An eye-protecting spray comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02 part by weight of retinol palmitate, 0.2 part by weight of lutein, 2.5 parts by weight of calendula extract, 0.01 part by weight of sunflower seed oil, 0.4 part by weight of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.05 part by weight of soybean lecithin, 0.15 part by weight of trehalose, 0.01 part by weight of taurine, 1.0 part by weight of glycine, 0.3 part by weight of vitamin E, 0.2 part by weight of vitamin C, 92 parts by weight of water, 2.5 parts by weight of glycerol, 3 parts by weight of butylene glycol, 0.6 part by weight of sodium chloride, 0.12 part by weight of gum arabic, 0.12 part by weight of hydrogenated palm oil, 0.03 part by weight of disodium EDTA, 0.4 part by weight of essence, 2.5 parts by weight of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.4 part by weight of phenoxyethanol.
The method of making the eye-shielding spray of embodiment 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) stirring the 85% glycerol, the 85% water and the 70% butanediol, sodium chloride, glycine, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, taurine and EDTA disodium according to the parts by weight for 20min under the conditions that the stirring temperature is 80 ℃ and the stirring speed is 1300r/min, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a phase a;
(2) cooling the phase a to 45 ℃, adding 15% of glycerol, 5% of water and acacia gum, hydrogenated palm oil, lutein, vitamin E, vitamin C, retinol palmitate, sunflower seed oil and soybean lecithin in parts by weight into the phase a after cooling, and mixing and stirring for 10min under the condition that the stirring speed is 1500r/min to obtain phase b;
(3) and cooling the phase b to 40 ℃, adding 10% of water, 30% of butanediol, the calendula extract, the ethylhexyl glycerol, the phenoxyethanol and the essence by weight part into the cooled phase b, and mixing and stirring for 9min under the condition that the stirring speed is 1500r/min to obtain the eye-protecting spray.

An eye-protecting spray comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.04 part by weight of retinol palmitate, 0.25 part by weight of lutein, 3 parts by weight of calendula extract, 0.015 part by weight of sunflower seed oil, 0.5 part by weight of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.08 part by weight of soybean lecithin, 0.18 part by weight of trehalose, 0.02 part by weight of taurine, 1.2 parts by weight of glycine, 0.4 part by weight of vitamin E, 0.25 part by weight of vitamin C, 95 parts by weight of water, 3 parts by weight of glycerol, 4 parts by weight of butanediol, 0.8 part by weight of sodium chloride, 0.15 part by weight of gum arabic, 0.15 part by weight of hydrogenated palm oil, 0.04 part by weight of disodium EDTA, 0.5 part by weight of essence, 3 parts by weight of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.5 part by weight of phenoxyethanol.
The method of making the eye-shielding spray of embodiment 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) stirring the 88% glycerol, 88% water and 72% butanediol, sodium chloride, glycine, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, taurine and disodium EDTA for 18min at the stirring temperature of 85 ℃ and the stirring speed of 1800r/min, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a phase a;
(2) cooling phase a to 48 ℃, adding 12% of glycerol, 5% of water and acacia gum, hydrogenated palm oil, lutein, vitamin E, vitamin C, retinol palmitate, sunflower seed oil and soybean lecithin in parts by weight into the cooled phase a, and mixing and stirring for 9min under the condition that the stirring speed is 1800r/min to obtain phase b;
(3) and cooling the phase b to 43 ℃, adding the 7% water, the 28% butanediol, the calendula extract, the ethylhexyl glycerol, the phenoxyethanol and the essence in parts by weight into the cooled phase b, and mixing and stirring for 9min under the condition that the stirring speed is 1800r/min to obtain the eye-protecting spray.

