Detailed Description
In a scheme for tracking the effect of the message delivery in the related art, when the message is delivered, some parameters are manually added in an active link in the message delivery, and when a user accesses a landing page, channels are identified and counted according to the parameters. According to the scheme, different channels can be distinguished according to different parameters, however, the parameters are required to be manually added by operators, statistical logic of the delivery channels is required to be designed in the landing page, and moreover, the scheme cannot be accurate to each user.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a statistical method for message delivery effects, which is applied to a message server (i.e., a background server of a message system) and generates a unique corresponding middle page link for a delivery message of each delivery object, i.e., the middle page links are in one-to-one correspondence with the delivery objects. The original links in the delivery message are replaced by the middle page links to obtain the target delivery message, when the delivery object clicks the links in the target delivery message, the middle page is accessed, the middle page acquires the exclusive information set corresponding to the middle page parameters, and then the access data of the delivery object are counted according to the access data in the exclusive information set, so that the access statistics for each delivery object is finally realized, the access statistics can be accurate to each delivery object, and the accuracy of the statistical result is improved. And at the same time, jumping to the page corresponding to the original link with the matched middle page parameters of the target delivery message. In addition, the statistical flow is realized by the server of the message system, and statistical logic does not need to be designed in the page corresponding to the original link, so that the workload of research personnel is reduced, and the development cost is reduced.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a message delivery system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the system includes a message server 1, a terminal 2, and a target server 3.
Enterprises typically conduct digital marketing through online marketing systems, with the most common approach to marketing campaigns being to group delivery messages containing active links through messaging systems within the enterprise.
The message system runs in the message server 1, the message system sends the release message in groups to the terminals 2 used by the users through the message channels, and the users click on links in the release message to access marketing activities in the target server 3. That is, the target server 3 is a web server corresponding to marketing content of the enterprise.
The terminal 2 may be a PC, a mobile smart terminal, such as a smart phone, a smart wearable device or a tablet computer.
As is clear from the above procedure, the terminal 2 and the message server 1 can communicate with each other, and the terminal 2 can also communicate directly with the server 1, and the message server 1 and the target server 3 can communicate with each other.
The message delivery effect statistics method provided by the application operates in the message server 1, and a specific flow of message delivery effect statistics will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a message delivery effect statistics method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method is applied to a message server, as shown in fig. 2, and the method may include the following steps:
s110, generating an intermediate page link uniquely corresponding to the delivery message of each delivery object.
After the message system creates the batch marketing message delivery task, the message delivery effect statistical flow provided by the embodiment is triggered.
The middle page link comprises middle page parameters which uniquely correspond to a proprietary information set of the delivery message, the proprietary information set comprises information representing a delivery channel and a target delivery object, and access data, and the initial value of the access data is 0.
In one embodiment of the present application, the present application only processes the drop message for how to preset the conditions as follows: (1) a put message that must be of the marketing type; (2) the put message carries a link.
Typically, a drop message typically includes three classes, namely a marketing class, a notification class, and a verification class, and the type of drop message needs to be selected when the drop message is created, so that the type of drop message can be determined when the message system processes the drop message.
If the release message is determined to be of a marketing type, continuing to judge whether the release message contains a link or not; whether the put message contains a link or not can be judged through a content template of the put message, if the put message contains the link, the put message is determined to meet the two preset conditions, and then the processing flow of the application is continuously executed. If the released message is determined not to be the marketing type, the message is determined not to accord with the preset condition, and the processing flow of the application is not executed.
In one embodiment of the present application, the process of generating an intermediate page link uniquely corresponding to a drop message for each drop object may include the steps of:
(1) and generating a dedicated information set for the delivery message corresponding to each delivery object.
