When the sweeping robot is connected with the maintenance station in an alignment mode, the positioning motor rotates to drive the movable rack 42 and the fixed rack 43 to be located at the first position, so that the hair cleaning part 4 is hidden in the base 1, interference on the action of the sweeping robot is avoided, and the movable rack 42 is separated from the movable output end of the driving device 41; after the floor sweeping robot is butted with the maintenance station, the positioning motor rotates reversely to drive the movable rack 42 and the fixed rack 43 to be at the second position, so that the fixed rack 43 and the movable rack 42 both protrude out of the upper surface of the base 1 and correspond to the rolling brush 20, and meanwhile, the movable rack 42 at the moment is connected with the power output end of the driving device 41, so that the driving device 41 drives the movable rack 42 to reciprocate, and the fixed rack 43 is matched to cut hair. It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, when the fixed rack 43 cooperates with the moving rack 42 to cut hair, the rolling brush 20 of the sweeping robot rotates at a low speed, so that the hair on the rolling brush 20 can be thoroughly cleaned. Therefore, the hair can be cut very conveniently by utilizing the fixed rack 43 to be matched with the movable rack 42, the whole structure is simple, and the mass production and the manufacturing are convenient.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in the above embodiment, preferably, the hair cleaning part 4 further comprises a first mounting plate 45 and a second mounting plate 46, wherein the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46 are detachably mounted on the base 1 and are oppositely arranged to form a receiving slot together, the fixed rack 43 is fixed in the receiving slot, and the movable rack 42 is movably arranged in the receiving slot along the first direction and is connected with the driving device 41. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46 are both provided with ear plates, the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46 can be mounted on the base 1 by using the ear plates, the accommodating groove is formed by arranging the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46, so that an installation space is provided for the moving rack 42 and the fixed rack 43, and meanwhile, since the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46 are both detachable, after the hair cleaning part 4 is used for a period of time, the first mounting plate 45 and the second mounting plate 46 can be detached, so that the fixed rack 43 and the moving rack 42 can be cleaned or maintained daily, and therefore the service life of the hair cleaning part 4 is prolonged and the hair cleaning effect is improved.
With reference to fig. 6, in the above embodiment, preferably, a limit column 451 extends from one side of the first mounting plate 45 close to the second mounting plate 46 toward the second mounting plate 46, a limit hole 461 is formed on the second mounting plate 46 at a position corresponding to the limit column 451, a first through hole 431 is formed on the fixed rack 43 at a position corresponding to the limit column 451, and a second through hole 421 is formed on the movable rack 42 at a position corresponding to the limit column 451; the limit column 451 sequentially passes through the first through hole 431 and the second through hole 421, and is connected with the limit hole 461, and the second through hole 421 is in sliding fit with the limit column 451 in the X-axis direction, so as to limit the relative movement of the movable rack 42 and the fixed rack 43 in the Z-axis direction. In this embodiment, when specifically installing, the first installation plate 45 is first fixed on the base 1 by using the ear plate; then, the first through hole 431 of the fixed rack 43 is sleeved on the limiting column 451, so that the installation of the fixed rack 43 is completed, and the fixed rack 43 is fixed; then, the second through hole 421 of the movable rack 42 is sleeved on the limiting column 451 to complete the installation of the movable rack 42, and in this embodiment, the second through hole 421 is a waist-shaped hole, so that the limiting column 451 and the second through hole 421 can relatively move in the first direction, and the movable rack 42 can reciprocate along the X-axis direction; after the movable rack 42 is installed, the limiting hole 461 of the second mounting plate 46 is sleeved on the limiting column 451, so that the second mounting plate 46 and the first mounting plate 45 are fixedly connected. After all the installation is completed, since the limiting column 451 passes through the first through hole 431, the second through hole 421 and the limiting hole 461 in sequence, when the moving rack 42 reciprocates along the X-axis direction, the limiting column 451 limits the moving rack 42, and prevents the moving rack 42 from moving relative to the fixed rack 43 in the Z-axis direction. This improves the stability of the movement of the movable rack 42 by the stopper column 451.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that at least one positioning post 452 extends from a side of the first mounting plate 45 close to the second mounting plate 46 toward the second mounting plate 46, at least one positioning hole 432 is formed on the fixed rack 43 at a position corresponding to the positioning post 452, and the positioning post 452 is engaged with the positioning hole 432 to fix the fixed rack 43 on the first mounting plate 45. