Claims (7)

1. An environment-friendly fish feed additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-9 parts of rheum officinale, 10-20 parts of allicin, 10-15 parts of cornel, 20-30 parts of bile acid, 16-20 parts of fruit acid, 20-35 parts of sodium humate, 5-10 parts of liquorice, 5-8 parts of coptis chinensis, 7-12 parts of sumac and 22-28 parts of choline chloride.
2. The preparation method of the environment-friendly fish feed additive according to claim 1, comprising the following specific steps:
step 1: cleaning radix et rhizoma Rhei, fructus evodiae, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Coptidis rhizoma and folium Toxicodendri in proportion, air drying, and removing excessive water on surface;
step 2: mixing the dried rhubarb, the cornel, the liquorice, the coptis and the lacquer leaves, and then putting the mixture into a drying oven for drying to remove the internal water;
and step 3: pulverizing dried radix et rhizoma Rhei, fructus evodiae, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Coptidis rhizoma and folium Toxicodendri with plant pulverizer, and sieving with 50 mesh sieve to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture;
and 4, step 4: putting the traditional Chinese medicine mixture in the step 3 into ultrasonic extraction equipment, and adding an extraction solvent for extraction;
and 5: after the step 4 is finished, vacuum filtration is adopted to obtain filtrate and filter residue, the filtrate is concentrated to 1/5-1/6 of the original volume in vacuum, and the concentration temperature is 50-65 ℃;
step 6: then, the bile acid, the fruit acid, the allicin, the sodium humate and the choline chloride are added into a stirring reaction kettle one by one according to the proportion and are stirred uniformly, the stirring temperature is 40-50 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 1-1.5 hours after the stirring is finished;
and 7: and (3) adding the extract liquid obtained in the step (5) into the mixture obtained in the step (6), starting the stirring reaction kettle again to enable the extract liquid and the mixture to be uniformly stirred, and naturally cooling the mixture to normal temperature after the mixture is subjected to colloid milling to obtain the fish feed additive finished product.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly fish feed additive according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the solvent extracted in step 4 is one of ethanol, water or other organic solvents, and the amount of the solvent is 9-12 times of that of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture.
4. The method for preparing the environment-friendly fish feed additive according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the extraction time in the step 5 is 40-50 minutes, and the ultrasonic power is 240-260W.
5. The method for preparing the environment-friendly fish feed additive according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and 2, the temperature of the drying box in the step 2 is 70 ℃, and the drying time is 9 hours.
