每个止回阀由阀座34形成,在每个情况下有一个阀元件36、38、39与阀座34相互作用。每个阀元件36、38、39布置在容器40中,容器40同样形成在阀板5中。
每个阀元件36、38、39具有主体42和多个轴向延伸引导翼44。引导翼被支撑在相应容器40的壁上并且在容器40的壁与主体42的外表面之间限定有通流通道。
只要其中一个止回阀还具有限压阀的功能,便为其分配复位弹簧(参见图6中的阀元件39的复位弹簧46)。
液体泵的功能将在下面基于图5进行说明。为了更清楚起见,相应的止回阀在下面用“其”阀元件的附图标记表示。
如果液体泵沿第一旋转方向(在这种情况下假定为逆时针方向)操作,则开口B构成泵模块3的吸入侧。液体泵3经由图5右侧的止回阀36和封闭板6的入口开口26吸入。这里,液体泵1可以装配在变速器壳体上,使得其直接从变速器吸入。可替代地,液体泵1还可以从单独的存储容器中吸入。
油通过出口开口A被输送,然后被引导通过止回阀38之一至出口开口32,其中向油冷却器48(示意性示出)提供供应。如果油冷却器中的通流阻力过高(例如在油温度非常低的情况下),则由于弹簧的预加载而构成限压阀的止回阀39将打开。
然后,通过限压阀39的油流流向出口开口30,并通过节流部50和另一节流部52流到出口开口28。出口开口28可以通向一个或多个离合器,并尤其确保在此最小量润滑。
此外,向通向变速器中的润滑点的出口开口30提供供应。
如果液体泵沿相反方向(在这种情况下为顺时针)操作,则开口A构成泵模块3的吸入侧。液体泵3通过图5左侧的止回阀36和封闭板6的入口开口26吸入。油从泵模块3的吸入侧通过止回阀38和节流部52流到出口开口28。此外,部分油通过节流部50流到出口开口28。与此平行,另外的油流可以通过止回阀38和另一节流部54流到出口开口30。
止回阀的特别特征是,它们总体上(至少基本上)在轴向方向上延伸,也就是说,容器和由阀座形成的流动横截面在平行于泵的纵向轴线以及转子轴16的延伸方向的方向上限定油流。这在组装期间也具有优势,因为所有部件都可以沿轴向方向组装。
如图4所示,可以使用组装螺钉60,通过其可以将封闭板6、阀板5、泵板4和泵壳体22沿轴向方向拧入马达壳体10中。在该过程中,止回阀的阀元件36、38、39也适当地固定在阀板5中,特别是在相应的阀座与泵板(止回阀36)之间或者在阀板5中的相应阀座与封闭板6(止回阀38、39)之间。
由于止回阀的轴向布置,阀板5可以无底切的方式设计(例如参见图6、7和9)。阀板5可以通过铸造工艺生产,而无需滑动,或者可以通过机加工材料块来生产。无需隐藏的横向孔。
如图8所示,节流部50可以集成到止回阀(在这种情况下为止回阀38)中,特别是在阀座中设置有凹槽。这确保了特定的最小通量,而不必打开止回阀38。
如图9所示,出口开口28、30之间的连接可以由在阀板中的两个容器之间形成的流动传输开口62形成。可以通过横截面以期望的方式设定流动传输体积。
从封闭板6开始,提供了两个冷却介质通道64,其延伸穿过阀板5和泵模块3至驱动马达2。冷却介质通道64用于分支一部分油流并用于引导所述部分通过驱动马达2从而冷却后者。
通过冷却介质通道的流动可以通过阀板中的节流点66以所需的方式设定(参见图11)。
Claims (10)
1.一种液体泵,特别是用于向机动车辆的传动系中的变速器或离合器提供供应的液体泵,具有驱动马达(2),所述液体泵具有泵模块(3),所述泵模块能够在两个相反的旋转方向上操作,并且所述泵模块具有入口(26)和多个出口(28、30、32),其中每个分配有至少一个止回阀(36、38、39),其特征在于,所述泵模块(3)分配有阀板(5),其中对于每个止回阀(36、38、39),设置阀座(34)和用于与所述阀座(34)相互作用的阀元件(38、39)的容器(40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体泵,其特征在于,每个阀座(34)与所分配的所述容器(40)一起形成基本沿轴向方向布置的通流通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液体泵,其特征在于,在所述阀板(5)中设置有至少一个流动传输开口(62),所述至少一个流动传输开口从一个通流通道(40)延伸至另一通流通道(40)并且所述至少一个流动传输开口暴露在所述阀板(5)的平坦侧之一处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液体泵,其特征在于,所述流动传输开口(62)形成节流部。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体泵,其特征在于,所述泵模块(3)具有泵板(4),其中,所述阀板(5)布置在所述泵板(4)上,并且所述泵板(4)具有将两个通流通道(40)彼此连接的至少一个流动传输通道(25)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体泵,其特征在于,在所述阀板(5)的背离所述泵模块(3)的一侧上布置封闭板(6)并且所述封闭板(6)设置有至少一个入口开口(26)和至少两个出口开口(28、30、32)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液体泵,其特征在于,从所述封闭板(6)开始,至少两个冷却介质通道(64)延伸穿过所述阀板(5)和所述泵模块(3)至所述驱动马达(2)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的液体泵,其特征在于,在所述阀板(5)中设置用于至少一个所述冷却介质通道(64)的节流部(66)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体泵,其特征在于,所述阀元件(36、38、39)具有中心主体(42)和多个外轴向延伸引导翼(44)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液体泵,其特征在于,所述阀元件(38)没有复位弹簧。