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the fixing rack 43 needs to be installed, not only the first through hole 431 needs to be aligned with the limiting post 451, but also the positioning hole 432 needs to be aligned with the positioning post 452, so that the fixing rack 43 is fixed on the first installation plate 45 after the positioning post 452 is engaged with the positioning hole 432. Therefore, the stability of the fixed rack 43 is ensured, and the influence on the hair cutting effect caused by the shaking of the fixed rack 43 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that the hair cleaning part 4 further includes an elastic member 47, and the elastic member 47 is disposed between the movable rack 42 and the inner wall of the receiving groove to press the movable rack 42 against the fixed rack 43. Specifically, in this embodiment, the elastic member 47 is an elastic sheet, the elastic sheet 47 is substantially in a shape like a Chinese character ji, a first end surface of the elastic sheet 47 abuts against the moving rack 42, a second end surface of the elastic sheet 47 abuts against the inner wall of the accommodating groove, so that the moving rack 42 abuts against the fixed rack 43 by the elastic sheet 47, the moving rack 42 is tightly attached to the fixed rack 43, and the hair can be cut more easily. It should be understood that the specific type of the elastic member 47 in this embodiment is not limited, and in other embodiments, the elastic member 47 may also be a spring, a sponge, or other elements with an elastic function, which may be selected according to actual needs.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the driving device 41 is a motor, the fixed rack 43 is fixed on the first mounting plate 45, the motor 41 is fixed on the second mounting plate 46, and the power output end of the motor 41 is provided with an eccentric shaft 411, one end of the moving rack 42 is provided with a connecting groove 422, and the eccentric shaft 411 is located in the connecting groove 422, so that the rotating of the motor 41 can drive the moving rack 42 to move back and forth along the first direction. Specifically, in this embodiment, the motor 41 is located at one end of the second mounting plate 46, and by installing the eccentric shaft 411 on the power shaft of the motor 41, when the motor 41 rotates, the eccentric shaft 411 will rotate in the connecting slot 422, so that the eccentric shaft 411 will continuously collide with two side walls of the connecting slot 422, thereby driving the moving rack 42 to move back and forth along the first direction. Therefore, the motor 41 is matched with the eccentric shaft 411 to conveniently drive the movable rack 42 to reciprocate along the X-axis direction, the whole structure is simple, and the production and the manufacture are easy. It should be understood that the specific structure of the driving device 41 is only one of the preferred embodiments, and in other embodiments, various power structures such as an air cylinder, a power screw rod, an electric push rod, etc. may be used instead.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the base 1 is further provided with a parking slot 15, and the parking slot 15 is arranged on the upper surface of the base 1, so that the driving wheel 30 of the sweeping robot can be parked in the parking slot 15. Specifically, when the robot of sweeping the floor docks with integrated interface portion 2, then the robot of sweeping the floor can stop at the upper surface of base 1, under general condition, the entering end of base 1 can set up the slope to the robot of sweeping the floor removes the upper surface of base 1, in order to avoid the robot of sweeping the floor condition of swift current slope, set up parking groove 15 at the upper surface of base 1, the shape of this parking groove 15 and the shape phase-match of the drive wheel 30 of the robot of sweeping the floor, when the robot of sweeping the floor and integrated interface portion 2 butt joint when accomplishing, then the drive wheel 30 of the robot of sweeping the floor correspondingly stops in this parking groove 15, thereby can carry out the position to the robot of sweeping the floor and prescribe a limit to in order to improve the stability when the robot of sweeping the floor maintains.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the charging portion 24 is an elastic charging post, and the elastic charging post 24 protrudes out of the base 1 and can elastically expand and contract along the axial direction thereof, so as to be pressed against the charging pad on the sweeping robot to fully contact with the charging pad. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the robot of sweeping the floor and integrated interface part 2 dock each other, in the in-process that the robot of sweeping the floor was close to integrated interface part 2 gradually, the piece of charging on the robot of sweeping the floor can contact with the tip of elasticity post that charges earlier, then, along with the robot of sweeping the floor continuously is close to integrated interface part 2 until accomplish the butt joint with integrated interface part 2, then the piece of charging can constantly extrude the tip of this elasticity post that charges 24 to make elasticity post 24 fully contact with the piece that charges under the effect of elastic force, avoided because contact failure and influence the condition of charging to the robot of sweeping the floor.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the maintenance station further includes an infrared signal emitting device 7, the infrared signal emitting device 7 is disposed on the base 1, and the base 1 is further provided with a positioning groove 16, the infrared signal emitting device 7 can emit an infrared signal to the sweeping robot to guide the sweeping robot to approach the multifunctional maintenance station, so that the positioning protrusion on the sweeping robot is engaged with the positioning groove 16. Specifically, in this embodiment, the sweeping robot is provided with the infrared sensor for receiving the infrared signal, and when the sweeping robot needs to return to the maintenance station for maintenance, the specific position of the maintenance station is obtained by receiving the infrared signal transmitted by the infrared signal transmitting device 7, so that the planned walking route approaches the maintenance station, and as the sweeping robot approaches the maintenance station continuously, the positioning protrusion on the sweeping robot is engaged with the positioning groove 16 on the maintenance station, so that the interface on the sweeping robot is aligned with the integrated interface part 2 until the interface on the sweeping robot is in butt joint with the integrated interface part 2. Therefore, the infrared signal transmitting device 7 is matched with an infrared sensor on the sweeping robot to guide the path of the sweeping robot, so that the sweeping robot can return to a maintenance station for maintenance by the optimal path.
