The invention provides an active composition which is prepared by synergistically compounding acetyl hexapeptide-8, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, retinol, Adansonia Digitata (Adansonia Digitata) pulp extract, Nymphaea ALBA (NYMPHEA ALBA) flower extract, methylsilanol hydroxyproline ester aspartate, glycolipid and glycosphingolipids, and a multi-component anti-aging active system which is not only antioxidant but also effective in resisting saccharification is constructed. In the aspect of resisting saccharification, not only can saccharification crosslinking be prevented, but also saccharification reversion can be truly realized; in the aspect of antioxidation, the SOD active enzyme can be protected from losing activity, cell membrane lipid can be protected from being oxidized, extracellular matrix can be protected, and DNA can be protected. The active composition also inhibits matrix metalloproteinases and collagenases, resists chronic roughness and dullness, restores skin elasticity, transparency, and suppleness, and also improves skin defense.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the application provides the anti-aging eye cream and the preparation method thereof, the finally prepared eye cream has high clearance rate to DPPH free radicals, the clearance rate of 0.1mg/mL eye cream test solution can reach 63.52%, and the anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects of the eye cream prepared by the method are obvious.

weighing 0.6% of butanediol, 0.55% of C20-22 alcohol phosphate, 0.3% of C20-22 alcohol, 0.4% of polydimethylsiloxane, 2.5% of ethylene glycol palmitate, 1.45% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.8% of hydrogenated polydecene, 2.5% of silica, 0.7% of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.5% of polyacrylate, 1.7% of xylitol-based glucoside, 2.35% of dehydrated xylitol, 2.4% of xylitol, 1.5% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 4.5% of xanthan gum, 2.3% of glucose, 5.5% of Chondrus CRISPUS extract, 4% of Dunaliella SALINA (Dunaliella SALINA) extract, 3% of Glycine SOJA oil, 6% of Adansonia DIGITATA extract, 6% of Withania ALBA (Nymphaalea) flower extract, 4% of methylhydroxy 3.3.3.3% of aspartic acid ester according to weight percentage 3.5% of retinol, 1.6% of glycolipid, 2.5% of glycosphingolipids, 81.1% of acetyl hexapeptide, 2.7% of sodium palmitoyl prolinate, 1.2% of triethanolamine, 10% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.08% of essence, 35% of glycerol and the balance of water are uniformly mixed and then placed on a GJ-1.5 type high-frequency high-voltage high-power electron accelerator for electron beam irradiation treatment, the dosage is controlled to be 2.5 multiplied by 106rad/s, the treatment time is 7.5min, and the mixture A is taken out for standby after the treatment;
(2) continuous flash explosion treatment:
placing the mixture A obtained in the step (1) in a continuous screw flash explosion machine for continuous flash explosion treatment, controlling the rotating speed of a screw to be 800rpm, controlling the continuous flash explosion treatment times to be 12 times, and taking out the mixture A to obtain a mixture B for later use;

Control group
The application numbers are: cn201410224642.x discloses eye cream containing fucoidin and pomegranate extract and its preparation method.
In order to compare the technical effects of the present application, eye creams are prepared by the methods of the above examples 2, 4 to 8 and the control group, and then the DPPH method is adopted to measure the antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities of the eye creams prepared by the methods of each group. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of a test solution:
0.5g of the eye cream test sample prepared by the methods of the embodiment 2, the embodiments 4 to 8 and the control group is respectively weighed and respectively dissolved in an ethanol solution to a constant volume of 100mL, so as to obtain a mass concentration of 5 mg/mL. Then, sequentially taking 10mL, 5mL, 2mL, 1mL, 0.5mL and 0.1mL, using ethanol to fix the volume in 100mL, diluting to prepare test solution with different mass concentrations, namely 0.5mg/mL, 0.25mg/mL, 0.1mg/mL, 0.05mg/mL, 0.025mg/mL and 0.005 mg/mL;
(2) preparation of DPPH solution:
and (3) taking 2mg of DPPH, putting the DPPH into a 50mL brown volumetric flask, adding absolute ethyl alcohol to the scale, and shaking up to obtain a DPPH solution with the mass concentration of 0.04 mg/mL. Refrigerating in a refrigerator at 4 deg.C;
(3) determination of DPPH radical scavenging Capacity:
precisely transferring 2mL of ethanol and 2mL of DPPH solution in turn, placing in a 10mL test tube with a plug, mixing, sufficiently shaking, and measuring absorbance (Ac) at 517nm after 30 min; precisely transferring the sample solution and 2mL of ethanol in turn, placing in a 10mL test tube towel with a plug, mixing, shaking thoroughly, and measuring absorbance (Aj) at 517nm after 30 min; precisely transferring the sample and DPPH solution 2mL each in turn, placing in a 10mL test tube with a plug, mixing, shaking thoroughly, standing at room temperature for 30min, and measuring the absorbance (Ai) at 517 nm. The assay was performed 2 times in parallel. According to the formula
K=[1-(Ai-Aj)/Ac]×100%
The DPPH radical clearance rate of the test sample is calculated.
The specific experimental comparative data are shown in figure 1:
as can be seen from the earth figure 1, the anti-aging eye cream and the preparation method thereof are provided, the finally prepared eye cream has high removal rate of DPPH free radicals, the removal rate of 0.1mg/mL eye cream test solution can reach 63.52%, and the anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects of the eye cream prepared by the method are obvious.

