本发明公开了一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构及印刷方法,包括透明层与PVC基层,在所述透明层的内表面设置有油墨层,在所述油墨层与PVC基层之间设置有粘合剂层。所述粘合剂层包括光吸收膜层与紫外光固化粘合剂层,所述光吸收膜层与紫外光固化粘合剂层之间设置有若干个导光结构。本发明印刷膜结构中将油墨层印刷在透明层的内表面,再将其复合至PVC基层上,透明层起到保护膜的作用,避免油墨层直接暴露在外部,油墨层印刷图案不易被刮花、不易老化、不易褪色,观感效果更佳;在粘合剂层中设置光吸收膜层,通过弧面结构的导光结构最大程度地收集紫外光,促进紫外光固化粘合剂的固化,缩短粘合剂固化时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构及其印刷方法。
背景技术
POP(Point Of Purchase)广告牌,作为商业销售中的一种店头促销工具,其型式不拘,色彩强烈,能有效地吸引顾客的视点唤起购买欲,因而作为一种低价高效的广告方式得以广泛应用。
传统的热转移印刷膜一般包括载体膜、图文装饰层和接着层,转印时,通过热力和压力的作用,利用接着层的粘结力,使图文装饰层脱离载体膜而转移到承印物表面。热熔胶作为热转移印刷膜的接着剂,经过数十年的实践,已得到广泛的认可和应用,这是因为热熔胶在常态下是一种固态物质,而在热力的作用下具有很好的粘性,另一方面,溶剂型的热熔胶,可以跟油墨一样,采用印刷涂布的方法而获得薄且均匀的涂层,该涂层可通过热转印方法获得高效和快速的粘接效果,如电化铝金箔的烫印,各种形状物体的无机制品和有机制品表面油墨图文的热转印。热熔胶在固化过程中,需挥发大量有机溶剂,易对环境造成污染,不利于环保。
紫外线固化胶粘剂由于固化后的不可逆性,粘贴后图案的牢固性和耐酸耐碱性及对粘贴物适用的广泛性而得到普遍的认可,另外,紫外线固化胶粘剂由于不含有机溶剂,使用过程对环境不造成污染,尤其适合环保的要求。
发明内容
针对上述技术背景中的问题,本发明一个目的在于提供一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,包括透明层与PVC基层,在所述透明层1的内表面设置有油墨层,在所述油墨层与PVC基层之间设置有粘合剂层。
进一步地,所述透明层为PET透明层、亚克力透明层、PS透明层、PC透明层或PVC透明层。
进一步地,所述透明层还可以是色彩层。
进一步地,所述粘合剂层包括光吸收膜层与紫外光固化粘合剂层,所述光吸收膜层与紫外光固化粘合剂层之间设置有若干个导光结构。
进一步地,所述导光结构为所述光吸收膜层向紫外光固化粘合剂层凸出的弧面结构。
进一步地,所述弧面结构为抛物面、椭球面或双曲面。
更进一步地,所述光吸收膜层为掺杂光吸收剂的透明膜层。
更进一步地,所述光吸收剂为无机光吸收剂或有机光吸收剂,所述无机光吸收剂为金属氧化物或金属盐类,其中金属氧化物和金属盐类中的金属为铜、铬、铁或镉;所述有机光吸收剂为酞菁、卟啉或偶氮。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种上述视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构的印刷方法,具体步骤如下:
1)通过柯式印刷法,将所需图案的油墨层印刷在透明层的内表面;
2)在印刷油墨层后的透明层的内表面涂布掺杂光吸收剂的透明膜层;
a.将光吸收剂加入至环氧树脂胶的透明溶液中,搅拌混合均匀后,得到掺杂光吸收剂的环氧树脂涂布液;
b.将上述涂布液涂布在透明层表面上,之后置于上表面上设置有凹形结构的模具上,干燥后,在印刷油墨层后的透明层表面形成带有若干个凸起的光吸收膜层;
3)在PVC基层表面上先涂布一层紫外固化粘合剂,再将PVC基层与透明层复合,在95-110℃温度条件下,经过6-10T压力复合;
4)采用10-400纳米的紫外光照射固化5-15分钟,从而得到本申请印刷膜结构。
进一步地,所述环氧树脂涂布液中光吸收剂的添加量在5-40%。
