Wherein, the clean water stored in the clean water tank 1 flows to and sprinkles on the rolling brush elements such as cloth of the ground washing rolling brush 4 through the pump body, in the rolling cleaning process of the intelligent floor washing machine, the rolling brush elements such as cloth wetted by the clean water cleans the floor in a manner of mopping or scrubbing such as mop, the sewage formed after cleaning the floor is thrown out due to the rotating centrifugal action of the rolling brush, and together with the other sewage on the floor and on the rolling brush 4, is recycled into the sewage tank 2 under the suction action of the suction mechanism 3 such as a fan, the gas in the mixed air flow entering the sewage tank 2 is discharged through the suction mechanism 3, and the sucked and entrained sewage exists in the sewage tank 2 under the obstruction of the water baffle plate 8 so as to avoid the water entering the suction mechanism 3 to cause the fault or damage of the suction mechanism 3.
Roller brush self-cleaning-drying
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a roller brush self-cleaning-drying control scheme of an intelligent floor washing machine is shown in fig. 2.
The rolling brush self-cleaning-drying operation of the intelligent floor washing machine comprises a rolling brush cleaning process (or called rolling brush self-cleaning program) and a rolling brush drying process (or called rolling brush self-drying program).
More specifically, in the rolling brush self-cleaning procedure, water can be uniformly sprayed to the rolling brush element of the rolling brush, such as cloth, through the water supply system (of course, the intelligent floor washing machine can be set to not supply water when the floor washing operation is just finished) to soften and clean the cloth of the rolling brush and dissolve/entrain the dirt contained therein, the rolling brush is driven to rotate by the rolling brush driving mechanism 5, the dirt in the dirt is thrown out by centrifugal force to partially enter the dirt recovery channel, and the dirt is substantially synchronously sucked to the dirt tank by the suction mechanism, so that the purpose of cleaning the cloth of the rolling brush is achieved. After the self-cleaning is finished, the water supply system can be closed, the rolling brush is driven by the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to rotate so as to further centrifugally throw out the water, and the water can be synchronously sucked by the suction mechanism to help the suction and the recovery of the sewage.
During self-cleaning, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the central control system controls the intelligent scrubber to run back to the refill seat 40, park by climbing the platform 44 via the ramp 41, and place its wheels in the pit 46, thus keeping the intelligent scrubber parked, with the heating element 42 for brush drying aligned with the brush 4 directly above it, as shown in fig. 7; the central control system controls the roller brush driving mechanism 5 to drive the roller brush 4 to rotate at a first rotating speed, and the first rotating speed and the rotating time of the rotation are enough to throw out the substantial majority of sewage from the cloth by using centrifugal force; substantially simultaneously therewith, the suction means 3 (e.g. fan, etc.) is operated in the first gear, creating a negative pressure in the waste-water recovery channel, sucking waste water into the waste-water tank 2, self-cleaning.
Fig. 3 exemplarily shows a diagram of a roll brush self-cleaning assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 schematically illustrates a cross-sectional view of a roll brush self-cleaning assembly.
According to an embodiment, the roll brush self-cleaning assembly may comprise: clear water tank 1, sewage case 2, round brush 4, round brush actuating mechanism 5, suction mechanism 3 and center control system. The clean water tank 1 is configured to supply clean water to the roll brush 4 via a water supply path. The suction mechanism 3 may be configured to suck the sewage of the floor and the drum brush 4 to the sewage tank 2 via the sewage recovery channel 6. The central control system may be configured to execute a rolling brush self-cleaning logic scheme to control the intelligent scrubber machine to achieve self-cleaning of the rolling brush 4.
The suction mechanism 3 may communicate with the waste water tank 2 through a suction mechanism airflow path 7, and a water guard 8 may be provided in the waste water tank 2 near or near an inlet of the suction mechanism airflow path 7.
The roll brush self-cleaning assembly may further include a water pump 9, and clean water is supplied to the roll brush 4 through the water pump 9 via a water supply path. The roll brush self-cleaning assembly may further comprise a water sprinkling portion 10, the clean water may be connected to the water sprinkling portion 10 via a water pump 9 and a hose, and the water sprinkling portion 10 sprinkles the water towards the roll brush 4. The roller brush self-cleaning assembly may further comprise a shield 11, e.g. transparent, provided in the upper half of the roller brush 4.
