Abstract
The invention relates to a nutriment for adjuvant therapy after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancer, the raw materials of the nutriment for adjuvant therapy after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancer adopt fructus Rosae Normalis as main raw materials, enrich multiple nutrient components through extraction technique and nano wall-breaking technique, then mix with mogroside, etc., ferment, make nutriment for adjuvant therapy, does not use any chemical additive, is purely natural beverage, and nutritious; through detection, the nutrition product for adjuvant therapy contains various nutritional components, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), polysaccharide, various vitamins, trace elements, triterpenes, various amino acids and the like, and can enhance the immunity of the organism, resist atherosclerosis, detoxify and protect the kidney, resist tumors, invigorate the stomach, prevent and treat diabetes, delay aging and the like; especially has better auxiliary treatment effect on patients after cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and particularly relates to a nutriment for preventing cancer or adjuvant therapy after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cancer, also known as malignant tumor, is a very harmful and largely invisible early stage of the color change, and is often found in a late stage, which results in a very high mortality rate.
Although each type of cancer is unique, it has its own genetic changes and growth characteristics. However, with the development of medical technology, there is an ideal treatment for cancer, and the common methods are surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
The tumor patients are easy to have symptoms of nausea, vomit, hypodynamia, oral ulcer and the like during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, so that the problems of nutrient deficiency, nutrient difficult absorption, leucocyte reduction and the like caused by chewing, swallowing and poor digestion and absorption are caused. Therefore, tumor patients need to be supplemented with various nutrients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
The roxburgh rose is an ancient wild fruit with homology of medicine and food, has various medicinal values, has high content of vitamin P and vitamin C, SOD which are all higher than the content of various fruits and vegetables, is called 'the fruit of the three kings', and also contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, flavonoid, linolenic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron, selenium, zinc, protein, beta-sitosterol, roxburgh rose polysaccharide, polyphenol, folic acid, dietary fiber, glycoside, tannic acid, protocatechuic acid, tannin, roxburgh rose triterpene, carbohydrate, linolenic acid, 15 amino acids: phenylalanine, arginine, threonine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine, aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine, valine, a large amount of higher fatty acids and polybasic acids, particularly unsaturated fatty acids with high content, such as linoleic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, citric acid, malic acid and other various nutrient substances. A plurality of research results show that the roxburgh rose can eliminate free radicals, resist oxidation, prevent and treat cancers, enhance immunity, reduce high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high blood fat and high blood sugar, prevent and assist in treating diabetes, resist radiation, discharge heavy metals and relieve fatigue.