An eye-protecting spray comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 part by weight of retinol palmitate, 0.3 part by weight of lutein, 4 parts by weight of calendula extract, 0.02 part by weight of sunflower seed oil, 0.6 part by weight of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 part by weight of soybean lecithin, 0.3 part by weight of trehalose, 0.05 part by weight of taurine, 2 parts by weight of glycine, 0.5 part by weight of vitamin E, 0.3 part by weight of vitamin C, 100 parts by weight of water, 4 parts by weight of glycerol, 5 parts by weight of butanediol, 1 part by weight of sodium chloride, 0.2 part by weight of gum arabic, 0.2 part by weight of hydrogenated palm oil, 0.05 part by weight of disodium EDTA, 0.6 part by weight of essence, 4 parts by weight of ethylhexyl glycerol, and 0.6 part by weight of phenoxyethanol.

(2) cooling phase a to 50 ℃, adding 10% of glycerol, 5% of water and acacia gum, hydrogenated palm oil, lutein, vitamin E, vitamin C, retinol palmitate, sunflower seed oil and soybean lecithin in parts by weight into the phase a after cooling, and mixing and stirring for 8min under the condition that the stirring speed is 2000r/min to obtain phase b;
(3) and cooling the phase b to 45 ℃, adding the 5% water, the 25% butanediol, the calendula extract, the ethylhexyl glycerol, the phenoxyethanol and the essence in parts by weight into the cooled phase b, and mixing and stirring for 10min under the condition that the stirring speed is 2000r/min to obtain the eye-protecting spray.

the test method comprises the following steps: the eye-protecting sprays described in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 of the present invention were respectively filled into medium borosilicate glass bottles with a volume of 20ml, the amount of each bottle was 18ml, a blue light test card was placed 2 to 3cm behind the glass bottle, the glass bottle was irradiated with a blue light pen 15 to 20cm in front of the glass bottle, and spots on the blue light test card during irradiation were observed and recorded, and the results are shown in table 1:

Remarking: when the blue light pen is used for irradiation, purple spots appear on the blue light test card to indicate that the blue light is not blocked; no purple spots indicate blocking of blue light.
As can be seen from Table 1, the eye-protecting spray of the present invention has a very good blue light resistance.
As can be seen from table 1, comparative example 1 has no blue light-resistant effect, and the eye-protecting spray described in example 1 further contains the raw material components of marigold extract, soybean lecithin, vitamin E, which have blue light-resistant effect through the synergistic effect of these raw materials and other raw materials, compared to comparative example 1.
As can be seen from table 1, comparative example 2 has no blue light-resistant effect, and the eye-protecting spray described in example 2 further contains raw material ingredients of retinol palmitate, lutein, sunflower seed oil, glycine, which have blue light-resistant effect through synergistic effect of these raw materials and other raw materials, compared to comparative example 2.
As can be seen from table 1, comparative example 3 has no blue light-resistant effect, while comparative example 3 of the eye-protecting spray described in example 3 further contains raw material components of lutein, taurine, soybean lecithin, vitamin C, which have blue light-resistant effect through synergistic effect of these raw materials and other raw materials.
As can be seen from table 1, comparative example 4 has no blue light-resistant effect, while comparative example 4 of the eye-protecting spray further contains the raw material components of calendula officinalis extract, sunflower seed oil, taurine and glycine, which have the blue light-resistant effect through the synergistic effect of these raw materials and other raw materials, compared with comparative example 4.
As can be seen from table 1, comparative example 5 did not have a blue light-resistant effect, and the eye-protecting spray described in example 5 further contained the starting components of flavonol palmitate, soybean lecithin, calendula extract, which had a blue light-resistant effect by the synergistic effect of these and other starting materials, as compared to comparative example 5.
2. The eye-protecting spray has the use effect research
30 persons with the age range of 20-49 years, 66% female ratio and 34% male ratio (the skin of a tester contains mixed type, neutral type, dry type, oily type and allergic type) are randomly selected, the eye-closing distance of the eye-closing spray is 15-20cm away from the skin twice a day (once in the morning and afternoon), the eye-closing spray is sprayed by the eye-closing spray, the spraying amount is 1-2 pumps (20 ml of the eye-closing spray can be sprayed by 270 pumps), after the eye-closing spray is used for 1 month, the test results are investigated and analyzed, and the results are shown in table 2:

