The driving wheels of the two first synchronous belts 432 are connected through a transmission shaft 437, and the translation motor 435 drives the transmission shaft 437 to rotate through a belt transmission mechanism 4311.
The garbage output module 4 mainly realizes the functions of automatic bagging, garbage loading, garbage bag sealing and garbage output of garbage. The garbage bag is first loaded in the garbage bag box 41, pulled out through the driving rubber wheel 428 and the driven rubber wheel 427, and stuck to the supporting aluminum pipe 438. The supporting aluminum tubes 438 open the garbage bags, move the garbage bags to the lower side of the corresponding storage box 34, seal the garbage bags after the garbage is filled, move the garbage bags to the rightmost side, and take the packaged garbage bags away.
The garbage bag adopts an automatic bagging mode, and a user only needs to put the freshness protection package of the garbage bag in the garbage bag box 41. The bags extend from the aperture in the bag box 41 and are transported past the two rubber wheels and under the supporting aluminum tube 438. The two rubber wheels are a driven rubber wheel 427 and a driving rubber wheel 428. The driving rubber wheel 428 is directly connected with an output motor 4210, and the driven rubber wheel 427 is meshed with a gear on the driving rubber wheel 428 through a gear, so that power transmission is realized. The distance between the driven rubber wheels 427 and the driving rubber wheels 428 can be adjusted through the ribbon 422, and the garbage bag can be conveniently replaced.
The trash bag passes through two rubber wheels and into a rotatable cutting blade holder (i.e., plate 426 and blade 429). The carriage is mounted behind two rubber wheels, below the supporting aluminum tube 438, and is driven by a third steering gear 425 as the prime mover. The two functions are that firstly, the garbage bag is guided, the supporting plate 426 is arranged between the two supporting aluminum tubes 438, the supporting plate 426 rotates upwards, and the garbage bag on the supporting plate 426 is stuck to the adhesive tape of the supporting aluminum tubes 438; secondly, the garbage bag is cut off. A fourth steering engine is arranged on one side of the supporting plate 426 and drives a pressure rod 4211 to downwards extrude the garbage bag, so that the contact force between the garbage bag and the blade 429 is increased, and the garbage bag is easier to separate.
Two support aluminum tubes 438 are used to support the bag and serve to stick to the outside of the bag and to move the bag to the desired position. A replaceable adhesive tape and sealer 439 is mounted on the supporting aluminum tube 438. After the adhesive tape is stuck on the two sides of the garbage bag, the supporting aluminum tube 438 moves in the opposite direction, so that the garbage bag can be spread. When sealing, the distance between the aluminum supporting tubes 438 is reduced, and the sealers 439 at both ends are energized when they are in contact. The sealer 439 is provided with a high-temperature metal strip to melt the garbage bag at high temperature to realize the sealing function.
The translation device 43 for supporting the aluminum tubes 438 uses a dc motor as a prime mover, the transmission system is a synchronous belt, and two supporting aluminum tubes 438 for supporting garbage bags are fixed on the first synchronous belt 432 and are used as an actuating mechanism. Therefore, the direct current motor drives the synchronous belt to transmit, so that the translation motion of the garbage bags can be controlled, and the garbage bags are moved to the lower parts of different storage boxes 34. Two supporting aluminum tubes 438 for supporting the garbage bags are connected by a lead screw 434. By adopting another direct current motor, the relative distance of the supporting aluminum pipe 438 can be changed by controlling the rotation of the lead screw 434, so as to realize the opening and closing of the opening of the garbage bag. In order to ensure that the distance between the supporting aluminum pipes 438 on both sides is the same, a second synchronous belt 4310 is used to connect the lead screws 434 on both sides, so that the lead screws 434 rotate synchronously.
In use, refuse released by the refuse collection module 3 will accurately enter the bag which has been pulled open. And sealing and outputting after the garbage is poured out.
The transmission form has small occupied space and high transmission efficiency, and can realize the function of enabling the bottom layer collecting and outputting device to freely and smoothly move.
In order to enhance the man-machine interaction, the Arduino UNO chip is used for controlling a first control mechanism 31 of the garbage can, the voice recognition module is used, the name of garbage is set in the module, a code corresponding to the garbage type is returned, and the communication with the mainboard is carried out through a serial port. After the mainboard receives the code, the corresponding first steering engine 313 is controlled to rotate, so that the functions of voice recognition and automatic opening of the trash can cover are realized.
The whole set of device accomplishes each item action automatically, and human-computer interaction is good and intelligent, and follow-up module optimization each item function that can add, for example: on the basis of realizing voice recognition, a visual recognition system is additionally arranged, or a processing device for other garbage is additionally arranged.