The nutrition product for adjuvant therapy according to the embodiment of the invention is prepared from main materials and ingredients, wherein the main materials comprise:
rosa roxburghii, superoxide dismutase and mogroside.
Furthermore, the nutrition product for adjuvant therapy is prepared from main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
70-90 parts of rosa roxburghii tratt, 9-15 parts of superoxide dismutase and 2-5 parts of mogroside.
Further, the main material also comprises a fermentation microbial inoculum, and the fermentation microbial inoculum comprises bifidobacterium lactis and lactobacillus acidophilus.
Further, the total amount of viable bacteria of Lactobacillus acidophilus added to 100g of the adjuvant therapy nutritional product is 1.0-5.0 × 108cfu/g, wherein the total amount of viable bacteria of Bifidobacterium lactis is 1.0-5.0 × 10 per 100g of adjuvant nutritional product8cfu/g; the ingredients are chicory, xylitol and/or fructo-oligosaccharide.
Specifically, the preparation method of the superoxide dismutase comprises the following steps:
i: washing wild fructus Rosae Normalis with water; naturally drying to reach water content of 10-20%;
II: crushing wild roxburgh rose fruits by using a crusher, and sieving the wild roxburgh rose fruits and impurities by using a sieve with 10-20 meshes to obtain wild roxburgh rose fruit blocks;
III: dividing the wild roxburgh rose fruit blocks obtained in the step (II) into a plurality of parts, loosely wrapping the parts by using gauze, putting the parts into purified water with the weight of 20 times of the parts, heating the parts to 55 ℃, preserving the heat and leaching the parts for 24 hours, and stirring the parts once every 2 hours to obtain leaching liquor;
IV: centrifuging and separating the leaching solution obtained in the step (III), standing for 2 hours, and taking supernatant to obtain crude superoxide dismutase solution;
v: carrying out ultrafiltration on the crude superoxide dismutase solution obtained in the step (IV), wherein the small molecular substance with the molecular weight cutoff of 20000-;
VI: adjusting the pH of the superoxide dismutase solution obtained in the step (V) to 3.8-5.2; vacuum concentrating at 80 deg.C under reduced pressure to obtain superoxide dismutase concentrated solution; and then centrifuging, spraying and drying the superoxide dismutase concentrated solution to obtain the superoxide dismutase.
A method of preparing said adjunctive therapeutic nutritional product, comprising the steps of:
(1) pulverizing fructus Rosae Normalis by nanometer wall-breaking technology, and filtering to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis wall-broken slurry;
(2) adding mogroside, superoxide dismutase and other ingredients into the roxburgh rose wall-broken pulp obtained in the step (1), and uniformly mixing to form mixed pulp, thus obtaining the nutrition for adjuvant therapy.
Further, in the step (1), the roxburgh rose comprises a kernel of the roxburgh rose and pulp of the roxburgh rose, and the particle size of the roxburgh rose wall-breaking pulp is 800-1000 nm.
Further, in the step (2), the mixed slurry is subjected to centrifugal spray drying, and the nutrition for adjuvant therapy is obtained.
Further, in the step (2), a zymophyte agent is added into the mixed slurry, and the mixture is uniformly mixed and fermented for 1 to 2 days, so that the nutrition for the adjuvant therapy is obtained. The mixed slurry is fermented by the zymophyte agent, so that the protein in the mixed slurry is decomposed into micromolecular peptide and amino acid, and the micromolecular peptide and amino acid are easier to absorb by human bodies.
The roxburgh rose contains various components for preventing and resisting cancers: each cancer patient can take 10g or more vitamin C every day to play a role in treating cancer, S0D is an internationally recognized anti-aging and anti-cancer active substance, can improve the activity of SOD in human bodies, reduce Lipid Peroxide (LPO), and can inhibit carcinogens in cells, has the functions of resisting virus and radiation, and forms two major barriers of cancer prevention and cancer resistance with vitamin C.
The superoxide dismutase as the raw material is extracted from the roxburgh rose and then added into the pulp obtained after the wall of the roxburgh rose is broken, so that the content of the superoxide dismutase in the finished product is increased. The raw materials of the invention are simple and easy to obtain, the processing method is unique, and the obtained product can have better cancer prevention and anticancer effects and can better resist the side effects after chemotherapy.
Effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD):
oxidation resistance-medical reports indicate that the decline period of the oxidation resistance is advanced to about 35 years old, and the oxidation pressure formed inside and outside a human body by light on vegetables and fruits is not enough to be eliminated.

The japan ministry of pachysand and the american cancer center (NCI) also recommend the use of antioxidants to prevent cancer or treat diseases caused by oxygen radical damage to cells. Reduce the side effects of anticancer drugs, such as vomiting, inappetence, hair loss, etc. SOD has good free radical resisting ability, and can effectively reduce side effects of chemotherapy.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the raw materials of the nutrition product for the adjuvant therapy adopt the roxburgh rose as the main raw material, various nutrient components are enriched by the SOD extraction technology and the nano wall breaking technology, and then the nutrition product is mixed with the mogroside and the like and fermented to prepare the nutrition product for the adjuvant therapy. The molecular weight of the broken wall is extremely low, which is beneficial to the absorption of human body;
(2) the invention adopts the roxburgh rose as the raw material and adopts a full physical method to extract the SOD, the process is simple, the condition is mild, and neither environmental pollution nor endogenous chemical pollution is caused; the extraction cost is reduced, and the method can be used for large-scale production;

II: crushing the wild roxburgh rose fruits by using a crusher, and screening the wild roxburgh rose fruits and impurities by using a 10-mesh sieve to obtain wild roxburgh rose fruit blocks;