When the intelligent floor washing machine washes the ground, the water outlet of the clean water tank 1 is connected to the water inlet of the water pump 9 through a hose, and then the water outlet of the water pump 9 is connected to the water spraying part 10 through a hose. The rolling brush 4 can be composed of soft hair and hard glue and rotate clockwise, the periphery of the upper part of the rolling brush 4 can be covered by a protective cover 11, such as a transparent protective cover, wherein a slightly larger gap can be arranged at the area A of the lower side of the rolling brush 4 corresponding to the inlet of the sewage recovery channel 6, so that the airflow can conveniently flow into the sewage, the gap is smaller at the area B of the lower side of the rolling brush 4 opposite to the area A, and the purpose is to ensure that the area A has enough wind power to absorb the sewage and absorb the sewage into the sewage recovery channel 6.
When the rolling brush 4 carries out the automatically cleaning during operation, can sprinkle water to the rolling brush 4 and wet, soften and clean the cloth on rolling brush surface, the rolling brush 4 can be rotatory under the higher rotational speed by the drive of rolling brush actuating mechanism 5 under the control of center control system, carries out the centrifugation and gets rid of water, and the gear that the fan can be different simultaneously sucks, produces negative pressure and suction air current, carries out the automatically cleaning.
After the intelligent floor cleaning machine performs self-cleaning for a period of time, the water supply system of the intelligent floor cleaning machine can be closed, and the rolling brush drying process can be entered according to the control logic set by the central control system of the intelligent floor cleaning machine.
Before describing the roll brush drying process in detail, a refill socket for an intelligent floor washing machine and a roll brush heating drying setting thereof according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 7.
As shown in fig. 5-6, there is shown a schematic view of a recharging stand (or "charging stand", "charging dock", "base station") 40 for a smart floor washing machine, which is provided with a design for drying the drum brush 4, including a heating mechanism for drum brush drying, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. In this way, the recharging seat 40 not only has the function of recharging the traditional intelligent floor washing machine, but also additionally has the function of drying the rolling brush by additionally arranging the heating mechanism 42 for drying the rolling brush.
The refill seat 40 includes a base 48, and a stand 47 mounted on the base 48 to extend vertically upward. The stand 47 may be a separate component from the base 48 or may be integral. In one aspect, the stand 47 may serve the role of a "control cabinet" providing a power supply arrangement and circuit configuration for the intelligent scrubber, as well as other ancillary features, such as a charging port 49. On the other hand, according to this example, a storage compartment 45 can also optionally be provided above the stand 47, for example for storing maintenance accessories and spare parts of the intelligent scrubber, such as a rolling brush accessory, etc.
Base 48 is designed to facilitate parking the intelligent scrubber for charging and brush drying. For example, as shown, the base 48 is designed with a ramp 41 to facilitate the intelligent scrubber climbing up, and a platform 44 in smooth transition with the ramp 41 for the intelligent scrubber to park. In order to facilitate accurate alignment and position fixing during charging and rolling brush drying, pits 46 (generally 2 or 3, and the number of the pits can be adapted to the number and the shape of the rollers) are further arranged on the platform 44, so that the rollers can be parked and held during charging and rolling brush drying.
Furthermore, it is important that a recess 43 for arranging a heating element 42 for drying the roll brush, for example a PTC heated ceramic, is provided on the base 48 at a position corresponding to the position of the roll brush when the intelligent floor washing machine is parked. Generally, the recess 43 is designed such that the position of the roll brush when the intelligent floor washing machine is parked is directly above the recess 43 and the shape and size of the recess also substantially matches the shape of the roll brush, e.g. typically the roll brush is elongated, then the recess 43 is also shaped in a substantially corresponding elongated channel. This groove 43 may also be configured in another alternative example to have the additional function of storing, collecting, rolling brush effluent.
