Self-cleaning, through self-carrying water supply system and sewage recovery system, the water supply system of the intelligent floor washing machine sprays the clean water in the clean water tank 1 uniformly on the rolling brush elements or rolling brush materials of the rolling brush 4, such as sponge, cloth and the like, and the rolling brush 4 is driven by the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to rotate at a certain rotating speed, the rotating speed and time are enough to throw most of sewage, especially most of sewage, from the rolling brush materials by utilizing centrifugal force, and the suction mechanism 3 works synchronously at the same time to form negative pressure in the sewage recovery channel, so that most of the sewage on the rolling brush 4, especially the sewage thrown by centrifugal action is sucked into the sewage tank 2, and the cleaning of the rolling brush elements or rolling brush materials of the rolling brush 4 is completed.
As shown in fig. 1, a floor washing operation principle of an intelligent floor washing machine according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Wherein, the clean water stored in the clean water tank 1 flows to and sprinkles on the rolling brush elements such as cloth of the ground washing rolling brush 4 through the pump body, in the rolling cleaning process of the intelligent floor washing machine, the rolling brush elements such as cloth wetted by the clean water cleans the floor in a manner of mopping or scrubbing such as mop, the sewage formed after cleaning the floor is thrown out due to the rotating centrifugal action of the rolling brush, and together with the other sewage on the floor and on the rolling brush 4, is recycled into the sewage tank 2 under the suction action of the suction mechanism 3 such as a fan, the gas in the mixed air flow entering the sewage tank 2 is discharged through the suction mechanism 3, and the sucked and entrained sewage exists in the sewage tank 2 under the obstruction of the water baffle plate 8 so as to avoid the water entering the suction mechanism 3 to cause the fault or damage of the suction mechanism 3.
Self-cleaning and self-drying of rolling brush
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a logic scheme for roll brush self-cleaning and self-drying control of a smart scrubber is shown in FIG. 2.
The rolling brush self-cleaning and self-air-drying operation of the intelligent floor washing machine comprises a rolling brush cleaning process (or called rolling brush self-cleaning program) and a rolling brush air-drying process (or called rolling brush self-air-drying program).
More specifically, in the roll brush self-cleaning process, water is uniformly sprayed to a roll brush element of the roll brush, such as a cloth, through a water supply system to soften and clean the cloth of the roll brush and dissolve/entrain dirt contained therein, the roll brush is driven by a roll brush driving mechanism 5 to rotate, sewage is thrown out of the roll brush driving mechanism by centrifugal force to partially enter a sewage recovery channel, and is substantially synchronously sucked to a sewage tank through a suction mechanism, so that the aim of cleaning the cloth of the roll brush is fulfilled. After the self-cleaning is completed, the water supply system can be closed, the rolling brush can rotate under the drive of the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to further throw out water by centrifugal force, and can synchronously suck through the suction mechanism, so that sewage is sucked and recovered, and the suction mechanism can provide suction wind force (air flow formed by suction) to help the evaporation of water in the rolling brush, thereby promoting the self-drying of the rolling brush under the double actions.
The clean water in the clean water tank 1 is uniformly sprayed on the roll brush elements, such as cloth, of the roll brush 4 by a water supply system. Substantially simultaneously with the fresh water spraying operation, the roller brush 4 is rotated by the roller brush drive mechanism 5 at a first rotational speed and for a time sufficient to throw a substantial majority of the contaminated water from the cloth by centrifugal force; substantially simultaneously therewith, the suction means 3 (e.g. fan, etc.) is operated in the first gear, creating a negative pressure in the waste-water recovery channel, while the waste water on the roller brush 4, on the floor and/or thrown off centrifugally is sucked into the waste-water tank 2.
And then, the water supply system of the intelligent floor washing machine can be closed, and the next flow can be entered according to the control logic set by the central control system of the intelligent floor washing machine: the rolling brush 4 rotates at a second rotating speed under the control of the central control system and the driving of the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to carry out centrifugal water throwing; substantially synchronously therewith, the suction mechanism 3 operates in the second gear for suction to suck the sewage on the roll brush 4 and centrifugally thrown out into the sewage tank 2. In order to achieve a better centrifugal water throwing effect, the second rotating speed can be larger than the first rotating speed. The rotation operation time at the second rotation speed may be longer than the rotation time at the first rotation speed.
After a set period of time of the rotational operation at the second rotational speed, a substantial majority of the water of the drum brush 4 has been dried. Subsequently, the water supply system can be kept closed, and the rolling brush 4 can be selectively rotated at a third rotating speed under the control of the central control system and the driving of the rolling brush driving mechanism 5; the suction mechanism 3 works at a third gear to continue sucking in a mode of being approximately synchronous with the first gear, and the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 and the suction mechanism 3 are closed after the rolling brush driving mechanism operates for a set period of time, so that the self-drying of the rolling brush is completed. At this time, the intelligent floor washing machine can enter a standby state or enter a floor washing mode.
After the above-described procedure in which the drum brush 4 is rotated at the first rotation speed or the second rotation speed, since most of the water has been dried, the weight of the drum brush 4 is smaller, and thus the load at the time of the centrifugal rotation operation is smaller, so that the rotation of the drum brush at the higher rotation speed becomes possible. In order to achieve a better centrifugal water-slinging and air-drying effect, the third rotation speed can be greater than the second rotation speed. At this time, the suction power of the suction mechanism 3, for example, a fan, operating at the third gear may be greater than the suction power of the second gear, so that the suction wind speed of the fan is higher, and the air drying effect is further enhanced.