In summary, the maintenance station provided by the embodiment of the invention integrates the functions of automatic charging, water supplementing, sewage absorbing, dust collecting, drying and hair cleaning, so that the sweeping robot can be comprehensively maintained, the convenience for maintaining the sweeping robot is improved, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, the road guidance can be carried out for the sweeping robot.

Claims (7)

1. A multifunctional maintenance station of a sweeping robot is characterized by comprising:
the base is internally provided with a dust collection assembly, a water purification assembly and a sewage assembly;
the dust collecting interface is arranged on the base and communicated with the dust collecting assembly through a dust collecting pipeline so as to be used for collecting garbage in the dust box of the sweeping robot;
the water inlet interface is arranged on the base, is communicated with the sewage assembly through a water inlet pipeline and is used for receiving sewage in a sewage tank of the sweeping robot;
the water outlet interface is arranged on the base, is communicated with the water purifying assembly through a water outlet pipeline and is used for providing purified water for the water purifying tank of the sweeping robot;
the charging part is arranged on the base and is electrically connected with an external power supply through a lead so as to charge the sweeping robot;
the drying part is arranged on the base and is positioned at a first set position so as to correspond to the rolled cloth of the sweeping robot and dry the rolled cloth, and a groove for accommodating the rolled cloth is formed in the first set position on the base;
the hair cleaning part is arranged on the base and is positioned at a second set position so as to correspond to a rolling brush of the sweeping robot and clean hair on the rolling brush;
the integrated interface part is arranged on the base, and the dust collecting interface, the water inlet interface, the water outlet interface and the charging part are all arranged on the integrated interface part;
the integrated interface part is also provided with a magnet to be adsorbed to an integrated interface magnet on the sweeping robot, so that the integrated interface of the sweeping robot and the integrated interface part of the multifunctional maintenance station are limited to move relatively;
the hair cleaning part comprises a driving device, a movable rack, a fixed rack and a position adjusting device;
the positioning device and the driving device are arranged in the base, the fixed rack is arranged on the positioning device, the movable rack is attached to one side of the fixed rack, and the movable rack is detachably connected with the power output end of the driving device;
the positioning device can drive the movable rack and the fixed rack to move so as to switch between a first position and a second position, the hair cleaning part is hidden in the base under the condition that the movable rack and the fixed rack are positioned at the first position, and the movable rack is separated from the power output end of the driving device; when the movable rack and the fixed rack are in the second position, the fixed rack and the movable rack both protrude out of the upper surface of the base, and the movable rack is connected with the power output end of the driving device, so that the driving device can drive the movable rack to move back and forth, and the movable rack is matched with the fixed rack to cut hair;
the hair cleaning part also comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate elastic piece, wherein the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are detachably mounted on the base and oppositely arranged to form an accommodating groove together, the fixed rack is fixed in the accommodating groove, the movable rack is movably arranged in the accommodating groove along the first direction and is connected with the driving device, and the elastic piece is arranged between the movable rack and the inner wall of the accommodating groove to enable the movable rack to be abutted against the fixed rack; the movable rack is of a split structure.

The multi-function maintenance station of claim 1, further comprising an elastic gel and a soft gel channel, wherein the elastic gel is connected between the integrated interface portion and the base, and the soft gel channel is connected between the dust collection interface and the dust collection assembly, so that the integrated interface portion can move elastically relative to the base.
3. The multi-function maintenance station of claim 1, wherein the drying portion is a heat generating element disposed within the base at the first set position, and wherein the base has an opening at a location corresponding to the heat generating element.
4. The multi-function maintenance station of claim 1, wherein the driving device is a motor, an eccentric shaft is mounted on a power output end of the motor, a connecting slot is formed at one end of the movable rack, and the eccentric shaft is located in the connecting slot, so that the rotation of the motor can drive the movable rack to reciprocate.
5. The multi-function maintenance station of claim 1, wherein the base further comprises a parking slot formed in an upper surface of the base, such that a driving wheel of the sweeping robot can be parked in the parking slot.
6. The multifunctional maintenance station of claim 1, wherein the charging portion is an elastic charging post protruding out of the base and elastically stretchable in an axial direction thereof so as to be pressed against a charging pad on the sweeping robot to be in full contact with the charging pad.
7. The multifunctional maintenance station according to claim 1, further comprising an infrared signal emitting device, wherein the infrared signal emitting device is disposed on the base, and the base is further provided with a positioning groove, and the infrared signal emitting device can emit an infrared signal to the sweeping robot to guide the sweeping robot to approach the multifunctional maintenance station, so that a positioning protrusion on the sweeping robot is engaged with the positioning groove.
