A plant solid beverage containing garden vitex negundo is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of garden vitex negundo seeds, 5-8 parts of spicebush seeds, 3-4 parts of vitex negundo seeds, 3-5 parts of vitex negundo seeds, 1-2 parts of red-stalk citronella roots, 4-7 parts of elsholtzia, 1-2 parts of kudzu roots, 1-3 parts of apples, 6-9 parts of konjac, 5-7 parts of peanuts, 3-6 parts of purple potatoes, 4-8 parts of mulberry leaves, 2-5 parts of citrus fibers, 8-10 parts of white kidney beans, 3-6 parts of chickpeas, 5-8 parts of flaxseeds, 1-3 parts of quinoa, 2-5 parts of oats and 1-2 parts of buckwheat.

The plant solid beverage containing the garden vitex negundo linn as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-11.5 parts of garden vitex negundo seeds, 6-7 parts of spike flower vitex seeds, 3.3-3.8 parts of vitex negundo seeds, 3.5-4.5 parts of vitex negundo seeds, 1.2-1.7 parts of red stem citronella roots, 4.5-6 parts of elsholtzia, 1.2-1.6 parts of kudzuvine roots, 1.5-2.5 parts of apples, 7-8.5 parts of konjak, 5.5-6.5 parts of peanuts, 4-5.5 parts of purple potatoes, 5-7 parts of mulberry leaves, 3-4.5 parts of citrus fibers, 8.5-9.5 parts of white kidney beans, 3.5-5 parts of chickpeas, 6-7 parts of flaxseed seeds, 1.5-2.5 parts of quinoa, 3-4 parts of oats and 1.3-1.7 parts of buckwheat.
