Description

Essence cream for preventing striae gravidarum and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to essence cream and a preparation method thereof, in particular to essence cream for preventing striae gravidarum and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The striae gravidarum is a kind of striae gravidarum, which occurs in the course of pregnancy, due to the influence of hormones in pregnancy, the endocrine changes in pregnancy, the intradermal elasticity (fiber) is weakened, the brittleness is increased, the subcutaneous capillary and vein wall becomes thin and expands, and the abdominal distension makes the elastic fiber and collagen fiber of the skin damaged or broken, and some pink or purple wavy patterns with different widths and lengths appear, which are manifested as atrophic striae skin changes of the chest, abdomen, buttocks and thighs. Early appearing as dark red or purplish red stripes, followed by depigmentation, atrophy and finally stabilization to present a white or silvery skin lesion. It is widely concerned because it seriously deteriorates the aesthetic requirements of women and affects the physical and mental health of women after delivery.
The current common method for removing striae gravidarum comprises the following steps: essential oil aromatherapy, which has a long course of treatment and high requirements on the cosmetologist, and is not very effective; the skin changing method uses a chemical peeling agent, so that adverse reactions are easy to cause, and chemical substances are easy to precipitate on the skin; laser treatment, and even more minimally invasive surgical approaches have been proposed. However, a great deal of research shows that striae gravidarum is still a difficult problem, and not only a definite cause is not found, but also a definite treatment method is not established.
CN109044888A discloses a tea seed oil stretch mark removing moisturizing cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the stretch mark removing moisturizing cream is prepared by taking tea seed oil and human epidermal growth factor as main functional components and then adding a moisturizing agent, an emulsifying agent, a thickening agent, a PH regulator, essence and water. The technology contains the currently forbidden substance human epidermal growth factor, and has certain potential safety hazard. CN106860148A discloses a striae gravidarum repair cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the striae gravidarum repair cream is composed of daemonorops draco extract, syringa vulgaris extract, avocado extract, trametes lactiflora extract, hyaluronic acid, water, a water phase auxiliary agent (one or more of glycerol, butanediol, allantoin and EDTA.2Na) and an oil phase auxiliary agent (one or more of horse fat, ceteareth-10, cetearyl alcohol and jojoba oil). But the repairing effect of the above technology is not good.
CN106265310A discloses a composition and cream for preventing striae gravidarum and a preparation method thereof, but the effect is not ideal. Because there are many disadvantages to eliminating stretch marks after the stretch marks are generated, there is an urgent need to provide stretch mark essence cream for preventing stretch marks from being generated, which can keep the elasticity and softness of the skin, enhance the stretch-proof capability of the skin and nourish and repair the skin when stretch marks are not generated.
At present, the product for treating striae gravidarum on the market is effective in resisting striae gravidarum cream, but the medicine is easy to damage the liver, can generate drug resistance after long-term use, and has the defects of long administration time, inconvenient carrying and use, air impermeability, high price and the like; but also has poor effect of preventing striae gravidarum. Therefore, a product which is convenient and safe to use, low in price and good in effect of preventing stretch marks is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the essence cream for preventing the generation of the stretch marks.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an essence cream for preventing striae gravidarum comprises at least one of white pond flower seed oil, shea butter, phytosterols, argan tree kernel oil, yarrow extract, aescin, butcher's broom root extract, centella asiatica extract and palmitoyl tripeptide-5.
The applicant discovers through a great deal of exploration that the effective components in the application can well play a synergistic interaction role, and achieve a better effect of preventing the striae gravidarum, wherein:
white Potentilla seed oil: since it contains more than 98% of long-chain fatty acids having antioxidant effect, it is one of the most stable vegetable oils in the world. The white Potentilla seed oil can be used as oil for cosmetic base; the desquamation hormone in the chinaroot greenbrier seed oil has the effects of preventing water loss and regenerating skin, and is a skin metabolism activator; it locks water in the epidermis of the skin by altering keratin tissue, regulating the exudation of water and compounds, reabsorbing water and forming hydrates in the cells of the epidermis of the skin.
Shea butter: shea butter, soft and smooth in texture, is the most effective natural moisturizing product, has the effects of promoting cell regeneration and repairing skin water film, and can soften and relieve skin. The index of the grease is very close to the index of the grease secreted by human body. Contains rich non-saponified components which are easy to be absorbed by human body. The protective film is formed on the surface layer of the skin, and the effects of moisture preservation, sun protection and protection are obvious.
Phytosterols: the phytosterol can help to soften skin, stimulate pores to expel toxin and restore natural lipid barrier.
Argania spinosa kernel oil: argan kernel oil contains a large amount of fatty acids, sterols, vitamin E and phenolic compounds. These include large amounts of essential fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids and linoleic acid, which are not synthesized in the human body and must be obtained from fats. The fatty acid maintains the hydration degree of human health, and researches indicate that the linoleic acid has obvious effects on resisting inflammation, reducing acne and moisturizing function when being applied to the skin; whereas a deficiency in essential unsaturated fatty acids can lead to premature aging and wrinkling of the skin.
