Abstract
一种锚固螺栓,其有布于其外表面部分上的锁定部分,在其前端设有带尖端(6)的混合附件(3b)。该混合附件(3b)的外表面有布成环形的径向突出部(7),突出部周向及轴向彼此隔开。当锚固螺栓(16)经打入而就位时,混合附件(3b)可将由二种成分构成的复合物(11)很好地混合,以便使混合物得到均匀硬化,从而确保有高的拉力。
Description
本发明涉及一种锚固螺栓,其有布于其外表面部份上用于借助在建筑构件的钻孔中的复合物而锚固的锁定部份及用于固定物件而布于其后端的螺纹。
利用在建筑构件钻孔中的复合物来锚固的锚固螺栓通常是螺纹杆的形式,在其前端有锥形尖,而在其后端有打入部份。利用钻机,将螺杆驱入其内已利用玻璃瓶引入复合物的钻孔中。锥尖挤碎玻璃瓶,同时由二种成份构成的复合物借助锚固螺栓的旋转运动而在钻孔中混合起来。为使钻孔中的各成份令人满意地混合起来,必须使锚固螺栓旋转相当长的时间。另外,为采用钻机安装,还需对锚固螺栓和驱入工具采取适当措施,以便可将扭矩由钻机传给锚固螺栓。
基于上述问题本发明的目的是制造一种用于复合砂浆混合的锚固螺栓,其可通过复合物的良好混合借助冲击的简单方式予以锚固,并且固定值高,硬化时间短。
上述目的是由具有如下特征的锚固螺栓完成的,即该锚固螺栓具有布于其外表面部份用于借助在建筑构件的钻孔中的复合物而锚固的锁定部份及用于固定物件而布于其后端的螺纹,其特征在于,在锚固螺栓的前端,布有带尖端的混合附件,该混合附件的外表面有布成环形的径向突出部,这些突出部在周向上和轴向上彼此隔开。在混合附件的外表面和钻孔壁之间设有互连空间,当锚固螺栓被打入时,在钻孔内的复合物可升起,当复合物升起时,其堆积在各突出部的正前面上,因此,由于复合物的成份绕各突出物而流动从而其被很好地混合。围绕突出部所测的锚固螺栓的直径近似相当于钻孔的直径,因此,所有的复合物,包括填料及玻璃瓶碎屑都被压过各突出部之间的空隙。混合各成份的旋转运动已不再需要了,因此可利用锤子通过冲击安装使锚固螺栓安置就位。
通过布置各突出部使得它们在轴向上彼此偏置从而在每一情况下,随后的一个突出部与由在先的二个突出部形成的间隙对正,则可使复合物更好地混合。根据复合物的粘度以及填料颗粒尺寸的不同,相邻突出部间及逐次突出部间的间距可不同。当采用通常的复合物时,选择间距及突出部的高度,使得它们近似相当于突出部的宽度是有利的。因此,复合物在二个突出部间通过的间隙面积大致相当于随后的突出部的及与间隙对正的突出部的横截面积。
为减少打入阻力,使突出部的前端面呈锥尖的形式也是有利的。
混合附件可连于锚固螺栓,使得其可抗拉或在拉动的方向可拆开。当锚固螺栓欲被锚固于受压力的区域时,锚固螺栓的抗拉连接是特别有利的。由于在受压力的区域没有裂纹形成,因而不会出现钻孔扩大的现象,所以也没有锚固螺栓的轴向位移。因为在混合附件和锚固螺栓之间的抗拉连接,混合附件构成了锚固螺栓的延伸部份,改善了承载性能。
在所构制的锚固螺栓是特别用于受拉应力的区域的情况下,则推荐采用在拉动方向可松开的混合附件与锚固螺栓的连接。此类可松开的连接例如可通过销,粘结或卡结来实现。因此,混合附件可从锚固螺栓上脱开,以便在钻孔因裂纹形成而扩大的情况下允许锚固螺栓上滑,以实现膨胀效果。
现参照示于附图中的实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,其中:
图1表示带有拧在其上的混合附件的锚固螺栓,
图2表示利用销连接而连到锚固螺栓上的混合附件,
图3表示粘着固定在锚固螺栓的楔形端面上的混合附件。
示于图1中的锚固螺栓1有连续的外螺纹2,其一方面作为锁定部份提供抵抗硬化复合物中拉伸应力的锚固作用,另一方面,以其伸出建筑构件外的端部使物件固定在建筑构件上。在锚固螺栓1的前端布有一混合附件3,而附件3是利用在锚固螺栓1的相应螺纹孔5中的螺纹销4而固定连在锚固螺栓上的。为便于进入钻孔和挤碎玻璃瓶,混合附件3在其前端有一锥形尖6。在混合附件3的外表面上布有周向及轴向彼此隔开的径向突出部7。
从示于图3的放大图可见,突出部7的前端面形成锥尖8。当锚固螺栓被打入建筑构件10的钻孔9时,该锥尖可减小打入阻力。为改善复合物11的混合情况,将突出部7布置得沿轴向彼此偏置,使得在每种情况下随后的一个突出部与由在先的二个突出部形成的间隙12对正是有利的。除此之外,突出部7可有沿轴向向后端倾斜的斜面13。
在图2所示的锚固螺栓1a的实施例中,混合附件3a利用布于锚固螺栓1a的前端面上的销14可松开地连在锚固螺栓上。包复在有槽15的塑料层16内的锥螺栓17在因裂缝形成的结果而使钻孔扩大的情况下可随后上滑,因此利用锥螺栓17的锥部18可获得膨胀作用。可松开的销连接件14现可允许对适于锚固在受拉伸应力区域的锚固螺栓1a所要求的轴向位移。混合附件3a利用布于其外表面上的突出部7保持固定在钻孔底部区域的复合物中。
图3示出了在锚固螺栓1b和混合附件3b之间的粘着连接19。每当要给市场上可买到的已备有锥表面20的锚固螺栓1b提供用于冲击安装的混合附件3b时则用此连接。因此,准备由旋转作用安装的锚固螺栓可通过随后借助粘着而连接混合附件的方式转换成冲击安袋。粘着连接也可用于示于图2的锚固螺栓。在那种情况下,该粘着连接的粘结情况要予以调整,使得锚固螺栓1a有轴向位移时,该粘着连接可断开。
Claims (6)
1.一种锚固螺栓,其有布于其外表面部份上用于借助在建筑构件的钻孔中的复合物而锚固的锁定部份及用于固定物件而布于其后端的螺纹,其特征在于,在锚固螺栓(1,1a,1b)的前端,布有带尖(6)的混合附件(3,3a,3b),该混合附件的外表面有布成环形的径向突出部(7),这些突出部在周向上和轴向上彼此隔开。
2.如权利要求1所述的锚固螺栓,其特征在于,突出部(7)布置得在轴向上彼此偏置,使得在每一情况下随后的一突出部与由在先的二个突出部形成的间隙(12)对正。
3.如权利要求1所述的锚固螺栓,其特征在于,突出部(7)的前端面呈锥尖(8)的形式。
4.如权利要求1所述的锚固螺栓,其特征在于,突出部(7)有向后端轴向倾斜的斜面(13)。
5.如权利要求1所述的锚固螺栓,其特征在于,混合附件(3)连在锚固螺栓(1)上,使得其可抗拉。
6.如权利要求1所述的锚固螺栓,其特征在于,混合附件(3a)连在锚固螺栓(1a)上,使得其可沿拉动方向而拆开。