Claims (6)

1. The anti-aging eye cream is characterized by comprising the following components:
a skin care active comprising: c20-22 alcohol phosphate; viscous solvents including butylene glycol, C20-22 alcohols; a silicone elastomer comprising: polydimethylsiloxane; a pH adjuster comprising: triethanolamine; an emollient comprising: ethylene glycol palmitate, isononyl isononanoate, hydrogenated polydecene, ethylhexylglycerin; an adsorbent, comprising: silica; an emulsion stabilizer comprising: acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, polyacrylate-13, xanthan gum; a structural agent comprising: xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, oil of Glycine SOJA, flos Nymphaeae (Nymphaea ALBA) extract; optional ingredients, including: hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol, glucose, Chondrus CRISPUS (Chondrus CRISPUS) extract, Dunaliella SALINA (Dunaliella SALINA) extract, Adansonia digitora (Adansonia DIGITATA) pulp extract, methylsilanol hydroxyprolinate aspartate, retinol, glycolipids, glycosphingolipids, acetyl hexapeptide, sodium palmitoyl prolinate, and essence; the balance being water.
2. The method for preparing the anti-aging eye cream according to claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
(1) electron beam irradiation treatment:
weighing 0.4-0.8% of butanediol, 0.5-0.6% of C20-22 alcohol phosphate, 0.2-0.4% of C20-22 alcohol, 0.3-0.5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-3% of ethylene glycol palmitate, 1.3-1.6% of isononyl isononanoate, 0.7-0.9% of hydrogenated polydecene, 2-3% of silica, 0.5-0.9% of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 132.3-2.7% of polyacrylate, 1.4-2% of xylitol glucoside, 2.1-2.6% of dehydrated xylitol, 2.3-2.5% of xylitol, 1.3-1.7% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 4-5% of xanthan gum, 2.1-2.5% of glucose, 5-6% of Chondrus CRISPUS extract, 5-6% of Dunaliella SALINA extract, 3-5% of soybean oil (soybean oil), 5-2% of Adinania japonica oil (Adinana) fruit pulp, and 5-7% of Adinan officinalis (Adinan. officinalis), 3.5-4.5% of a water lily (NYMHAEA ALBA) flower extract, 2.1-2.5% of methylsilanol hydroxyproline ester aspartate, 3-4% of retinol, 1.4-1.8% of glycolipid, 2-3% of glycosphingolipid, 80.8-1.4% of acetyl hexapeptide, 2.4-3% of sodium palmitoyl prolinate, 0.9-1.5% of triethanolamine, 8-12% of ethylhexylglycerol, 0.07-0.09% of essence, 30-40% of glycerol and the balance of water, uniformly mixing, placing on a GJ-1.5 type high-frequency high-voltage high-power electron accelerator for electron beam irradiation treatment, and taking out a mixture A for later use;
(2) continuous flash explosion treatment:
placing the mixture A obtained in the step (1) in a continuous screw flash explosion machine for continuous flash explosion treatment, and taking out the mixture A after the continuous flash explosion treatment is finished to obtain a mixture B for later use;
(3) microwave treatment:
placing the mixture B obtained in the step (2) in a microwave environment for microwave treatment to obtain a mixture C for later use;
(4) and (3) dispersion treatment:
placing the mixture C obtained in the step (3) in a dispersion cylinder, and uniformly dispersing at the rotating speed of 700-1000 rpm to obtain a dispersion body for later use;
(5) ultraviolet-ultrasonic coupling treatment:
and (4) placing the dispersion obtained in the step (4) in an ultrasonic environment, and carrying out ultraviolet-ultrasonic coupling treatment for 30-40 min.
3. The method for preparing anti-aging eye cream according to claim 2, wherein the dosage of the electron beam irradiation treatment in the step (1) is controlled to be 2-3 x 106rad/s, and the treatment time is 5-10 min.
4. The method for preparing the anti-aging eye cream according to claim 2, wherein the rotation speed of the screw during the continuous flash explosion treatment in the step (2) is controlled to be 700-900 rpm, and the number of the continuous flash explosion treatment is 11-13.
5. The method for preparing the anti-aging eye cream according to claim 2, wherein the microwave treatment in the step (3) is performed with a microwave power of 600 to 800W for 2 to 4 min.
6. The method for preparing anti-aging eye cream according to claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet wavelength is controlled to be 200 to 400nm and the ultrasonic frequency is controlled to be 70 to 90kHz during the ultraviolet-ultrasonic wave coupling treatment in the step (5).