进一步地,所述紫外固化粘合剂内含有60-80%的环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、8-20%的光引发剂与0.5-2%的粘合助剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1本发明印刷膜结构中将油墨层印刷在透明层的内表面,再将其复合至PVC基层上,透明层起到保护膜的作用,避免油墨层直接暴露在外部,油墨层印刷图案不易被刮花、不易老化、不易褪色,观感效果更佳;
2在PVC基层与透明层之间通过紫外固化粘合剂进行复合,不仅能达到快速粘贴的效果,且经过紫外线固化后覆膜牢固度更高,紫外固化的粘合方式更佳环保;
3在粘合剂层中设置光吸收膜层,通过光吸收剂将紫外光更多的聚集至紫外光固化粘合剂中,促进紫外光固化粘合剂的固化,另外通过弧面结构的导光结构最大程度地收集紫外光,缩短粘合剂固化时间。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,包括透明层1与PVC基层2,在所述透明层1的内表面设置有油墨层3,在所述油墨层3与PVC基层2之间设置有粘合剂层4。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述透明层1为PET透明层、亚克力透明层、PS透明层、PC透明层或PVC透明层。
其中,所述透明层1还可以是色彩层。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述粘合剂层4包括光吸收膜层5与紫外光固化粘合剂层6,所述光吸收膜层5与紫外光固化粘合剂层6之间设置有若干个导光结构7。
其中,所述导光结构7为所述光吸收膜层5向紫外光固化粘合剂层6凸出的弧面结构。
在本实施例中,所述弧面结构为抛物面、椭球面或双曲面。
在本发明的技术方案中,所述光吸收膜层5为掺杂光吸收剂的透明膜层。

实施例2
上述视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构的印刷方法,具体步骤如下:
5)通过柯式印刷法,将所需图案的油墨层印刷在透明层的内表面;
6)在印刷油墨层后的透明层的内表面涂布掺杂光吸收剂的透明膜层;
c.将光吸收剂加入至环氧树脂胶的透明溶液中,搅拌混合均匀后,得到掺杂光吸收剂的环氧树脂涂布液;其中,所述环氧树脂涂布液中光吸收剂的添加量在5-40%;
d.将上述涂布液涂布在透明层表面上,之后置于上表面上设置有凹形结构的模具上,干燥后,在印刷油墨层后的透明层表面形成带有若干个凸起的光吸收膜层;
7)在PVC基层表面上先涂布一层紫外固化粘合剂,再将PVC基层与透明层复合,在100℃温度条件下,经过8T压力复合;其中,所述紫外固化粘合剂内含有78%的环氧丙烯酸酯树脂、20%的光引发剂与2%的粘合助剂。
8)采用400纳米的紫外光照射固化10分钟,从而得到本申请印刷膜结构。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,其特征在于,所述透明层(1)为PET透明层、亚克力透明层、PS透明层、PC透明层或PVC透明层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,其特征在于,所述透明层(1)还可以是色彩层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,其特征在于,所述粘合剂层(4)包括光吸收膜层(5)与紫外光固化粘合剂层(6),所述光吸收膜层(5)与紫外光固化粘合剂层(6)之间设置有若干个导光结构(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种视觉效果佳的印刷膜结构,其特征在于,所述导光结构(7)为所述光吸收膜层(5)向紫外光固化粘合剂层(6)凸出的弧面结构。

1)通过柯式印刷法,将所需图案的油墨层印刷在透明层的内表面;
2)在印刷油墨层后的透明层的内表面涂布掺杂光吸收剂的透明膜层;
a.将光吸收剂加入至环氧树脂胶的透明溶液中,搅拌混合均匀后,得到掺杂光吸收剂的环氧树脂涂布液;
b.将上述涂布液涂布在透明层表面上,之后置于上表面上设置有凹形结构的模具上,干燥后,在印刷油墨层后的透明层表面形成带有若干个凸起的光吸收膜层;
3)在PVC基层表面上先涂布一层紫外固化粘合剂,再将PVC基层与透明层复合,在95-110℃温度条件下,经过6-10T压力复合;
4)采用10-400纳米的紫外光照射固化5-15分钟,从而得到本申请印刷膜结构。
