Abstract
An automatic cleaning device is suitable for cleaning sewage on a surface to be cleaned, is arranged on a shell which defines a space and comprises: a cloth roller, a motor, a water throwing baffle plate and a sewage tank which are arranged in the space of the shell. The cloth roller can adsorb sewage on a surface to be cleaned. The motor can drive the cloth roller to roll between a first rotating speed and a second rotating speed which is greater than the first rotating speed. The water throwing baffle protrudes towards the cloth roller. The sewage tank is provided with an opening and a water storage space communicated with the opening. When the cloth roller is at a first rotating speed, the cloth roller contacts the surface to be cleaned so as to be in a water absorption state and adsorb sewage on the surface to be cleaned. When the cloth roller is in the second rotating speed, the cloth roller is in a water throwing state, so that the sewage adsorbed on the cloth roller is thrown to the water throwing baffle plate through centrifugal force, then moves towards the opening of the sewage tank and enters the water storage space of the sewage tank. The cloth roller can switch the rotating speed between the first rotating speed and the second rotating speed so as to obtain a faster rotating speed in the water throwing state and effectively throw off the sewage on the cloth roller by virtue of the centrifugal force, and the cleaning effect is good.

Background
The existing automatic cleaning devices such as automatic mopping machines are cleaning tools widely used by the public at present. The user can remove the sewage on the ground by the cloth roller which is arranged in the automatic mopping machine and can automatically roll on the ground. However, the cloth roller built in the conventional automatic floor mopping machine has only a single rotation speed; therefore, the rotation speed of the cloth roller is the same as that of the spin-drying device when absorbing the sewage on the ground, so that the conventional automatic floor mopping device cannot effectively remove the sewage on the cloth roller through the spin-drying function, and once the cloth roller needs to absorb the sewage on the ground again, the previous absorbed sewage still remains on the cloth roller, so that the cleaning effect is poor.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first embodiment of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention is adapted to clean a waste water 11 on a surface 1 to be cleaned. The automatic cleaning device is arranged on a shell 2 which defines a space 20, and a push rod main machine 24 is pivoted on a rear side 21 of the shell 2 and comprises a wheel set 3, a cloth roller 4, a pedal 23, a motor 5, a water throwing baffle plate 6, a sewage tank 7, a pressing component 8 and a microswitch 9. In the first embodiment of the present invention, a user pushes the automatic cleaning device to move forward and backward through the main pushing rod 24, so that the first embodiment can be used as an automatic cleaning mop.
The wheel set 3 comprises a pair of rear wheels 31 and a middle wheel 32, said rear wheels 31 being mounted to the rear side 21 of the housing 2.
The cloth roller 4 is mounted on a front side 22 of the housing 2, is located in the space 20 of the housing 2, and can adsorb the sewage 11 on the surface 1 to be cleaned. The cloth roller 4 includes a roller body 41, and a fiber cloth 42 connected to the roller body 41. Preferably, the middle wheel 32 of the wheel set 3 is located between the cloth roller 4 and the rear wheel 31.
The motor 5 is disposed in the space 20 of the housing 2 and is connected to the cloth roller 4, and the motor 5 can drive the cloth roller 4 to roll between a first rotation speed and a second rotation speed greater than the first rotation speed. Specifically, the motor 5 of the first embodiment of the present invention is adjacent to the rear side 21 of the housing 2, and the pedal 23 protrudes from the bottom of the housing 2 away from the front side 22 of the housing 2.
The water slinger baffle 6 is located in the space 20 of the housing 2 and protrudes towards the cloth roller 4. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the water throwing baffle 6 is disposed at a top of the housing 2 and protrudes toward the cloth roller 4 to be located in the space 20 of the housing 2, and as shown in fig. 4, a gap G is formed between a bottom edge 61 of the water throwing baffle 6 and the cloth roller 4.
The waste water tank 7 is disposed in the space 20 of the housing 2 and has an opening 701 facing the water slinger 6 and a water storage space 702 communicating with the opening 701.
In short, when the cloth drum 4 is at the first rotation speed, the cloth drum 4 contacts the surface to be cleaned 1 to be in a water-absorbing state (see fig. 3 and 4), and adsorbs the contaminated water 11 on the surface to be cleaned 1; when the cloth drum 4 is at the second rotation speed, the cloth drum 4 is in a water throwing state (see fig. 5 and 6) so that the sewage 11 adsorbed on the cloth drum 4 is thrown toward the water throwing baffle 6 by centrifugal force and then travels toward the opening 701 of the sewage tank 7 and enters the water storage space 702 of the sewage tank 7.
The push-down element 8 and the micro-switch 9 are disposed in the space 20 of the housing 2 between the rear side 21 and the front side 22 of the housing 2, and the micro-switch 9 is adjacent to the motor 5 relative to the push-down element 8.
The pressing assembly 8 includes a body 81 and an elastic element 82. The body 81 of the pressing assembly 8 has an upper section 811 and a lower section 812 connected to each other, and the elastic element 82 is sleeved on the upper section 811 of the body 81. Specifically, the upper section 811 of the body 81 of the hold-down assembly 8 has a shoulder 8111, a rod portion 8112 extending upward from the shoulder 8111 to be adjacent to the top of the housing 2, and a cantilever portion 8113 protruding from the shoulder 8111 toward the rear side 21 of the housing 2. The lower portion 812 of the body 81 extends downward from the shoulder 8111 of the upper portion 811. In the first embodiment of the present invention, the elastic element 82 is sleeved on the rod portion 8112 of the upper section 811 of the body 81, so that the opposite ends 821 of the elastic element 82 are pressed against the shoulder portion 8111 of the upper section 811 of the body 81 and the top portion of the housing 2, and the middle wheel 32 of the wheel set 3 is pivotally disposed on a bottom edge 8121 of the lower section 812 of the body 81 of the pressing-down assembly 8.
