Description

Skin repair composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin repair composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The integrity of the skin is the ultimate goal sought for restorative cosmetics. However, most of the existing repair cosmetics only act on the epidermis layer of the skin to promote the proliferation of epidermal cells, so as to repair the epidermis layer of the skin and achieve the integrity of the barrier of the epidermis. The integrity of the skin is not limited to the epidermis which is a physiological barrier, but also comprises the restoration of a microbial layer which is a biochemical barrier, a basement membrane which supports a skin structure, a dermis layer and other physiological structures, so that the skin exists in an integral form.
The microbial layer of the skin is the habitat on which microbial flora live, about one billion bacteria per square centimeter are flatly co-located in the epidermis of the skin, and a microecological 'protective shield' is formed. The skin micro-ecology is a unity composed of skin microorganisms, host skin and the environment. They are restricted and coordinated with each other, keep dynamic balance, and are the first biological barrier of skin, and the balance is broken in any ring to cause micro-ecological imbalance. For example, when the skin environment is abnormal or is stimulated by external factors, some bacteria usually colonized on the skin can cause diseases. For example, Propionibacterium acnes is a resident microorganism of the skin, but excessive secretion of facial oil due to excessive human stress causes massive proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes, resulting in the formation of acne and tissue destruction. Excessive proliferation of propionibacterium acnes can also lead to an imbalance in the microecology of the whole skin, which can also lead to damage to this biochemical barrier at the outermost skin, leading to deterioration of the physical barrier of the skin, invasion of harmful substances and thus to a more profound destruction of the skin. Thus, when considering repairing the integrity of the skin, not only the structure of the skin, i.e. the repair of the physiological structure of the skin, but also the repair of the microbial layer, i.e. the repair of the biochemical structure of the skin, must be considered.
The physiological structure of the skin, including the epidermis, basement membrane and dermis, is accompanied by aging and external irritation of the human body, and the aging phenomenon of the skin is manifested by wrinkles, sagging, loss of elasticity, roughness, pigmentation, skin atrophy and telangiectasia. These skin aging phenomena can be attributed to damage of the epidermis, basement membrane and dermis. Damage to the epidermis and dermis layers is manifested by the death and withering of keratinocytes and fibroblasts, which is also a major cosmetic concern at present, while damage to the basement membrane is not a great concern at present. The change of the basement membrane can have a profound effect on the dermis and the epidermis, and after the continuity of the basement membrane is damaged, epidermal cells lose the connection with the basement membrane and are directly connected with the naked dermis, so that the structural support of the epidermis and the dermis and the transportation of nutrient substances and water are influenced. The epidermis is not normally supplied with nutrients and water, and cornification itself is affected, which eventually results in a loss of barrier function of the stratum corneum, the outermost protective layer of the skin. Furthermore, damage to the basement membrane will also lead to conduction of several growth factors in the dermis and epidermis, and these conduction barriers will further lead to structural damage of the skin. Care should be taken to repair the basement membrane while repairing the stratum corneum and dermis layers to promote keratinocyte and fibroblast proliferation so that the structure of the skin remains intact.
Chinese patent application CN105708724A discloses a cosmetic composition for repairing skin, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 14-18% of water, 11-15% of glycerol, 14-18% of propylene glycol, 14-18% of collagen cross-linked body, 11-15% of oligopeptide-1, 11-15% of oligopeptide-2 and 11-15% of oligopeptide-5. The invention can promote the rapid repair of skin damage parts, regulate fibroblast disorder, effectively inhibit scar formation, promote the skin to restore and smooth, rebuild skin barrier, and has the functions of repairing epidermis, increasing blood circulation of skin capillary vessels and lightening pigmentation. However, the cosmetic composition of the present invention acts mainly on the epidermis layer, and has a limited skin-repairing effect.
Chinese patent application CN108078881A discloses a skin repair liquid, which comprises the following components: propylene glycol, butylene glycol, carbomer, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate, horse chestnut extract, agave stem extract, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, rosemary flower extract, chlorphenesin, blumea balsamifera oil, oldenlandia diffusa extract, aloe extract, phloridzin and deionized water. The skin repair liquid provided by the technical scheme of the invention has good repairing and relieving effects on the sunburned damaged erythema, has a good moisturizing effect, can improve the blood circulation of the skin, renews the regeneration of skin cells, and is smooth, tender, white and bright after being used. However, the repairing liquid contains a plurality of extracts, the action mechanism is unclear, the action effect is uncontrollable, and side effects are easy to generate.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a skin repair composition, a method for preparing the same, and applications thereof, which can solve the above technical problems.