Yarrow extract: can effectively relieve skin sensitivity and promote blood circulation.
Aescin: is the main component for relieving inflammation in horse chestnut fruit, can effectively improve the integrity of vessel wall by filling small vein and capillary tiny gaps and tiny visible gaps, and can play the roles of promoting blood circulation, wound healing, anti-edema, anti-inflammation, anti-exudation and protecting blood vessels.
Centella asiatica extract: the centella can tighten the connecting part of the epidermis and the dermis, can soften the skin, is beneficial to solving the skin relaxation phenomenon (particularly for postpartum mothers), and enables the skin to be smooth and elastic; the collagen in the dermis is promoted to be formed, the fibrin is regenerated and is connected again, the mama marks are eliminated fundamentally, and the skin is firmed and smooth. Can also help the injured tissue to heal and compact the skin.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-5: promoting the generation of collagen, simultaneously protecting the collagen from being decomposed by matrix metalloproteinase, and effectively removing wrinkles and improving skin quality by the synergistic effect of the two.
Preferably, the functional ingredients comprise chinaroot seed oil, shea butter, argan tree kernel oil and palmitoyl tripeptide-5. The applicant discovers through a great deal of research that when the functional components comprise the four components, the four components can well play a synergistic effect, so that the essence cream has a good effect of preventing the generation of the striae gravidarum.

subject: 120 healthy women, 30-50 years old, were randomized into 8 groups, with an average of 15 samples per group and groups: the samples of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were selected as the sample-giving group while setting the blank control group.
Testing an instrument: cotomer MPA580 host, manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany (CK, Germany), the probe used was a Reviscometer RV600 elasto-fibrous tissue testing probe.
And (3) test operation:
blank R2, R5, R7 values 30min after cleansing of the facial area were tested, wherein R2 ═ Ua/Uf, R5 ═ Ur/Ue, R7 ═ Ur/Uf,
ua: the recovery value of the skin from the removal of the negative pressure to the next successive test of the repressurization of the skin surface;
and (Uf): the maximum amount of stretching of the skin in the presence of negative pressure;
ur: after the negative pressure is removed for 0.1s, the recovery value and the viscoelasticity part value, or the plastic part value, of the skin are obtained;
ue: after constant negative pressure is applied to the skin, the stretching amount of the skin is 0.1s, and the stretching amount of the elastic part is positioned;
r2: the ratio of the amount of springback of the skin without negative pressure to the maximum amount of stretch with negative pressure is closer to 1, indicating better skin elasticity.
R5: the greater the ratio of the elastic component during skin recovery to the elastic component during the application of negative pressure, the more resilient the skin.
R7: the closer the ratio of the elastic portion of the skin recovery process to the maximum amount of stretching of the skin during the cycle, i.e., 1, the better the skin elasticity.
The samples were then applied evenly to the test area twice a day for 4 weeks without additional cosmetics, and the test areas were tested to record the R2, R5, R7 values of the skin before and after application. The test of the same subject is performed by the same measuring person.
And (3) testing results: the product is evaluated by comparing the changes of R2, R5 and R7 values of the skin before and after the sample application, and the changes of the R2, R5 and R7 values are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1 Change in R2/R5/R7 values of the skin before and after each group administration
Figure GDA0003260875720000081
Figure GDA0003260875720000091
Note: the closer the R2/R5/R7 value is to 1, the better the skin elasticity.
As can be seen from the data in table 1, after 4 weeks of use at the same concentration of active ingredients, the skin R2, R5, R7 values measured in the test groups of examples 1-3 were higher than the values measured for the components lacking any of meadowfoam seed oil, shea butter, argan oil, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and the change rates of the values of R2, R5, R7 increased with the increase of the effective ingredients in the examples, indicating that the efficacy of improving skin elasticity is the best, and the components of meadowfoam seed oil, shea butter, argan oil, palmitoyl tripeptide-5 showed significant synergy. However, when the amounts of the respective components are further increased to the amounts in example 3, the increase in the change rates of R2, R5 and R7 values is not significant as compared with example 1, and the effect, the skin feeling and the economic cost are considered to be the optimum ratio in example 1, because the irritation is increased and the skin feeling is reduced at the same time, which is not obvious from example 1.
Example 6
Practical observation for preventing striae gravidarum
The 160 subjects were observed for the development of stretch marks from week 14 of gestation up to 8 weeks post partum and used 1-2 times a day at the abdomen, chest and thighs with the product of example 2 above.
At the beginning of the study: 80% of the subjects had no streaks and 20% of the subjects had streaks (of which 10% of the subjects had mild streaks, 5% had a large number of mild streaks and 5% had a large number of strong streaks).
The results obtained after the observation period were: 65% of the subjects did not develop stretch marks, 20% of the subjects developed mild streaks, 10% of the subjects developed a large number of mild streaks and 5% of the subjects developed a large number of strong streaks, as can be seen from the above test results: the product for preventing stretch marks can well prevent stretch marks and has the effect of relieving stretch marks to a certain extent.
