技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域，更具体的是涉及一种帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制，是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物(病毒、细菌等)，处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞，以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力，是人体识别和排除“异己”的生理反应。
免疫力低下的身体易于被感染或患癌症；免疫力超常也会产生对身体有害的结果，如引发过敏反应、自身免疫疾病等。
各种原因使免疫系统不能正常发挥保护作用，在此情况下，极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染，因此免疫力低下最直接的表现就是容易生病。因经常患病，加重了机体的消耗，所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现，生病、打针吃药便成了家常便饭。每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复，而且常常反复发作。长此以往会导致身体和智力发育不良，还易诱发重大疾病。
深层原因是免疫力低下或免疫力不健全。当人体免疫功能失调，或者免疫系统不健全时，下列问题就会反复发作：感冒反复发作、扁桃体炎反复发作、哮喘反复发作、支气管炎反复发作、肺炎反复发作、腹泻反复发作。
人类的大部分疾病都与免疫有关，除了癌症，常见的自身免疫性疾病还有内分泌自身免疫性疾病、系统性风湿病、血液免疫病、皮肤免疫性疾病、消化系统免疫性疾病以及肾脏免疫性疾病，比如让人“闻病色变”的白血病，就是血液免疫病中的一种。
那么，到底要如何提高人体自身免疫力呢。对此，世界卫生组织用四句话总结出一种健康的生活方式，即合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡。但是，现代人随着生活节凑和工作压力日益增加，要实现合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡实在很困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：为了解决现有技术中无提高人体自身免疫力的复方药剂等技术问题，本发明提供帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂及其制备方法。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案：
一种帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂，包括：人参5-10份、灵芝5-10份、鹿茸5-10份、鹿鞭 2-5份、石斛5-10份、肽5-10份、鹿筋2-5份、鹿心2-5份、鹿尾2-5份、鹿肾2-5份、海参2-5份，冬虫夏草5-10份，肉苁蓉2-5份、锁阳2-5份、牡蛎5-10份，玛咖2-5份，巴戟天2-5份、枸杞5-10 份、淫羊藿2-5份、燕窝5-10份、龟2-5份、鹿血5-10份、覆盆子2-5份、鹿角胶2-5份、鹿胎盘1-3 份。

进一步地，所述的帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂的制备方法包括：按组分配比称量人参、灵芝、鹿茸、鹿鞭、石斛、肽、蒲公英、麦冬、五味子、白术药材,加净水浸泡0.5h，用10倍量的水，煎煮2 次，每次1小时，合并提取液后加入肽，过滤，浓缩至1:1，加95％乙醇调至溶液中乙醇浓度为40％，4℃下冷浸24h,离心，取上清液，回收乙醇,浓缩至10:1的稠浸膏，加入4倍于稠浸膏的辅料，其中糖粉: 糊精为3:1,混合均匀,制备成软材，投入至颗粒机，制粒，干燥，整粒，即得。
进一步地，所述甘露聚糖肽制备方式为：将α-溶血链球菌H1S-33号菌的深层发酵液经过灭活、浓缩、乙醇沉淀得到含有甘露聚糖肽的发酵产物；发酵产物加纯化水，在搅拌下进行提取，然后用三氯乙酸调节pH2.0～2.5，静置、离心或滤过除去沉淀物，清液在搅拌下加浓度95％乙醇至75％乙醇浓度，静置，离心或滤过分离沉淀；沉淀物再加纯化水如上述步骤反复溶解、沉淀六次，干燥，得甘露聚糖肽粗品；粗品加10倍量(W/V)的纯化水溶解，过滤除去不溶物，清液用300000分子量的滤膜超滤大分子甘露聚糖肽，滤液用截留10000分子量的滤膜进行浓缩处理；大分子甘露聚糖肽水溶液调整pH值7.5～8.0，加50000U/g的溶菌酶，混匀，40℃保温水解4小时，测定重均分子量在50000至80000之间，加热煮沸10分钟，冷却，调节pH值3.0左右，过滤至清，与上述滤液的浓缩液合并，加浓度95％乙醇至75％乙醇浓度，静置，离心分离沉淀，沉淀物用无水乙醇、丙酮脱水后干燥即得甘露聚糖肽原料。
进一步地，所述的复方制剂应用在制备具有增强免疫力、补肾壮阳、强身抗衰以及提高机体免疫力功效的产品或产品添加剂中。
本发明的有益效果如下：
1、本发明利用人参、灵芝、鹿茸等珍稀药材制成，提高人体免疫力，同时加入鹿鞭、石斛、鹿筋、鹿心、鹿尾、鹿肾、海参、冬虫夏草、肉苁蓉等，具有补肾壮阳、益精血、强筋骨、调冲任、托疮毒等功效；用于肾阳不足，精血亏虚，阳痿滑精，宫冷不孕，赢瘦，神疲，畏寒，眩晕，耳鸣，耳聋，腰脊冷痛，筋骨痿软，阴疽不敛等症状疗效显著；肽的加入能够提高本制剂的医用保健价值，医用类多肽药物，肽类抗生素，疫苗，农用类抗菌肽，饲料小肽，日化用化妆品，食品用大豆多肽，玉米多肽，酵母多肽，海参肽。从功能角度来分，可以分为，降压肽，抗氧化肽，降胆固醇肽，类鸦片活性肽，高F值寡肽，食品强味肽等等。活性肽，与营养，荷尔蒙、酵素抑制、调节免疫、抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化有非常紧密关系，多肽大体上分为：多肽类药物和多肽类保健品。
2、药理实验证明，甘露聚糖肽能在动物体外抑制S-180肉瘤、艾氏腹水癌和人舌鳞状细胞癌Tca8113 等细胞株的DNA和RNA的合成和葡萄糖代谢；在动物体内能抑制艾氏腹水癌和S-180肉瘤、HePA肝癌腹水瘤的生长(抑瘤率63％)，能提升外周白细胞、增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能，活化巨噬细胞及淋巴细胞，诱导胸腺淋巴细胞产生活性物质，改善和增强机体免疫功能和应激能力；本品注入人体后，具有激活吞噬细胞、NK细胞、T.B细胞亚群作用；有诱生干扰素和白介素等作用。可使肿瘤细胞、病毒等染色体断裂，使之凋亡，可诱生多种效应细胞和细胞因子产生"细胞因子鸡尾酒"效应，广谱杀灭病毒、致病菌以及广谱诱导瘤细胞凋亡；因此，本试剂不但能够提高免疫力和抗疲劳功效还在癌症患者治疗过程中具有辅助治疗功效。