A proprietary information set is generated for each delivery message of each delivery object, namely, the proprietary information set, and key information in the set can comprise the following information:
taskeid: the identification of the present delivery task; representing the current marketing campaign.
channel: channel identification; numbering is carried out on the commonly used delivery channels of the message system, for example 0001 represents a short message channel, 0002 represents a mail channel, 0003 represents an on-site message channel, 0004 represents a micro-message channel and the like, and specific definitions can be configured according to system requirements.
uid: filling in a target delivery object, namely a unique user identifier in the field; the unique identifiers of the users are different in different channels, such as a short message channel, and the mobile phone number is the unique identifier of the user; mail channel, mailbox is the unique identification of user; an in-station letter channel, an in-station letter box ID is a unique identification of the user, and so on. The specific meaning of the uid can be known by combining the channel field.
timetable: transmitting the time stamp; indicating the timestamp at which the put message was processed.
Destination: true active links; this is the original link of the actual activity in the original put message.
total: the number of accesses is 0 at initialization.
Typically the actual active links are stored in a proprietary information set. In general, the real activity links of the corresponding delivery messages of the same marketing activity are the same, so that in order to save storage space, only one real activity link can be stored, and the associated proprietary information sets point to the real activity link.
In another embodiment of the present application, the real active links are stored in a proprietary information set.
(2) And generating a unique corresponding middle page parameter for the delivery message corresponding to each delivery object, and establishing a mapping relation between the middle page parameter and the exclusive information set.
The middle page parameter is used as a unique identifier of the exclusive information set, and the corresponding exclusive information set can be acquired by using the middle page parameter.
In one embodiment of the present application, a unique random string may be generated for each delivery message, for example, a unique random string may be directly generated, or a HASH algorithm may be performed on the proprietary information set or the unique user identifier to generate a random string, or a unique ID may also be generated by using an ID generation method.
After the intermediate page parameter corresponding to the put-in message is generated, the intermediate page parameter is combined with the matched exclusive information set, for example, the intermediate page parameter is used as a key, the exclusive information set is used as a value, and the key is used as the key: value is stored in the form of a value.
(3) An intermediate page link is generated based on the intermediate page parameters.
The middle page is an access endpoint of the message system, and the link corresponding to the middle page may be: https:// [ intermediate page domain name ]/[ intermediate page parameter ].
The middle page link can adopt a short chain generation method, so that the link of the final middle page is not processed, and is more friendly.
S120, replacing an original link in the delivery message by using an intermediate page link according to the delivery message corresponding to each delivery object to obtain a target delivery message corresponding to the delivery object.
After the intermediate page link corresponding to each delivery message is generated, the intermediate page link is utilized to replace the original link in the delivery message created by the message system, wherein the original link is the original active link, and the message after the replacement link is defined as the target delivery message, namely the message which can be directly sent to the target delivery object.
And S130, after the access request of the middle page link aiming at the target release message is detected, updating the access data of the release object for accessing the target release message according to the access data in the exclusive information set matched with the middle page parameter of the middle page link.
When the user who receives the targeted delivery message clicks on a link in the message (i.e., an intermediate page link), a statistical process is triggered.
After clicking the link in the message, the message system receives an access request for accessing the intermediate page, wherein the access request comprises the intermediate page link, and the message system analyzes the access request to acquire the intermediate page parameters contained in the intermediate page link, so as to acquire the matched exclusive information set according to the intermediate page parameters.
If the exclusive information set corresponding to the middle page parameter cannot be found, indicating that the middle page parameter is illegal or has been invalid, and jumping to the error page; and if the corresponding exclusive information set is found, carrying out a subsequent processing process.
Further, access data of the release object to the target release message is recorded according to the exclusive information set.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the method may further include the following steps:
and S140, jumping to a page corresponding to the original link matched with the middle page parameter in the target delivery message.
And triggering the middle page statistics delivery object to access the access data of the links in the target delivery information, and simultaneously, jumping to a page corresponding to a real active link (namely an original link) in the exclusive information set corresponding to the target delivery information, namely an active page. The user jumps to the target page, i.e., the page of the marketing campaign, without feeling.
