The tea soup is blue substitute tea, wherein the blue butterfly is named as Clitoria ternatea flower, is flower of Clitoria ternatea of Clitoria of Leguminosae, contains abundant natural anthocyanidin and vitamins, has effects of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, removing toxic substance, relieving swelling, improving eyesight, refreshing breath, improving immunity, etc., and can be used for treating sore throat caused by common cold. The lemon is fruit of Citrus limon of Rutaceae, contains abundant vitamins, and has effects of promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, reducing blood pressure, eliminating inflammation, and relieving pain. Plastic bagging: mixing the above materials, and packaging into composite film bags with each bag containing 3.5 g. Tea bag (tea bag): pulverizing the above materials into coarse powder with a pulverizer, sieving, mixing, and packaging into tea bags with a weight of 3.5g per bag.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: sorting the gynostemma pentaphylla, the lycium ruthenicum mill, the American ginseng and the chrysanthemum respectively and removing impurities.
