In the above preparation method, different preparation examples are formed according to different auxiliary materials, and in the actual preparation process, the preparation method is completely the same only due to different formulas and components.
In the invention, astragalus is shredded and rolled into a ring, the specific operation steps are that the astragalus is shredded, softened by steam, and the softened astragalus is curled and wound on a stainless steel iron rod; meanwhile, the auxiliary materials are prepared into concentrated solution, the concentrated solution is sprayed on the astragalus membranaceus shreds, the astragalus membranaceus shreds are dried and shaped at low temperature, and finally the astragalus membranaceus shreds are cut into rings with proper lengths.
Based on the preparation method, the invention also provides a preparation device of the astragalus mongholicus and chaulmoogra tea, which comprises a main material forming device A and an auxiliary material liquefying device B which are mutually independent, wherein the main material forming device A shreds and softens astragalus mongholicus to form an integrated strip, the auxiliary material liquefying device B crushes, extracts, purifies, mixes and concentrates different auxiliary materials to form concentrated solution, the concentrated solution formed in the auxiliary material liquefying device B is sprayed on the strip through a spraying mechanism, and the strip sprayed with the concentrated solution is dried and shaped at low temperature and then is cut into a ring with a specified length;
as shown in fig. 2, the main material forming device a includes a feeding mechanism a1 and a shredding assembly a2 disposed on the feeding mechanism a1, the shredding assembly a2 shreds the astragalus membranaceus continuously conveyed by the feeding mechanism a1, a steam cavity A3 is disposed at an outlet end of the feeding mechanism a1, the shredded astragalus membranaceus are sequentially pulled into the steam cavity A3 by a pulling rod a4 and softened by steam, the pulling rod a4 rotates around a central rod a5 in the steam cavity A3 to wind the shredded astragalus membranaceus on the central rod a5 to form a spiral strip, and a discharge port of the auxiliary material liquefying device B is disposed at an outlet of the steam cavity A3 and sprays a concentrated solution onto the spiral strip by a spraying mechanism.
It should be further noted that the pulling rod a4 is driven by a rotating disc (not shown) to rotate around the center rod a5, wherein one end of the pulling rod a4 is connected to the astragalus root, and the other end of the pulling rod a4 is retracted along with the rotation of the rotating disc, and the retraction process is driven by another power mechanism, which is independent of the main material forming mechanism a in the present invention, and therefore, no specific description is provided herein.
In the present invention, the number of the draw bar a4 is not limited to one, and a plurality of draw bars may be operated simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary material liquefaction device B specifically includes a pulverization device 1 and a spiral pipe 2 directly connected to the pulverization device 1, and an air pipe 3 is disposed at a connection position of the spiral pipe 2 and the pulverization device 1.
In this embodiment, the crushing device 1 mainly crushes all the materials in sequence in a progressive manner, so as to obtain the materials with the same crushing degree, so as to form a stable number of strands in the subsequent centrifugal process, thereby preparing for the separation of the materials, and the coil pipe 2 functions to provide centrifugal force so that the materials can be separated as required, thereby forming a plurality of independent material flows, wherein the high-pressure gas in the gas pipe 3 is used as an initial power source for propelling the movement of the materials, and in addition, the gas in the gas pipe 3 can also screen and dehumidify the crushed materials according to the actual crushing and dehumidifying requirements, and the moisture in the materials is removed from the whole system.
Thus, a part of the high-pressure gas blown out from the air duct 3 is used for screening and dehumidifying the material, and another part of the high-pressure gas accelerates the material entering the spiral tube 2, so that the material is centrifugally separated in the spiral tube 2 to form different material flows. That is, the connecting part of the spiral pipe 2 and the air pipe 3 is provided with the air dividing sheet 13, the air dividing sheet 13 divides the air of the air pipe 3 into two parts, the proportional relation of the two parts is flexibly determined according to the actual requirement, after the air is divided, the material winds the spiral pipe 2 under the action of wind power and is divided into a plurality of material flows in the spiral pipe 2 under the action of centrifugal force, and the material flow double control valves 4 respectively enter different inlets of the two branch pipes 5.
At this time, it is required to be noted that there is a difference in properties such as particle size of the materials which enter the extraction chamber 6 and the purification chamber 7 through the double control valve 4 and the two branch pipes 5, that is, two kinds of the same materials with different properties enter different treatment chambers respectively, and are mixed after being treated, so as to prepare the astragalus maple tea.
In the above, the crushing device 1 includes a column 101 which is transversely arranged and has an inclination angle, the inclination angle is set to prevent the material from sliding by itself due to gravity, etc., therefore, the inclination angle should be inclined upward along the material conveying direction, a mincing screw 102 is arranged in the column 101, a mincing screw 103 corresponding to the mincing screw 102 is arranged on the inner wall of the column 101, and the mincing screw 102 and the mincing screw 103 are matched to crush the material entering the column 101 sequentially. In the crushing process, the materials cannot be conveyed conventionally, and only can be conveyed in a sequential manner step by step under the action of the screw, that is, the crushing received by all the materials is the same, so that the crushed degree of the materials is ensured to be the same, and in addition, because the same material is crushed differently in the crushing process, the bottom of the column 101 is provided with the discharge hole 104 with the built-in screen 105, and the materials reaching the crushed particle size are discharged through the discharge hole 104, so that the aperture of the screen 105 in the discharge hole 104 in the embodiment is gradually enlarged from the feed end to the discharge end, and the wind direction of the air pipe 3 is from the discharge end to the feed end.
The other end of the coil pipe 2 is provided with a bipartition pipe 5 through a double control valve 4, the two ends of the bipartition pipe 5 are connected with an extraction chamber 6 and a purification chamber 7 respectively, the bottoms of the extraction chamber 6 and the purification chamber 7 are provided with a buffer chamber 8, the buffer chamber 8 is internally provided with a liquid pump to be mixed in a multistage mixing chamber 10 through a shunt pump 9, a concentration chamber 11 for vacuum decompression concentration is arranged in the multistage mixing chamber 10, and the concentration chamber 11 shunts a concentrated solution to an independent post-treatment cavity one by one according to quantitative requirements through a shunt pipe 12.
In the above, it should be further explained that the buffer chamber 8 is used for extracting the processed materials, so as to obtain a standing state, thereby obtaining materials with different qualities, and then performing multi-stage mixing through the multi-stage mixing chamber 10, thereby achieving the purpose of mixing.
In order to improve the mixing effect, the mixing conditions need to be changed according to the mixing requirements in the multi-stage mixing process, so that the aim of graded mixing is fulfilled.
