All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
Before describing the detailed flow of the embodiments of the present disclosure, an overview of the application scenario of the embodiments of the present disclosure is first provided. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the same device may report the user information to the server through different identifiers, the server stores corresponding user information corresponding to the different identifiers, and the user information may perform directional pushing of information to the terminal by the user, for example, the directionally pushed information may be advertisement information, service provider service handling information, medical consultation information, and the like. When the device is a mobile terminal, the identifier of the information reported by the device to the server is not a cookie any more, but a static identifier, a designated identifier or an account identifier of the device is adopted corresponding to different applications. Therefore, the prior art method for establishing the cookie mapping relationship of the browser for the PC side for information aggregation is no longer applicable. The user information may include internet behavior information of the user, such as browsing records, shopping records, collection records, interest preference settings, and the like of the terminal application.
The static Identifier of the device refers to an Identifier that is strongly related to the device (and does not change in a normal case) and can uniquely locate the terminal, for example, an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of the terminal, an MEID (Mobile Equipment Identity), an Android Id, or a MAC (Media Access Control) address.
The designated mark is a mark generated by the server and issued to the equipment, and the mark is uniformly managed by the server. For example, the server may generate a unique and not strongly device-related identifier for the device based on the dynamic information of the device. Wherein, the dynamic information of the device refers to information except the static identification of the device. For example, the dynamic information of the device may include some device information and environment information of the device, and the like, where the device information may include factory time, a device model, manufacturer information, local system information, and the like of the device. The environment information may include changeable information such as the location of the device and the identity of the network service provider. The local system information of the terminal may include information other than the device static identifier, such as the first boot time of the device and the system version (e.g., the android system version).
The account id may be a system account of the device or an application account of an application installed on the device.
It should be noted that, because the specific identifier is generated according to the dynamic information of the device, and the dynamic information of the device is not strongly related to the device, the specific identifier is used to collect the user information of the device and push the directional information to the device, even if the specific identifier and the corresponding user information are stolen, the device cannot be located through the specific identifier, and it is even impossible to send malicious information to the device by using the user information, so that the stolen user information has no use value, and the privacy security of the user information can be ensured. It can be seen that, the information collection and pushing by using the designated identifier plays an Anonymous role, in practical application, the designated identifier may be referred to as an AAID (Anonymous advertising identifier), an AAID information collection and pushing system may be established based on the AAIDs of the respective devices, and a server in the system is responsible for the unified generation and management of the AAIDs.
When the same device adopts different identifications to acquire information or the same user has different devices, the information is pushed according to the user information corresponding to one identification, so that the real information of the user cannot be comprehensively reflected, and the pushed information is inaccurate. Therefore, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information aggregation method, which may aggregate information belonging to the same device or the same user, and refer to the embodiment provided in fig. 2A for a detailed process.
Fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating an information aggregation method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2A, the method is used in a server, and includes the following steps:
in step 201, a plurality of mapping data sources are obtained.
Each mapping data source comprises a plurality of identification mapping records, and each identification mapping record is used for indicating the mapping relation of different types of identifications of the same equipment.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may obtain multiple mapping data sources from multiple channels, such as:
(1) and acquiring factory information mapping relations of different devices from device manufacturers.
The factory information mapping relationship may include information such as IMEI, MAC address, MEID, SN (Serial Number) and factory time of the device. Wherein, when the device is a mobile terminal, the IMEI may comprise IMEI1 (single card mobile terminal), or may comprise IMEI1 and IMEI2 (dual card dual standby mobile terminal). And for each piece of factory information mapping relation, the server stores the mapping relation as an identification mapping record. In practical applications, the factory information mapping relationship may be flexibly changed according to the actual function of the device, for example, when the device is a tablet computer without a telephone function, the factory information mapping relationship of the device does not include the IMEI and the MEID of the device.
(2) And in the using process, acquiring the mapping relation of different devices and the designated identification.
For the same device, the mapping relationship associated with the specified identifier may be reported to the server by the device, and the server records the mapping relationship as an identifier mapping record.
