From the above table, in the experimental group using the moisturizing essence milk, the water content data is obviously improved in a short period after use compared with the control group, the water content of 2 groups is improved from the time before use to 0h, and the water content is gradually reduced along with the gradual lapse of time; the oil content is opposite to the oil content, the initial oil content is larger than the water content value, which indicates that most of the skin of the subject is unbalanced in water and oil, the water is low and the oil is high, which is the embodiment of the water shortage of the mixed type skin, by adding different products (A moisturizing essence milk and B deionized water), the water content is in an upward trend at the initial stage, the oil content is in a downward trend correspondingly, and along with the time length, the water content falls back to be close to the initial value, and the oil content is increased back to be close to the initial value.
In the last 3h interval, the water content and the oil content of the control group return to the levels which are closer to the initial values (before any product is used), the skin water content of the test subject in the experimental group still shows that the skin water content of the test subject is higher than that of the control group test subject, and the corresponding oil content is slightly lower than that of the control group test subject, which is enough to show that the moisturizing cream has the basic effects of water locking and moisturizing and water-oil balance adjustment.
Then, the experience person continues to use 2 products (namely, A moisturizing essence milk and B deionized water) respectively corresponding to the groups in the next 28 days, namely, one skin metabolism period according to the previous experiment and control grouping, the skin brightness of the test person is slightly improved, the conditions of color spots, darkness and the like are obviously slightly improved, and simultaneously the fragility and the sensitivity of uniform skin color, red blood filaments and the like are relieved to a certain extent. According to the reflection of a tester, the skin care product is generally considered to be mild, non-irritant, non-inflammatory, non-stuffy and non-sensitive to skin after being used.
From the tests and the results, the product of the embodiment can not cause adverse reactions to the skin of the subject, and shows that the ingredient combination formula of the moisturizing essence milk has low irritation and personal safety, and has the effects of moisturizing the skin, maintaining the skin stable, moisturizing and locking the water. Meanwhile, through the use comparison test of 28 days, namely a skin metabolism period, the improvement of the aspects of removing pigmentation, repairing barriers, metabolizing muscle bottom cells and the like of the skin of the subject can be seen from the improvement of the skin condition.

1. The moisturizing and repairing essence milk is characterized by comprising the following components: comprises the following components: the skin care composition comprises chitosan, oligopeptide-1, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin B-5, squalane, mussel mucin, butanediol, glycerol, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum and deionized water, and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-2% of chitosan, 1-5% of oligopeptide-1, 0.01-0.5% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-10% of vitamin B-5, 1-5% of squalane, 0.05-0.15% of mussel mucin, 0.1-1.5% of butanediol, 1-5% of glycerol, 0.1-1% of potassium sorbate, 0.01-1% of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water.

The moisturizing and repairing essence milk according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weight percentages of the components are as follows: 0.3-1% of chitosan, 2.5-5% of oligopeptide-1, 0.15-0.35% of sodium hyaluronate, 3-5% of vitamin B-5, 2-4% of squalane, 0.1-0.15% of mussel mucin, 0.5-1% of butanediol, 2-5% of glycerol, 0.5-1% of potassium sorbate, 0.05-0.5% of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water.
3. The moisturizing and repairing essence milk according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: making into facial mask, lotion, cream or essence.
4. The preparation method of the moisturizing and repairing essence milk according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Putting 0.01-0.5% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-5% of glycerin, 0.1-1% of potassium sorbate, 0.01-1% of xanthan gum and deionized water into a stirring container, fully mixing and stirring uniformly, heating to 80 ℃ and continuously stirring for 3-5 minutes, and standing and cooling the obtained mixed solution;
(2) After the temperature of the mixture is reduced to 35-40 ℃, 0.1-2% of chitosan, 1-5% of oligopeptide-1, 1-5% of squalane, 0.05-0.15% of mussel mucin, 1-10% of vitamin B-5 and 0.1-1.5% of butanediol are added and stirred uniformly to obtain a mixed product;
(3) Adding proper citric acid, triethanolamine and ionized water to fix the volume and adjust the pH value to 5.8-7.4, after blending, performing ultraviolet irradiation autoclaving and vacuum emulsification homogenization to obtain the moisturizing repair essence milk, and sealing and storing in a container.

The preparation method of the moisturizing and repairing essence milk according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 percent of chitosan, 2.5 percent of oligopeptide-1, 0.35 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 3.5 percent of vitamin B-5, 3 percent of squalane, 0.1 percent of mussel mucin, 1 percent of butanediol, 3.5 percent of glycerol, 0.5 percent of potassium sorbate, 0.35 percent of xanthan gum and the balance of deionized water, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Putting sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, deionized water, potassium sorbate and xanthan gum into a stirring container, fully mixing and uniformly stirring, heating to 80 ℃, standing the mixture until the mixture is cooled to 35-40 ℃ after the mixture is completely dissolved;
(2) Adding vitamin B-5, butanediol, chitosan, squalane, oligopeptide-1 and mussel mucin into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed product;
(3) Adding citric acid as a pH regulator into the mixed product until the pH value is stabilized at 5.8, emulsifying and homogenizing after ultraviolet high-pressure sterilization to obtain the moisturizing and repairing essence milk, and storing in a vacuum package.