In this rolling brush self-cleaning routine and rolling brush self-drying routine, the operating parameters in the first to third gears, such as the rotational speed and the operating time, may be parameters preset in the central control system.
Of course, it is fully understood by those skilled in the art that the real-time adjustment/setting can be performed by the central control system according to the detected self-cleaning and self-drying conditions of the rolling brush, for example, the self-cleaning and self-drying data detected by the sensor. For example, rolling brush self-cleaning state detection is also included. It is possible to evaluate and judge whether or not self-cleaning is completed by providing, for example, a conductive pen in the sewage recovery channel 6, by measuring the conductivity of water (in general, the more dirty water has higher conductivity) and comparing it with the set water conductivity.
The operation flow of the first gear, the second gear and the third gear can be adjusted or changed according to the setting of the intelligent floor washing machine. For example, after the rolling brush cleaning process is continued for the first time, the water supply system can be closed, and the rolling brush air drying process can be directly started.
After the rolling brush air drying process is finished for the second time, the floor washing machine can enter a standby state or a floor washing mode immediately.
The rolling brush self-cleaning and self-drying logic scheme according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include rolling brush dry status detection. Whether the air-drying is completed or not can be evaluated and judged by providing a gravity sensor or other type of weight measuring device on the roll brush 4 to monitor the weight of the roll brush 4 and comparing with the set weight of the roll brush 4.
Of course, it is also possible to detect whether the air-drying is completed in other alternative ways.
For example, the tumbling air-drying process may further include, after the second time: the instant weight of the roll brush 4 is detected. When the weight is lower than a second preset standard, the rolling brush air drying process is finished; and when the weight is not lower than a second preset standard, the rolling brush air drying process continues for a fifth time, and then the step of detecting the instant weight of the rolling brush 4 is returned.
The rolling brushing air drying process may further include, after continuing for the second time plus the third time: the instant weight of the roll brush 4 is detected. When the weight is lower than a third preset standard, the rolling brush air drying process is finished; and when the weight is not lower than a third preset standard, continuing the rolling brush air drying process for the sixth time, and returning to the step of detecting the instant weight of the rolling brush 4.
The invention also discloses a rolling brush self-cleaning air drying device which is used for realizing the rolling brush self-cleaning and self-air drying logic scheme in any embodiment.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a diagram of a roller brush self-cleaning seasoning apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

The roller brush self-cleaning airing device may further comprise a water pump 9, and clean water is supplied to the roller brush 4 through the water supply passage by the water pump 9. The rolling brush self-cleaning air drying device may further comprise a water sprinkling portion 10, the clean water may be connected to the water sprinkling portion 10 via a water pump 9 and a hose, and the water sprinkling portion 10 sprinkles the water toward the rolling brush 4. The roller brush self-cleaning airing device may further comprise a e.g. transparent shield 11 arranged in the upper half of the roller brush 4.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, when the intelligent floor washing machine washes the ground, the water outlet of the clean water tank 1 is connected to the water inlet of the water pump 9 through a hose, and then the water outlet of the water pump 9 is connected to the water spraying part 10 through a hose. The rolling brush 4 can be composed of soft hair and hard glue and rotate clockwise, the periphery of the upper part of the rolling brush 4 can be covered by a protective cover 11, such as a transparent protective cover, wherein a slightly larger gap can be arranged at the area A of the lower side of the rolling brush corresponding to the inlet of the sewage recovery channel, so that the airflow can conveniently flow into and bring sewage into the area, and the area B of the lower side of the rolling brush 4 opposite to the area A is smaller in gap, so that the area A is ensured to have enough wind power to absorb the sewage. When the rolling brush 4 carries out self-cleaning work, the rolling brush 4 can be sprayed with water to be wetted, cloth on the surface of the rolling brush is softened and cleaned, the rolling brush 4 is driven by the rolling brush driving mechanism 5 to rotate at a first rotating speed, the fan sucks the water for a period of time at a first gear, the central control system controls the rolling brush 4 to rotate at a second rotating speed, the water on the rolling brush cloth can be thrown out under the centrifugal action, the fan works at the second gear to generate negative pressure and suction airflow for sucking, the sewage thrown out by the sewage and the centrifugal force on the rolling brush 4 is brought into the sewage recovery channel to enter the sewage tank 2, the central control system controls the rolling brush 4 to rotate at a third rotating speed after a period of time, and the fan synchronously sucks the water at a third gear and simultaneously dries the rolling brush by the airflow.
When the intelligent floor cleaning machine is used for performing rolling brush air drying, the central control system can control the intelligent floor cleaning machine to be in a berth, the bottom of the rolling brush can be lifted at the berth, for example, the rolling brush which is close to the ground in a normal operation state can be lifted relative to the ground, and the intelligent floor cleaning machine is overhead, so that the air circulation of the rolling brush part is facilitated during air drying, and the air drying effect is further promoted.
Because it is concerned that moisture will enter the fan to affect the normal operation of the fan, a water baffle may be added between, for example, the fan and the communication passage of the sewage tank 2.
