The gonadal index of the comparison group 9 of the large yellow croaker is higher than that of the test group 1-3(P is less than 0.05), which shows that the rhubarb, the coptis root and the liquorice in the Chinese herbal medicine preparation need to be mixed according to a specific proportion range to obtain good effect.
In summary, the rhubarb, the coptis chinensis and the liquorice are compounded and are matched with the resveratrol for breeding the large yellow croaker female fish, so that the gonadal index of the large yellow croaker female fish can be effectively reduced, the good effect of inhibiting the gonadal development of the large yellow croaker female fish is achieved, the weight gain rate and the survival rate of the large yellow croaker female fish can be improved, and the breeding benefit is greatly improved. The preparation method of the feed additive is simple and rapid, and can be used for industrial production.

2. The feed additive for large yellow croaker female fish according to claim 1, wherein each 100 parts of the feed additive for large yellow croaker female fish comprises 15 to 20 parts of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of the resveratrol and the balance of the carrier;
preferably, every 100 parts of the large yellow croaker female fish feed additive comprises 15 parts of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation, 1.5 parts of resveratrol and the balance of the carrier.
3. The feed additive for large yellow croaker female fish according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation comprise, by weight, 4: 2: 1 of the rhubarb, the coptis root and the liquorice.
4. The feed supplement for large yellow croaker females as claimed in claim 3, wherein said carrier comprises sepiolite.
5. The method for preparing a feed additive for large yellow croaker female fish according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: mixing the Chinese herbal medicine preparation, the resveratrol and the carrier according to a ratio.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the herbal formulation is prepared by a method comprising: pulverizing the rhubarb, the coptis root and the licorice and mixing.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the pulverization is carried out by ultrafine pulverization.
8. The method as set forth in claim 6, wherein the crushed material is passed through a 120-mesh sieve of 100 meshes.
9. The method of claim 6, further comprising drying the rhubarb, the coptis root and the licorice before the pulverization;
preferably, the drying temperature of the rhubarb, the coptis chinensis and the liquorice is 60-65 ℃, and the drying time is 8-9 h.
10. Use of the feed additive for female large yellow croaker according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for inhibiting gonadal development of female large yellow croaker;
