(3) weighing phase D, heating to 85-90 deg.C, and heating for 10-30 min;

(4) taking out A, B mixed phase, placing in homogenizing stirrer, homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3min, slowly pouring into D phase, continuing homogenizing for 3min, taking out, placing in stirrer, adding C phase under stirring at 800r/min, and stirring for 10-30 min;

(5) starting a cooling mode, adding the phase F when the temperature is cooled to 50-55 ℃, continuously stirring uniformly, adding the phase G, and stirring for 10-30 min;

(6) and (6) detecting, packaging and warehousing.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples. It is to be noted that those not indicated for specific conditions, carried out under the conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer, and those not indicated for the reagents or equipment, are conventional products which can be obtained by commercially purchasing them.

Wherein the plant antibacterial agent is Sabilize sold by Guangdong Zhongpeng chemical industry Co Ltd^TMAlpha。

The emulsifier adopts olive oil to emulsify wax olive-1000.

Example 1: the novel acne-removing and anti-allergy repairing essence comprises the following components in parts by weight as shown in table 1, and is prepared by the following steps:

(1) cleaning all instruments and sterilizing for later use;

(2) weighing phase A according to the corresponding weight parts, heating in water bath to 80 ℃, sequentially weighing phase B raw materials, bringing the phase B raw materials into phase A, stirring for 60min until the two phases A, B are completely dissolved, and meanwhile weighing phase C raw materials, and pre-dispersing in cold water for later use;

(3) weighing phase D, heating to 85 deg.C, and heating for 30 min;

(4) taking out A, B mixed phase, placing in homogenizing stirrer, homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3min, slowly pouring into D phase, continuing homogenizing for 3min, taking out, placing in stirrer, adding C phase under stirring at 800r/min, and stirring for 10 min;

(5) starting a cooling mode, adding the phase F when the temperature is cooled to 50 ℃, continuing to stir uniformly, adding the phase G, and stirring for 30 min;

(6) and (6) detecting, packaging and warehousing.

Apple stem cell extract was used as the stem cell extract in phase E of this example.

Examples 2 to 6: the novel acne-removing and anti-allergy repair essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that the components and the corresponding parts by weight are shown in table 1.

(2) weighing phase A according to the corresponding weight parts, heating in water bath to 90 ℃, sequentially weighing phase B raw materials, bringing the phase B raw materials into phase A, stirring for 30min until the two phases A, B are completely dissolved, and meanwhile weighing phase C raw materials, and pre-dispersing in cold water for later use;

(3) weighing phase D, heating to 90 deg.C, and heating for 10 min;

(4) taking out A, B mixed phase, placing in homogenizing stirrer, homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3min, slowly pouring into D phase, continuing homogenizing for 3min, taking out, placing in stirrer, adding C phase under stirring at 800r/min, and stirring for 30 min;

(5) starting a cooling mode, adding the phase F when the temperature is cooled to 55 ℃, continuously stirring uniformly, adding the phase G, and stirring for 10 min;

(6) and (6) detecting, packaging and warehousing.

Example 8: the novel acne-removing and anti-allergy repair essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that the stem cell extract in the embodiment adopts sheep umbilical cord blood stem cells which are collected from umbilical cords and placentas of healthy full-term ewes.

Example 9: the novel acne-removing anti-allergy repair essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that 0.5 part of cactus extract is added into the G phase.

Example 10: the novel acne-removing and anti-allergy repair essence is different from the essence in example 6 in that 1 part of cactus extract is added into the G phase.

Comparative example 1: an essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that the extract of salicornia herbacea is not added.

Comparative example 2: an essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that a stem cell extract is not added to the essence.

Comparative example 3: an essence is different from the essence in example 1 in that the extract of salicornia herbacea and the extract of stem cells are not added.

Anti-allergy repair effect test

Subject: 140 female volunteers with acne symptoms on the face are randomly divided into 7 groups, and 20 volunteers in each group are respectively smeared with the novel acne-removing and anti-allergy repairing essence of examples 1, 7, 8 and 9 and the essence of examples 1 to 3.

The test method comprises the following steps: after the face of the volunteer is cleaned before going out every day, the anti-allergy repair essence is smeared and continuously carried out for 2 weeks. After the experiment is finished, the face of the testee is observed, and the anti-allergy repair effect of the testee is evaluated by the testee, and the test result is shown in table 2.