The heating element 42 may be, for example, a heat-generating tube, a heat-generating fuse, an infrared heating lamp, an ultraviolet lamp, a PTC heating element, such as PTC ceramic, a constant temperature heating PTC thermistor. The PTC heating element is preferable because it has the characteristics of constant temperature heating, no open fire, power saving and safety, and the condition that the roller brush is baked out due to overhigh heating temperature can not occur.
The roller brush drying process is described in detail below.
After the roller brush completes the self-cleaning sequence, as shown in FIG. 7, the intelligent scrubber is now at the refill seat 40. During the drying procedure of the rolling brush, firstly, the central control system controls the lower rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to drive the rolling brush 4 to rotate at a second rotating speed.
Substantially synchronously with the rotation of the roller brush 4, the suction mechanism 3, for example a fan, can be operated in the second gear for suction. This second rotational speed is generally greater than the first rotational speed, preferably much greater than the first rotational speed, for example, may approach or reach full speed of the roller brush.
Then, the heating element 42 for drying the roll brush is energized and started to heat the roll brush 4, thereby drying the roll brush. As shown in fig. 2, the blower 3 and the drum brush 4 are turned off and do not operate while drying.
As an alternative, however, in order to facilitate uniform heating and drying of the roller brush 4 by the heating element 42, the central control system may control the roller brush 4 to rotate at a third rotation speed during heating and drying, the third rotation speed being generally set to be much smaller than the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed, for example, set in the range of 10-60 rpm.
In addition, it is further optional that the fan 3 is operated in the third gear to perform suction substantially in synchronization with the rotation of the third rotation speed of the drum brush 4 in order to accelerate drying. The power of the third gear is generally set to be smaller than the power of the first gear and the second positioning.
For the effect of faster drying, at this moment, the suction power of the third gear can be set to be larger than that of the first gear, so that the suction wind speed of the fan is higher, and the effect of taking away water vapor and assisting drying through wind power evaporation is better.
After the heating element 42 heats the roller brush 4 rotating at the third rotation speed for a set period of time, or after sensing that the roller brush 4 has been substantially dried by the sensing device, the roller brush driving mechanism 5 and the suction mechanism 3 are turned off, and the self-drying of the roller brush is completed. At this time, the intelligent floor washing machine can enter a standby state or enter a floor washing mode or enter a charging mode.
According to specific settings, the central control system can control the intelligent floor washing machine to perform charging operation during, before and after the intelligent floor washing machine performs the drying program.
In the drying program, the first, second and third rotation speeds and operation times, and the operation parameters in the first, second and third gears, such as the rotation speed and the operation time, etc., may be parameters preset in a central control system. Of course, it is fully understood by those skilled in the art that the real-time adjustment/setting may be performed by the central control system according to the detected drying condition of the rolling brush, for example, by detecting the drying data through the sensor.
The rolling brush self-cleaning-drying logic scheme according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include rolling brush drying status detection. Whether drying is completed or not can be evaluated and judged by providing a gravity sensor or other type of weight measuring device on the drum brush 4 to monitor the weight of the drum brush 4 and comparing it with the set weight of the drum brush 4. Of course, it may also be detected whether the drying is completed in other alternative ways.
Through the self-cleaning and drying of the rolling brush, manual operation can be reduced, the hands of a user are really liberated, and meanwhile the time cost and the material cost of the user can be reduced, so that the purposes of preventing the rolling brush from smelling, breeding bacteria and gathering insects such as cockroaches are achieved, and the hands of the user are liberated, and the time cost and the material cost of the user are reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A self-cleaning-drying method for a roll brush of an intelligent floor washing machine, wherein the intelligent floor washing machine comprises a clean water tank, a sewage tank, a roll brush driving mechanism, a suction mechanism and a control system, the method comprising:
docking the intelligent scrubber to a refill seat with a heating element separately located from the intelligent scrubber with the drum brush substantially aligned with the heating element;
supplying water from the clean water tank to the drum brush via a water supply passage in the intelligent floor washing machine and driving the drum brush to rotate at a first rotational speed for a first time;
the suction mechanism sucks the sewage thrown out of the roller brush into the sewage tank at a first gear in a manner of being substantially synchronous with the rotation of the first rotating speed of the roller brush, so that the roller brush is self-cleaned;
stopping the supply of water to the drum brush after the drum brush is rotated at the first rotational speed for the first time, driving the drum brush to rotate at a second rotational speed for a second time, and controlling the suction mechanism to suck at a second gear substantially synchronously with the rotation of the drum brush at the second rotational speed;
then, starting the heating element to heat, and drying the roller brush;
wherein the suction power of the second gear is greater than the suction power of the first gear, and the second rotational speed is greater than the first rotational speed.