The eye protection spray disclosed by the invention is fresh in fragrance, 83.33% of people in a tested population feel better in absorption effect, moisturizing effect and make-up fixing effect, and discomfort such as stinging, redness and pruritus is avoided in the using process, so that the eye protection spray is suitable for people with sensitive muscles.
3. Eye protection spray stability study described in the invention
The eye-protecting sprays described in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 6 to 10 of the present invention were filled into medium borosilicate glass bottles having a volume of 20ml, respectively, and the amount of the filled samples was 18ml per bottle, and after standing for 5 to 10 minutes, the state of the liquid in the bottles was observed, and the results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from table 3, the part of the raw materials of the eye-protecting spray of the present invention, if not in the range described in the present application, will affect its stability.
The eye protection spray disclosed by the invention is scientific and reasonable in proportion of raw materials, and the obtained eye protection spray is good in stability and has good effects of resisting oxidation, preserving moisture, repairing, brightening and moistening.

The eye protection spray is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.025-0.05 part of retinol palmitate, 0.05-0.3 part of lutein, 1-4 parts of calendula extract, 0.001-0.02 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.1-0.6 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.001-0.1 part of soybean lecithin, 0.05-0.3 part of trehalose, 0.005-0.05 part of taurine, 0.1-2 parts of glycine, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin E, 0.05-0.3 part of vitamin C, 85-100 parts of water, 1-4 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of butanediol, 0.1-1 part of sodium chloride, 0.02-0.2 part of gum arabic, 0.02-0.2 part of hydrogenated palm oil, 0.01-0.05 part of EDTA disodium, 0.2-0.6 part of essence, 1-4 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.2-0.6 part of phenoxyethanol.

The eye-protecting spray of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.03-0.04 part of retinol palmitate, 0.1-0.25 part of lutein, 2-3 parts of calendula extract, 0.005-0.015 part of sunflower seed oil, 0.3-0.5 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.005-0.08 part of soybean lecithin, 0.08-0.18 part of trehalose, 0.008-0.02 part of taurine, 0.8-1.2 parts of glycine, 0.2-0.4 part of vitamin E, 0.08-0.25 part of vitamin C, 90-95 parts of water, 2-3 parts of glycerol, 2-4 parts of butanediol, 0.5-0.8 part of sodium chloride, 0.08-0.15 part of gum arabic, 0.08-0.15 part of hydrogenated palm oil, 0.02-0.04 part of EDTA disodium, 0.3-0.5 part of essence, 2-3 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.3-0.5 part of phenoxy ethanol.

4. A method of preparing an eye-protective spray according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing and stirring the 80-90% of glycerol, the 80-90% of water and 65-75% of butanediol, sodium chloride, glycine, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, taurine and EDTA disodium in parts by weight uniformly to obtain a phase a;
(2) cooling phase a, adding 10-20% of glycerol, 5% of water and acacia gum, hydrogenated palm oil, lutein, vitamin E, vitamin C, retinol palmitate, sunflower seed oil and soybean lecithin in parts by weight into phase a after cooling, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain phase b;
(3) cooling phase b, adding 5-15% of water, 25-35% of butanediol, calendula extract, ethylhexyl glycerol, phenoxyethanol and essence in parts by weight into phase b after cooling, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the eye-protecting spray.
5. The method for preparing eye-protecting spray according to claim 4, wherein the temperature for mixing and stirring the raw materials in step (1) is 70-90 ℃, the speed for mixing and stirring is 1000-2000r/min, and the time for mixing and stirring is 15-25 min.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the other ingredients are added in step (2) after the temperature of phase a is reduced to 40-50 ℃.
7. The method for preparing eye-protecting spray according to claim 6, wherein the mixing and stirring speed of each raw material in step (2) is 1000-2000r/min, and the mixing and stirring time is 8-12 min.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the other ingredients are added in step (3) after phase b is cooled to 35-45 ℃.
9. The method for preparing eye-protecting spray according to claim 8, wherein the mixing and stirring speed of each raw material in step (3) is 1000-2000r/min, and the mixing and stirring time is 8-12 min.