The microswitch 9 comprises a switch body 91 linking with the motor 5 and a cantilever 92 protruding from the switch body 91 to the front side 22 of the shell 2 and positioned under the cantilever part 8113 of the upper section 811 of the body 81 of the press-down component 8.
Specifically, in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the middle wheel 32 of the wheel set 3 contacts the cloth roller 4 to contact the surface 1 to be cleaned (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), a distance D is formed between the pedal 23 and the surface 1 to be cleaned, the elastic element 82 of the pressing assembly 8 is in a compressed state, and the cantilever portion 8113 of the upper section 811 of the body 81 of the pressing assembly 8 and the cantilever 92 of the microswitch 9 are spaced apart from each other, so that the cloth roller 4 is in the first rotation speed and in the water absorption state. When the pedal 2 is pressed against the surface 1 to be cleaned to contact the floor 1 and raise the middle wheel 32 of the wheel set 3 and the cloth roller 4 upward at the same time (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), the elastic element 82 of the pressing assembly 8 is in an extended state, the elastic element 82 in the extended state can push the shoulder 8111 of the upper section 811 of the body 81 of the pressing assembly 8 downward, so that the shoulder 8111 thereof drives the cantilever portion 8113 thereof downward and presses the cantilever 92 of the microswitch 9 downward, so that the cantilever 92 of the microswitch 9 presses the switch body 91 downward, and the motor 5 is switched from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed by being linked with the switch body 91 of the motor 5, so that the cloth roller 4 is in the second rotation speed and the water throwing state, so that the sewage 11 adsorbed on the cloth roller 4 is thrown toward the water throwing baffle 6 by the centrifugal force and then travels toward the opening 701 of the sewage tank 7, and enters the water storage space 702 of the sewage tank 7.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, when the cloth roller 4 is at the first rotation speed, the fluff 421 on the fiber cloth 42 is attached to the cylinder body 41, and when the cloth roller 4 is at the second rotation speed, the fiber cloth 42 can make the fluff 421 on the fiber cloth 42 rise up through the centrifugal force, so that the rising fluff 421 is thrown to the bottom edge 61 of the water throwing baffle 6 and then the sewage 11 on the fiber cloth 42 is thrown out in the water throwing state, and travels toward the opening 701 of the sewage tank 7 through the gap G as shown in fig. 4 and enters the water storage space 702 of the sewage tank 7.

The automatic cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the upper section of the body of the pressing component is provided with a shoulder part, a rod part extending upwards from the shoulder part and a cantilever part extending outwards from the shoulder part, the lower section of the body extends downwards from the shoulder part of the upper section, the elastic element is sleeved on the rod part of the upper section of the body, the opposite two ends of the elastic element are propped against between the shoulder part of the upper section of the body and the top of the shell, and the middle wheel of the wheel set is pivoted on the bottom edge of the lower section of the body of the pressing component.
6. The automatic cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the micro switch comprises a switch body which is linked with the motor and a cantilever which is convexly extended out from the switch body to the front side of the shell;
when the middle wheel of the wheel set and the cloth roller contact the surface to be cleaned, the elastic element of the pressing component is in a compressed state, and the cantilever part of the upper section of the body of the pressing component and the cantilever of the microswitch are separated from each other, so that the cloth roller is in the first rotating speed to be in the water absorption state; and
when the pedal contacts the ground to enable the middle wheel of the wheel set and the cloth roller to be lifted upwards at the same time, the elastic element of the pressing assembly is in an extending state, the elastic element in the extending state can push the shoulder part of the upper section of the body of the pressing assembly downwards, the shoulder part of the elastic element can drive the cantilever part of the pressing assembly downwards and press the cantilever of the microswitch downwards, the cantilever of the microswitch presses the switch body downwards, the motor is switched from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed through the switch body, and therefore the cloth roller is in the second rotating speed and is in the water throwing state.
7. The automatic cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cloth roller comprises a roller body and fiber cloth connected to the roller body, and a gap is formed between the bottom edge of the water throwing baffle plate and the cloth roller;
when the cloth roller is at the first rotating speed, the fluff on the fiber cloth is attached to the roller body; and
when the cloth roller is at the second rotating speed, the fiber cloth can enable the fluff on the fiber cloth to stand up through the centrifugal force, so that the standing fluff is thrown to the bottom edge of the water throwing baffle plate and then thrown out of the sewage on the fiber cloth in the water throwing state, and the sewage travels towards the opening of the sewage tank through the gap and enters the water storage space of the sewage tank.
8. The automatic cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the water throwing baffle is arranged at the top of the shell and protrudes towards the cloth roller.
9. The automatic cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the sewage tank comprises a cover plate arranged on the top of the shell and an accommodating body which extends downwards from the cover plate and defines the opening and the water storage space, and the water throwing baffle plate is connected with the cover plate of the sewage tank and protrudes towards the cloth roller.