2. A self-cleaning-drying method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises, during said heating of said heating element, said central control system controlling said drum brush to rotate at a third rotational speed, wherein said third rotational speed is less than said first rotational speed and said second rotational speed.
3. The self-cleaning-drying method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the method further comprises controlling the suction mechanism to suck in a third gear substantially synchronously with the rotation of the third rotation speed of the drum brush by the central control system.
4. A self-cleaning-drying method according to claim 3, wherein the suction power of the third gear is smaller than the suction power of the first gear.
5. A self-cleaning-drying method according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the self-cleaning-drying method further comprises:
detecting the instant weight of the rolling brush after the rolling brush rotates at the second rotating speed for a set second time;
when the instant weight is less than or equal to the set dry weight value of the rolling brush, stopping the rotation of the rolling brush at the second rotating speed, and entering a heating program of the heating element;
and when the instant weight is higher than the set dry weight value, driving the rolling brush to continuously rotate at the second rotating speed for a set fourth time, and then returning to the step of detecting the instant weight of the rolling brush.
6. A self-cleaning-drying method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises the central control system further being configured to control the roller brush and the suction mechanism to remain off during the heating of the heating element.
7. A self-cleaning-drying assembly for an intelligent floor washing machine, comprising:
rolling and brushing;
a clean water tank configured to supply water to the roll brush via a water supply line;
a suction mechanism connected to the sewage recovery channel and configured to suction the sewage of the drum brush through the sewage recovery channel;
a sewage tank communicating with the sewage recovery channel and configured to accommodate the sewage recovered by the suction mechanism;
a roller brush driving mechanism for driving the roller brush to rotate;
a central control system; and
a refill seat with a heating element provided separately from the intelligent floor washing machine,
wherein the central control system is configured to:
controlling the intelligent floor washing machine to park on a refill seat with a heating element, which is arranged separately from the intelligent floor washing machine, so that the roller brush is basically aligned with the heating element;
controlling water to be supplied to the rolling brush from the clean water tank through a water supply passage in the intelligent floor washing machine, and driving the rolling brush to rotate at a first rotating speed for a first time to throw out sewage in the rolling brush;
controlling the suction mechanism to suck at a first gear substantially synchronously with the rotation of the first rotating speed of the rolling brush, and sucking the sewage thrown out of the rolling brush into the sewage tank to perform self-cleaning of the rolling brush;
controlling to stop supplying water to the drum brush after the drum brush is rotated at the first rotational speed for the first time, driving the drum brush to rotate at a second rotational speed for a second time, and controlling the suction mechanism to suck at a second gear substantially synchronously with the rotation of the drum brush at the second rotational speed; and
controlling the heating element to start heating subsequently, and drying the roller brush;
wherein the suction power of the second gear is greater than the suction power of the first gear, and the second rotational speed is greater than the first rotational speed.
8. The self-cleaning-drying assembly of claim 7, wherein the central control system is further configured to:
after the rolling brush rotates at the second rotating speed for a set second time, controlling to detect the instant weight of the rolling brush;
when the instant weight is less than or equal to the set dry weight value of the rolling brush, controlling to stop the rotation of the rolling brush at the second rotating speed, and entering a heating program of the heating element;
and when the instant weight is higher than the set dry weight value, driving the rolling brush to continuously rotate at the second rotating speed for a set fourth time, and then returning to the step of detecting the instant weight of the rolling brush.
9. A self-cleaning-drying assembly according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said central control system is further configured to control said roller brush and said suction mechanism to remain off during said heating of said heating element.
10. An intelligent scrubber-refill seat kit comprising an intelligent scrubber body, a refill seat having a heating element for tumble drying, and a self-cleaning-drying assembly according to any one of claims 7-9.
