The third mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90-99.99% of sour bean seed polysaccharide and 0.01-10% of glucose.
The main active ingredients in the composition are as follows: patchouli (Pogostemon CABLIN) leaf extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, tamarind seed polysaccharide (TAMARINDUS INDICA), etc.
The patchouli leaf extract is a marijuana receptor 2(CB2) activator of the skin, can promote and activate a CB2 receptor of a skin species and inhibit a temperature pain receptor TRPV1, TRPV1 is a key receptor for transmitting the red, swollen and dry heat feeling of the skin, can quickly eliminate the discomfort feeling of the problem skin after being inhibited, can promote the synthesis of beta-endorphin, forms an opioid peptide family together with the beta-endorphin and the enkephalin, is a key substance for regulating the pain feeling, and can quickly relieve the irritation feeling of the skin and the scalp as a skin's anzade'. After the optimal fermentation product of the lactobacillus pentosus activates TLR4, downstream phosphoinositide 3 lipid PI3K kinase, MAP3K and IRF3 signal channels can be triggered, so that transcription factors IRF3 and NF-kappa B enter gamma delta Treg cell nuclei to maintain the balance of a skin immune system, and the lactobacillus pentosus has short-term and long-term protection functions, protects the skin from external attack, increases the diversity of skin symbiotic microorganisms, protects the skin barrier, accelerates the recovery of the skin barrier, maintains the steady balance of the skin, and protects the skin integrity.
The sour bean seed polysaccharide is extracted from sour bean seeds, is called natural plant water locking 'molecular nail', and is a novel green multi-effect repairing component with moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, skin elasticity increasing and skin density reducing effects. The composition for rapidly improving sensitive muscle and barrier damage, the preparation method and the use thereof provided by the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
A composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage, the composition comprising a first mixture, a second mixture, and a third mixture.
The composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15% of the first mixture, 70% of the second mixture and 15% of the third mixture.
The first mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4% of patchouli leaf extract and 96% of octyldodecanol.
The second mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: lactobacillus fermentation lysate 5%, 1, 3-propanediol 47.5%, water 47.5%.
The third mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90% of sour bean seed polysaccharide and 10% of glucose.
All the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.
Example 2
A composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage, the composition comprising a first mixture, a second mixture, and a third mixture.
The composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20% of the first mixture, 66% of the second mixture and 14% of the third mixture.
The first mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5% of patchouli leaf extract and 95% of octyldodecanol.
The second mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: lactobacillus fermentation lysate 7%, 1, 3-propanediol 46.5%, water 46.5%.
The third mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 95.5 percent of tamarind bean seed polysaccharide and 4.5 percent of glucose.
All the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.
Example 3
A composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage, the composition comprising a first mixture, a second mixture, and a third mixture.
The composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: first mixture 9%, second mixture 4%, third mixture 87%.
The first mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: patchouli leaf extract 10% and octyldodecanol 90%.
The second mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: lactobacillus fermentation lysate 6%, 1, 3-propanediol 47%, water 47%.
The third mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 99.99 percent of tamarind bean seed polysaccharide and 0.01 percent of glucose.
All the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.
Embodiments also provide a method for preparing the composition for rapidly improving sensitive muscle and barrier impairment, comprising:
step 1, weighing the raw materials in proportion, and uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain a first mixture, a second mixture and a third mixture.
And 2, adding the first mixture into the second mixture, and homogenizing for 2 minutes.
And 3, heating the third mixture to 80 ℃.
And 4, cooling the third mixture to 40 ℃, and then adding the first mixture and the second mixture.
The embodiments also provide the use of the composition prepared by the method for rapidly improving sensitive muscle and barrier damage, which is used for preparing a skin care product; the skin care product comprises skin cream.
The compositions prepared in example 1 were tested and evaluated in the following manner.
Grouping experiments: the composition is divided into a placebo group and an experimental group, 18 groups of people with different ages and different sexes are randomly screened, and all the groups have skin problems of skin itch, red rash, stabbing pain, burning heat and the like, the experimental group is coated with the composition, and the control group is coated with a common moisturizing liquid as a placebo. the first mixture comprises patchouli leaf extract and octyldodecanol;
said second mixture comprises a lactobacillus fermentation lysate, 1, 3-propanediol, water;
the third mixture comprises acid bean seed polysaccharide and glucose.
2. The composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises by mass percent: 9-20% of the first mixture, 4-70% of the second mixture and 14-87% of the third mixture.
3. The composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage according to claim 2 wherein the first mixture comprises, in weight percent: 4-10% of patchouli leaf extract and 90-96% of octyldodecanol.
4. The composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage according to claim 2 wherein the second mixture comprises, in weight percent: lactobacillus fermentation lysate 5-7%, 1, 3-propylene glycol 46.5-47.5%, water 46.5-47.5%.
5. The composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage according to claim 1, wherein the third mixture comprises, in mass percent: 90-99.99% of sour bean seed polysaccharide and 0.01-10% of glucose.
6. A method for preparing a composition for rapidly ameliorating sensitive muscle and barrier damage according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method comprises:
step 1, weighing the raw materials in proportion, and respectively and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture, a second mixture and a third mixture;
step 2, adding the first mixture into the second mixture, and homogenizing;
step 3, heating the third mixture;
and 4, cooling the third mixture, adding the first mixture and the second mixture, and uniformly stirring.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein in step 2, the first mixture is added to the second mixture and homogenized for 2 minutes.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein in step 3, the third mixture is heated to 80 ℃.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein in step 4, the first mixture and the second mixture are added after the third mixture is cooled to 40 ℃.
10. Use of a composition for the rapid amelioration of sensitive muscle and barrier damage prepared by the process of claim 6, wherein said composition is used to prepare a skin care product; the skin care product comprises skin cream.