The mapping relationship associated with the specified identifier of the device may refer to a corresponding relationship between the specified identifier of the device, a static identifier of the device, an account identifier, reporting time, and other information. For example, the mapping relationship may be a corresponding relationship between AAID, IMEI1, UserID, and Date for a single-card mobile terminal, or a corresponding relationship between AAID, IMEI1, IMEI2, UserID, and Date for a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, or a corresponding relationship between AAID, MAC address, UserID, and Date for a tablet computer without a phone function. When the device does not log in any account id, the mapping relationship may not include the account id.
(2) In the using process, the mapping relation between different devices and the account identification is obtained.
For the same account, the mapping relationship associated with the account identifier may be reported to the server by the device logged in with the account identifier, and the server records the mapping relationship as a mapping identifier record.
The mapping relationship associated with the account id may refer to a corresponding relationship between the account id and information such as a static id of a device logged in with the account id. For example, the mapping relationship may be a correspondence relationship between the UserID and the IMEI1 for a single-card mobile terminal, or a correspondence relationship between the UserID, the IMEI1, and the IMEI2 for a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, or a correspondence relationship between the UserID and the MAC address for a tablet computer without a telephone function.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the identifiers are divided into different identifier types, for example, an AAID type, an IMEI type, a MAC type, a UserID type, an SN type, and the like. The IMEI1, IMEI2, and MEID may all be of IMEI type.
In step 202, for each of the plurality of mapping sources, a primary key identification type of the identification mapping record is determined according to at least one preset identification type.
The at least one preset identifier type may be preset or modified by the server according to the aggregation requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, the at least one preset identification type may include an IMEI type, a MAC type, and a UserID type.
Wherein, according to at least one preset identifier type, the process of determining the target primary key identifier type of the identifier mapping record may be: determining the number of the identifier types matched with the at least one preset identifier type from the plurality of identifier types indicated by the identifier mapping record according to the at least one preset identifier type; if the number is larger than 1, determining the identifier type with the highest priority in the matched identifier types as the primary key identifier type according to the priority of at least one preset identifier type; if the number is equal to 1, the matching identification type is determined to be the primary key identification type. The priority of at least one preset identifier type may be preset or modified by the server, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, the at least one preset identifier type includes an IMEI type, an MAC type, and a UserID type, where the priority is an IMEI type, an MAC type, and a UserID type in sequence from high to low, and if the identifier types of the multiple identifiers included in one identifier mapping record are respectively an IMEI type, an MAC type, and an SN type, there are two identifier types in the identifier mapping record that match the preset identifier type, which are respectively the IMEI type and the MAC type, and since the priority of the IMEI type is higher than the priority of the MAC type, the IMEI type is determined as the primary key identifier type of the identifier mapping record.
In step 203, the primary key identifier of the identifier map record is extracted according to the primary key identifier type of the identifier map record.
The process of extracting the primary key identifier from the identifier mapping record according to the primary key identifier type of the identifier mapping record may be: determining a first identifier belonging to the primary key identifier type from a plurality of identifiers contained in the identifier mapping record; and taking the first identifier as a primary key identifier for identifying the mapping record.
The number of the first identifiers may be one or more, that is, the number of the identifiers belonging to the primary key identifier type in the identifier mapping record may be one or more. For example, when the type of the primary key identifier is the IMEI type and the identifier mapping record includes both the IMEI1 identifier and the IMEI2 identifier, the number of the first identifiers is 2.
It should be noted that, when the number of the first identifiers is multiple, in an embodiment, the multiple first identifiers may all be used as the primary key identifiers of the identifier mapping record; in another embodiment, according to the preset priority level, a first identifier with the highest priority level is selected from the plurality of first identifier mapping records as a first primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record, other first identifiers with lower priority levels are used as a second primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record, and a mapping relationship between the first primary key identifier and the second primary key identifier is established. The preset priority may be preset or modified by the server, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, when the 2 first identifiers are the IMEI1 identifier and the IMEI2 identifier, respectively, the priority of the IMEI1 identifier may be set to be higher than the priority of the IMEI2 identifier, and then the IMEI1 identifier is determined as the first primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record, the IMEI2 identifier is determined as the second primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record, and the mapping relationship between the IMEI1 identifier and the IMEI2 identifier is established.