According to the message delivery effect statistical method provided by the embodiment, a unique corresponding intermediate page link is generated for the delivery message of each delivery object, the intermediate page link comprises an intermediate page parameter, the intermediate page parameter uniquely corresponds to a specific information set of the delivery message, and the specific information set comprises information such as a delivery channel, a target delivery object, access data and the like. And replacing the original link in the release message with the corresponding middle page link for the release message corresponding to each release object to obtain the target release message corresponding to the release object. When a delivery object clicks a link in a target delivery message, the middle page is accessed, the middle page acquires a proprietary information set corresponding to parameters of the middle page, and then access data of the delivery object are counted according to the access data in the proprietary information set, so that access statistics for each delivery object is finally realized, namely the access statistics can be accurate to each delivery object, and accuracy of a statistical result is improved. In addition, the statistical flow is realized by the server of the message system, and statistical logic does not need to be designed in the page corresponding to the original link, so that the workload of research personnel is reduced, and the development cost is reduced.
In addition, the scheme can directly jump to the page (i.e. the target page) corresponding to the original link with the matched middle page parameters of the target release message, and the release object has no perception on the process of jumping from the middle page to the target page, namely, the non-perception jumping is realized.
In one embodiment of the present application, to avoid the situation that the same user accesses a plurality of times and calculates a plurality of times, as shown in fig. 3, the process of counting the access of the object to the delivery message may include the following steps:
s131, after the access request of the middle page link aiming at the target delivery message is detected, the middle page parameter of the middle page link and the exclusive information set matched with the middle page parameter are acquired.
S132, adding 1 to the access data in the exclusive information set.
After each time an access request of the middle page link is received, the access data in the exclusive information set corresponding to the middle page parameter of the middle page link is increased by 1.
S133, determining whether the delivery object accesses the link in the target delivery information according to the access data in the exclusive information set; if not, then S134 is performed; if so, S135 is performed.
The access data here is a total field in the proprietary information set, and if total=0, indicates that the delivery object has not accessed the link in the target delivery information. If total > 0 indicates that the drop object has accessed a link in the target drop information.
S134, the access data of the object access target release information is recorded as 1.
If the link in the target delivery message is not accessed by the delivery object, updating the access data of the target delivery message accessed by the delivery object, and changing the access data from 0 to 1.
S135, the access data of the object access target release information is not updated.
If the link in the target delivery message is accessed by the delivery object, the access data is not updated any more, namely, the access data is always 1 as long as the value of total is greater than 0, the access times are calculated once no matter how large the value of total is, and the access times are not repeatedly calculated even if the user accesses for many times.
According to the process for counting access data of the access links of the object, corresponding exclusive information sets are obtained according to the middle page parameters, the access data are obtained from the corresponding exclusive information sets, the statistical data obtained through limitation of the access data are more accurate, the condition that one link is accessed by the same user for multiple times and recorded for multiple times is avoided, namely the multiple access behaviors of the same user are recorded only once, and the statistical result of the obtained access behaviors is more accurate.
In another embodiment of the present application, when the value of the access data in the proprietary information set is too large, the access request may be intercepted, and referring to fig. 4, the method may further include the following steps based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2:
S210, when an access request of the middle page link aiming at the target delivery message is detected, acquiring a proprietary information set matched with the middle page parameter of the middle page link, and acquiring access data in the proprietary information set.
S220, judging whether the value of the access data is larger than a preset threshold value; if yes, then S230 is performed; if not, S140 is performed.
S230, intercepting an access request aiming at the target delivery message.
If the value of the access data is greater than the preset threshold, which indicates that a crawler or other attack behavior may exist, the message system may intercept the access request, i.e., not jump to the page corresponding to the original link.
If the value of the access data is smaller than the preset threshold value, the page corresponding to the original link is normally jumped to.
