Abstract
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其是一种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材。一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,包括如下步骤;步骤一、基材生产;步骤二、浸胶纸贴合工艺;步骤一中将铝膜板放置在模具中,随后分三次铺设浆料,采用压力器对模具内的材料进行压实,随后对其进行养护获得毛胚,最后通过砂光切割获得基材板;步骤二中取下浸胶纸覆盖在基材板上,使用热压器对浸胶纸进行热压操作,热压后的基材板进行分切获得基础板。这种板材具有良好的地板支撑性能,并且在板材内部的基材采用了硫氧镁板,使其具有A级防火、防水性能,可避免在使用的时候因为板材进水导致的起皮上翘的情况发生,也可防止起火。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其是一种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材。
背景技术
目前的建筑板材都采用复合木板或者实木板进行制造,无论是复合板材和实木板在使用的时候容易发生板材刮擦的情况,并且在有水渍浸泡的情况下,容易出现板材起皮上翘的情况,有板材采用复合板材以及实木板制造,其本身的的防火性能差。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本发明以期创设一种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为了克服现有的建材板存在的不足,本发明提供了一种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,包括如下步骤;
步骤一、基材生产;
步骤二、浸胶纸贴合工艺;
步骤一中将铝膜板放置在模具中,随后分三次铺设浆料,采用压力器对模具内的材料进行压实,随后对其进行养护获得毛胚,最后通过砂光切割获得基材板;
步骤二中取下浸胶纸覆盖在基材板上,使用热压器对浸胶纸进行热压操作,热压后的基材板进行分切获得基础板。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中的浆料为氧化镁、硫酸镁水泥、木粉、铁粉以及水混合而成。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中压力器的压力为 1400-1600吨持续8-12小时。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中压实之后取出材料养护5-7天。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤二中把三聚氰胺耐磨纸及木纹纸覆盖在基材的正面、三聚氰胺平衡纸铺设在基材背面,使用热压机对三聚氰胺纸及基材进行热压操作,热压温度:185-195℃,时间150-200S,压力 15-18Mpa。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤二中还包括表面涂漆。

本发明的有益效果是,这种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材其具有良好的地板支撑性能,并且在板材内部的基材采用了硫氧镁板,使其具有A级防火、防水性能,可避免在使用的时候因为板材进水导致的起皮上翘的情况发生,也可防止起火。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,包括如下步骤;
步骤一、基材生产;
步骤二、浸胶纸贴合工艺;
步骤一中将铝膜板放置在模具中,随后分三次铺设浆料,采用压力器对模具内的材料进行压实,随后对其进行养护获得毛胚,最后通过砂光切割获得基材板;
步骤二中取下浸胶纸覆盖在基材板上,使用热压器对浸胶纸进行热压操作,热压后的基材板进行分切获得基础板。
本发明的生产工艺包含了两部分,第一部分为基材的生产,第二部分为浸胶纸的贴合;
在基材生产的过程中,向后三次铺设浆料,并且后续采用高压的方式使浆料之间进行粘合,使基材成型,成型后的基材通过养护得到基材半成品,随后在通过砂光切割获得基材的成品;
将浸胶纸通过热压的方式贴合在基材的表面上,最后在通过分切的方式获得目标尺寸的板材,在板材再进行开槽,使其方便后续的配合安装,并且在其表面上涂覆有油漆层用以保护浸胶纸表面,也利于装饰。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中的浆料为氧化镁、硫酸镁水泥、木粉、铁粉以及水混合而成。
浆料取消木质成分,使其在生产完毕之后具有良好的防水防火性能。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中压力器的压力为 1400-1600吨持续8-12小时。
高强度的压紧之后使该浆料压紧,形成基材。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤一中压实之后取出材料养护5-7天。
通过养护,使基材彻底成型。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤二中把三聚氰胺耐磨纸及木纹纸覆盖在基材的正面、三聚氰胺平衡纸铺设在基材背面,使用热压机对三聚氰胺纸及基材进行热压操作,热压温度:185-195℃,时间150-200S,压力 15-18Mpa。
通过热压的方式将浸胶纸贴合在基材表面。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括,步骤二中还包括表面涂漆。
油漆使板材的表面光滑,美观。
一种建筑装饰板生产工艺及其生产的板材应用于地板或墙板或顶板。
这种板材适用范围广,能够满足地板、墙板、顶板等装饰和使用的板材上。

1.一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,其特征是,包括如下步骤;
步骤一、基材生产;
步骤二、浸胶纸贴合工艺;
步骤一中将铝膜板放置在模具中,随后分三次铺设浆料,采用压力器对模具内的材料进行压实,随后对其进行养护获得毛胚,最后通过砂光切割获得基材板;
步骤二中取下浸胶纸覆盖在基材板上,使用热压器对浸胶纸进行热压操作,热压后的基材板进行分切获得基础板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,其特征是,步骤一中的浆料为氧化镁、硫酸镁水泥、木粉、铁粉以及水混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,其特征是,步骤一中压力器的压力为1400-1600吨持续8-12小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,其特征是,步骤一中压实之后取出材料养护5-7天。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑装饰板生产工艺,其特征是,步骤二中把三聚氰胺耐磨纸及木纹纸覆盖在基材的正面、三聚氰胺平衡纸铺设在基材背面,使用热压机对三聚氰胺纸及基材进行热压操作,热压温度:185-195℃,时间150-200S,压力15-18Mpa。
