fingerprint information in a client (e.g., a browser) of the user, so as to facilitate getting through with a unique user identifier (e.g., a mobile phone number), and then, when the user accesses the target system by using the browser again, the access behavior of this time can be associated with the unique user identifier, where the foregoing process may include the following steps:
when an access request aiming at a middle page link of a target release message is detected, acquiring identification information of a target release object from an exclusive information set matched with the middle page link;
and generating fingerprint information according to the identification information of the target delivery object and the target domain name information, and sending the fingerprint information to the client initiating the access request.
The target domain name is obtained according to the domain name corresponding to the original link, for example, the domain name corresponding to the home page of the original link is determined as the target domain name; the fingerprint information may include user identification information and a target domain name.
When a user accesses a server (i.e., a target server) corresponding to a target domain name again by using the client, the client sends an access request containing fingerprint information to the target server, and the target server acquires user identification information in the fingerprint information, so that the access behavior is associated with the user identification information.