According to the message delivery effect statistical method provided by the embodiment, after an access request of an intermediate page link is received, access data corresponding to the intermediate page link is obtained, whether the value of the access data exceeds a preset threshold value is judged, if yes, the access request is intercepted, and the page corresponding to the original link is not skipped. According to the scheme, crawling and attack behaviors of the crawlers are avoided, and the safety of a marketing campaign corresponding system is improved.
As described above, when the message system records the number of times each delivery object accesses the target delivery message, even if the same delivery object accesses the multiple active links, the click rate of the delivery message can be further counted.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of still another message delivery effect statistics method provided in the present application is shown, where the method may further include the following steps based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2:
s310, aiming at each target release message corresponding to the same marketing information, according to the access data of each target release message and the total number of each target release message, the release object click rate is obtained.
According to the collected statistics data corresponding to each of the delivery objects, further performing summary calculation to obtain a crowd click rate (i.e., a delivery object click rate), and for the same marketing activity information (i.e., marketing information), obtaining access data corresponding to a target delivery message of each of the delivery objects corresponding to the marketing activity information, and calculating a ratio between a sum of the access data corresponding to each of the delivery objects and a sum of the delivery objects to obtain the delivery object click rate. The click rate of the released object is the click rate of the released object in all the released messages corresponding to the same marketing information.
For example, a certain marketing campaign sends a drop message to 2000 drop objects, wherein only 1000 drop objects access links in the drop message, i.e. the sum of access data is 1000, and the drop object click rate=1000/2000=0.5.
S320, according to the access data corresponding to the target delivery information delivered by the same marketing information in each delivery channel, the channel click rate corresponding to each delivery channel is calculated.
The channel click rate is the proportion of the click of the put message by the put object in the same put channel, similar to the put object click rate. That is, the total number of messages delivered in the same delivery channel is counted, and the click rate of the users in the channel is counted.
For example, a certain delivery channel delivers 500 messages, wherein only 200 is clicked and accessed by a user, and the click rate of the channel=200/500=0.4.
According to the information delivery effect statistical method provided by the embodiment, click rates of different dimensions, such as the click rate of the delivered object and the click rate of the channel, can be obtained through summarizing and calculating according to the statistical data of each delivered object, and research and development personnel can acquire the delivery effect of the marketing campaign by utilizing the indexes, so that an optimal theoretical basis is provided for the next marketing campaign delivery.
In another embodiment of the present application, the specific information set corresponding to the release message of each release object includes user specific information associated with the release object, for example, a nickname of the user, a VIP user of the website corresponding to the marketing campaign, and the like.
After detecting an access request for accessing the intermediate page, the message system generates the access request according to the user exclusive information in the exclusive information set and the original link matched with the intermediate page parameter in the target delivery message; and sending an access request to the server corresponding to the original link. The access request is used for enabling the target server to send the access request containing the user-specific information, and the target server responds to the access request to generate the personalized page matched with the user-specific information of the user, so that the active page displays at least part of different contents aiming at different delivery objects, and the flexibility and the individuation of the active page are improved. For example, the activity title of the activity page may be: welcome a VIP user to participate in an activity.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the middle page may embed fingerprint information in a client (e.g. browser) of a user, so as to facilitate the opening with a unique identifier (e.g. a mobile phone number) of the user, and then, when the user accesses the target system again using the browser, the user may associate the current access behavior with the unique identifier of the user, where the process may include the following steps:
When an access request aiming at an intermediate page link of a target delivery message is detected, acquiring identification information of a target delivery object from a proprietary information set matched with the intermediate page link;
and generating fingerprint information according to the identification information of the target delivery object and the target domain name information, and sending the fingerprint information to the client side initiating the access request.
The target domain name is obtained according to the domain name corresponding to the original link, for example, the domain name corresponding to the home page of the original link is determined to be the target domain name; the fingerprint information may include user identification information and a target domain name.