It should be noted that, when the multiple mapping data sources are obtained, the server may further perform primary key identifier extraction on each obtained identifier mapping record, or after the multiple mapping data sources are obtained, according to an actual application requirement, perform primary key identifier extraction on each identifier mapping record of the multiple data sources, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The above step 202 and step 203 are processes of extracting the primary key identifier of each identifier mapping record included in the plurality of mapping data sources according to at least one preset identifier type.
In step 204, the identifier mapping records having the same primary key identifier in the multiple mapping data sources are merged to obtain multiple aggregation mapping records, so as to aggregate the user information acquired by using different identifiers in each aggregation mapping record.
The process of merging the identifier mapping records with the same primary key identifier in the multiple mapping data sources may be: determining a second identifier for any two identifier mapping records with the same main key identifier, wherein the second identifier is the same identifier in the two identifier mapping records; and according to the primary key identification and the second identification of the two identification mapping records, performing de-coincidence on the two identification mapping records.
In this embodiment, for any two identifier mapping records in the multiple mapping data sources, the following two cases are included when the server determines that the two identifier mapping records have the same primary key identifier:
in the first case, the two identifier mapping records have the same type of primary key identifier, and the number of the primary key identifiers is 1.
In this case, if the primary key identifications of the two identification mapping records are the same, it is determined that the two identification mapping records have the same primary key identification.
In the second case, when the types of the primary key identifiers of the two mapping records are the same, and the number of the primary key identifiers of at least one of the mapping records is greater than 1.
In this case, when the same primary key id exists in the two id mapping records, it is determined that the two id mapping records have the same primary key id. For example, the primary key identifications of identity mapping record 1 are IMEI1(A) and IMEI2(B), and the primary key identification of identity mapping record 2 is IMEI1(A), then it is determined that the identity mapping record 1 and identity mapping record 2 have the same primary key identification IMEI1 (A).
According to the primary key identification and the second identification of the two identification mapping records, the process of carrying out de-coincidence on the two identification mapping records comprises the following steps: and merging the two identification mapping records by taking the main key identification with the same two identification mapping records as a main key, only reserving one second identification after merging for the same second identification in the two identification mapping records, and deleting the other repeated second identification.
It should be noted that, for an AAID identifier, a user may select to reset the AAID identifier at a device, that is, one device may correspond to multiple AAID identifiers, and when IMEIs corresponding to multiple AAID identifiers are the same, and when merging identifier mapping records, a server may record the multiple AAID identifiers in one aggregate identifier mapping record at the same time, for example, the aggregate identifier mapping record includes an AAID list to record the multiple AAID identifiers. And determining the AAID identifier with the reporting time closest to the system time as the AAID identifier currently used by the equipment.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, different identifiers belonging to the same device (or user) are mapped, and the user information collected by the different identifiers can be aggregated, so that the real situation of the user can be reflected more comprehensively and accurately, and the accuracy of information pushing can be improved when the information pushing is performed according to the aggregated user information.
To more clearly illustrate the information aggregation process, the process is illustrated with reference to fig. 2B.
For example, the identifier mapping record 1 is used to indicate factory information mapping relationships, such as IMEI1(a), IMEI2(B), MAC1, SN1, factory time 1. The identifier mapping record 2 is used to indicate the mapping relationship associated with the AAID, such as: IMEI1(A), AAID1, UserID1, Date 1. Identity mapping record 2 is used to indicate the mapping relationship associated with the account identity, such as: UserID1, IMEI1 (A).
Taking IMEI as the type of the primary key identifier, extracting the primary key identifiers of the three identifier mapping records to obtain the primary key identifiers [ IMEI1(A) and IMEI2(B) ] of the identifier mapping record 1, the primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record 2 is IMEI1(A), and the primary key identifier of the identifier mapping record 3 is IMEI1 (A). Therefore, merging the three id mapping records may result in an aggregate id mapping record: [ IMEI1(A) ], IMEI2(B), MAC1, SN1, FactoryTime1, AAID1, UserID1, Date 1. Wherein [ IMEI1(A) ] indicates that the primary key identifier of the aggregation identifier mapping record is IMEI1 (A). According to the aggregation identifier mapping record, the user information acquired by any identifier of the aggregation identifier mapping record can be aggregated.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the device identifier changes, the aggregation mapping record corresponding to the device may be updated to ensure that the aggregation mapping record stored in the server can truly reflect the latest identifier of the device, referring to fig. 2C, the updating process may include the following steps:
step 1: and when a new identifier mapping record is received, acquiring the primary key identifier of the new identifier mapping record according to at least one preset identifier type.