本实施例提供一种帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂的制备方法包括：按组分配比称量人参、灵芝、鹿茸、鹿鞭、石斛、肽、蒲公英、麦冬、五味子、白术药材,加净水浸泡0.5h，用10倍量的水，煎煮2 次，每次1小时，合并提取液后加入肽，过滤，浓缩至1:1，加95％乙醇调至溶液中乙醇浓度为40％，4℃下冷浸24h,离心，取上清液，回收乙醇,浓缩至10:1的稠浸膏，加入4倍于稠浸膏的辅料，其中糖粉: 糊精为3:1,混合均匀,制备成软材，投入至颗粒机，制粒，干燥，整粒，即得。
所述甘露聚糖肽制备方式为：将α-溶血链球菌H1S-33号菌的深层发酵液经过灭活、浓缩、乙醇沉淀得到含有甘露聚糖肽的发酵产物；发酵产物1000g加10000ml的纯化水，在搅拌下进行提取，然后用三氯乙酸调节pH2.0～2.5，静置、离心或滤过除去沉淀物，清液在搅拌下加浓度95％乙醇至75％乙醇浓度，静置，离心或滤过分离沉淀；沉淀物再加纯化水如上述步骤反复溶解、沉淀六次，干燥，得甘露聚糖肽粗品；粗品加10倍量(W/V)的纯化水溶解，过滤除去不溶物，清液用300000分子量的滤膜超滤大分子甘露聚糖肽，滤液用截留10000分子量的滤膜进行浓缩处理。大分子甘露聚糖肽水溶液调整pH值 7.5～8.0，加50000U/g的溶菌酶100ml，混匀，40℃保温水解4小时，测定重均分子量在50000至80000 之间，加热煮沸10分钟，冷却，调节pH值3.0左右，过滤至清，与上述滤液的浓缩液合并，加浓度95％乙醇至75％乙醇浓度，静置，离心分离沉淀，沉淀物用无水乙醇、丙酮脱水后干燥即得口服用甘露聚糖肽原料。此法甘露聚糖肽得量在92～98g，纯度达95％，按发酵产物计收率为9.2～9.8％，按粗制品计收率为80～85％。
所述的复方制剂应用在制备具有增强免疫力、补肾壮阳、强身抗衰以及提高机体免疫力功效的产品或产品添加剂中。

1.一种帮助提高免疫力抗疲劳的复方制剂，其特征在于，包括：人参5-10份、灵芝5-10份、鹿茸5-10份、鹿鞭2-5份、石斛5-10份、肽5-10份、鹿筋2-5份、鹿心2-5份、鹿尾2-5份、鹿肾2-5份、海参2-5份，冬虫夏草5-10份，肉苁蓉2-5份、锁阳2-5份、牡蛎5-10份，玛咖2-5份，巴戟天2-5份、枸杞5-10份、淫羊藿2-5份、燕窝5-10份、龟2-5份、鹿血5-10份、覆盆子2-5份、鹿角胶2-5份、鹿胎盘1-3份。