This step is similar to the process of extracting the primary key identifier in step 203, and is not described herein again.
Step 2: and acquiring a target aggregation mapping record matched with the primary key identifier of the new identifier mapping record from the multiple aggregation mapping records according to the primary key identifier of the new identifier mapping record.
In this step, the aggregation mapping record in the multiple aggregation mapping records, which is the same as the primary key identifier of the new identifier mapping record, is determined as the target aggregation mapping record.
For example, when the primary key of the new identity mapping record is identified as IMEI1(A), the aggregate mapping record with the primary key identified as IMEI1(A) is taken as the target aggregate mapping record.
And step 3: and when the third identifier in the new identifier mapping record is different from the fourth identifier in the target aggregation mapping record, updating the fourth identifier in the target aggregation mapping record according to the third identifier.
And the third identifier and the fourth identifier are identifiers with the same identifier type.
In this step, when the third identifier is different from the fourth identifier, it indicates that the identifier related to the device or the user indicated by the target aggregate mapping record has changed, and in this embodiment, the change needs to be recorded, that is, in the target aggregate mapping record, the fourth identifier is updated according to the third identifier. In one embodiment, the update process may replace the fourth identifier with the third identifier in the target aggregate mapping record. For example, when a change in MAC address occurs, the old MAC address may be replaced with the new MAC address. In another embodiment, the update process may be to add the third identification to the target aggregate mapping record. For example, when the AAID of the device changes, a new AAID is added to the AAID list of the target aggregate mapping record and is determined to be the AAID identification currently used by the device.
It should be noted that the server may update the stored aggregation mapping record according to a preset period, where the preset period may be preset or modified by the server according to a real-time requirement of data, for example, the preset period is one day, one week, and the like.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent identifier falsification, when the primary key identifier in the identifier mapping record received by the server does not match the primary key identifiers of the stored multiple aggregated identifier mapping records, the identifier mapping record is marked as a suspicious record, and the subsequent server may analyze the suspicious record to locate a falsification manner and falsification equipment, and limit the falsification equipment to eliminate the hidden danger of identifier falsification.
It should be noted that, according to the information aggregation method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, aggregation of user information of the same device and aggregation of user information associated with the same user account can be achieved according to different types of primary key identifiers for aggregation. For example, when the type of the primary key identifier is IMEI, the user information of the same device may be aggregated, and at this time, the identifier for information collection of the device may be one or more of IMEI identifier, AAID identifier, MAC address, SN code, or UserID. When the type of the primary key identifier is user id, the user information related to the same user can be aggregated, at this time, the user owns the device 1 and the device 2, and the same account number is logged in the device 1 and the device 2, so that even if the device 1 and the device 2 adopt different AAID identifiers to perform information acquisition, the user information of the device 1 and the device 2 can be aggregated together by using user id, thereby realizing information aggregation across devices.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the comprehensive user information can be obtained through the aggregation mapping record, in order to ensure the security of the user information, the server encrypts and stores the aggregation mapping record, and sets the access right of the aggregation mapping record to be the highest, so as to reduce the security risk of the user information. In the process of actual information pushing, the server provides two information processing services, namely an online processing service and an offline processing service, according to the stored multiple aggregation mapping records. The online processing service is configured to process an information push request for a small amount of devices, for example, an AAID identifier of the small amount of devices is carried in the information push request, and after receiving the information push request through the online processing interface, the server determines, according to the received AAID identifier, an aggregation mapping record matched with the AAID identifier from among stored aggregation mapping records, so as to analyze user information indicated by the matched aggregation mapping record, and return push information matched with the user information. The offline processing service is used for performing batch processing of information pushing, for example, providing an offline batch processing service through a Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the main key identification of each identification mapping record of the plurality of mapping data sources is extracted according to the preset identification type, and then different identification mapping records are merged according to the main key identification, so that the user information acquired by using different identifications in each aggregated mapping record can be aggregated, and the comprehensiveness and accuracy of information aggregation are improved.
