Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for skin care cosmetics, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a composition for quick allergy relief, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, climate change, air pollution, complicated cosmetic types and components, high working and living pressure, irregular diet, irritant food and the like increase the possibility of the appearance and irritation of sensitive skin. Consumers affected and troubled by sensitive skin are increasing, and the perception rate and attention of the sensitive skin gradually increase with the improvement of the health consciousness of the skin of people. Some corresponding skin care products appear in the market, however, the products mainly aim at anti-allergy, and a small amount of products have certain sensitive skin repairing effects, but the effect is poor.
The skin is sensitive, is not considered to be skin disease in medicine, is a problem skin, and can be sensitive in any skin type. It is just as possible that various skin types may have aged skin, pockmarked skin, etc. The sensitive skin is caused by the fact that the stratum corneum becomes thin, and the skin state is basically abnormal of subjective sensory symptoms induced by susceptibility of various factors caused by the fact that the skin homeostasis is broken and the immunity is unbalanced, namely, the skin has high reactivity, poor tolerance and even susceptibility to allergy. As for daily conditions, sensitive skin has no objective skin lesions or evidence of skin disease, and is mainly characterized by being drier, easily tense and red; the severe people may develop bad emotional or mental symptoms when slightly stimulated, i.e., producing sensations of itching, desquamation, even burning and stinging.
Due to the complexity of the cause and mechanism of sensitive skin, no specific treatment method exists at present, so that the use of targeted cosmetics and conscious daily skin care habits play an important role.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition containing multiple plant fungi and fermentation product extracts, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in skin care products, which can solve the existing problems, quickly relieve the symptoms of sensitive muscles and can pertinently improve skin sensitivity from the fundamental factor.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a composition for rapid relief of allergy, wherein the composition comprises β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, patchouli leaf extract, silanediol salicylate, rhodiola root extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
The composition for quick soothing repair as described above, wherein said composition further comprises: glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate, EDTA disodium, arginine, polysorbate-20, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, phenoxyethanol, and water.
The composition for quick soothing repair comprises, by mass, β -glucan 1-5%, tamarind seed polysaccharide 0.1-1%, patchouli leaf extract 0.5-5%, silanediol salicylate 1-5%, rhodiola root extract 0.1-1%, lactobacillus fermentation lysate 0.1-5%, glycerin 3%, 1, 3-butanediol 3%, acrylic acid and ester copolymer 10%, hydroxyethyl acrylate 0.25%, disodium EDTA 0.05%, arginine 2.5%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.1%, phenoxyethanol 0.5%, polysorbate-20 0.3%, and the balance water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition for quick soothing repair, wherein the method comprises the following steps of 1, weighing raw materials according to a proportion, and dividing the raw materials into an A phase, a B phase, a C phase and a D phase, wherein the A phase comprises deionized water, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and disodium EDTA, the B phase comprises arginine, the C phase comprises polysorbate-20 and patchouli leaf extract, the D phase comprises silanediol salicylate, rhodiola rosea root extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, lactobacillus fermentation products and phenoxyethanol, the step 2 is to sequentially add part of the deionized water in the A phase and other components in the A phase into a reaction kettle to be uniformly mixed and stirred, the B phase is then added to be uniformly stirred to form gel, the step 3 is to pre-uniformly mix the components in the C phase, the C phase is then added into a mixture of the A phase and the B phase under a stirring condition, the mixture is stirred and is then uniformly mixed, the deionized water in the D phase and the B phase are fully mixed, and the mixture of the glycyrrhizic acid and the B phase is then added into the mixture of the mixture in the A phase and the mixture of the B phase.
In the step 3, the phase C is added to the mixture of the phases a and B under stirring, stirred and mixed for 10min, and homogenized at 8000 rpm for 3 min.
The invention also provides the use of the composition prepared by the method, wherein the composition is used for preparing a skin care product.
The composition is used in a skin care product, so that the composition has the function of quick allergy relief.
The composition for quick allergy relief, the preparation method and the application provided by the invention have the following advantages:
the skin care product can effectively relieve symptoms of skin sensitivity or skin allergy damage and other symptoms caused by different reasons, effectively repair a skin barrier to balance skin stability aiming at the root cause of skin sensitivity, and help the skin to recover a healthy state.
The anti-allergy repairing composition combines the fungal extract of the plant Chinese herbal medicine extract and the fermentation product for the first time, is suitable for all skin types and sensitive skin, can repair barriers aiming at the root cause of skin sensitivity while quickly relieving allergy, balances the skin stability, enhances the skin resistance, can homogenize the skin and brighten the skin color, and is a multi-biological technology combined multi-effect repairing composition for fragile skin.
Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention.
The composition for quick allergy relief comprises β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, patchouli leaf extract, silanediol salicylate, rhodiola rosea root extract and lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
The composition further comprises: glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate, EDTA disodium, arginine, polysorbate-20, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, phenoxyethanol, and water.
Preferably, the composition comprises β -glucan 1-5%, tamarind seed polysaccharide 0.1-1%, patchouli leaf extract 0.5-5%, silanediol salicylate 1-5%, rhodiola root extract 0.1-1%, lactobacillus fermentation lysate 0.1-5%, glycerin 3%, 1, 3-butanediol 3%, acrylic acid and ester copolymer 10%, hydroxyethyl acrylate 0.25%, disodium EDTA 0.05%, arginine 2.5%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.1%, phenoxyethanol 0.5%, and 0.3% polysorbate-20, and the balance water.
Wherein the folium Agastaches extract is prepared by pulverizing folium Agastaches, and subjecting to supercritical CO extraction2The patchouli leaf extract is extracted by a fluid extraction method, is a marijuana receptor 2(CB2) activator, can activate a CB2 receptor and inhibit a temperature pain receptor TRPV1, TRPV1 is a key receptor for transmitting skin red swelling and dryness-heat feeling, can quickly eliminate the discomfort of allergic skin after being inhibited, can promote the synthesis of β -endorphin, and is a key substance for regulating pain feeling, wherein β -endorphin, enkephalin and dynorphin jointly form an opioid peptide family, and the patchouli leaf extract can be used as a skin's anti-anxiety agent' to quickly relieve the skin and scalp irritation.
The sour soybean seed polysaccharide is known as 'green hyaluronic acid' and used as a novel healthy skin care raw material, has a reticular water-locking molecular structure similar to hyaluronic acid, can activate skin silk fibroin synthesis, enhance the self-moisturizing capability of skin, complete the first step of stratum corneum repair, namely supplementing water and locking water, promoting keratinocyte expression β -defensin, and improving the self-defense, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial capabilities of skin.
The Lactobacillus fermentation Lysate (Lactobacillus fervent Lysate) is prepared by centrifuging, emulsifying, inactivating and other treatments on an initial system obtained after Lactobacillus fermentation culture. Preferably, after the optimal fermentation product of lactobacillus pentosus is activated by TLR4, downstream phosphoinositide 3 lipid PI3K kinase, MAP3K and IRF3 signal channels can be triggered, so that transcription factors IRF3 and NF-kappa B enter gamma delta Treg cell nuclei to maintain the balance of the immune system of the skin, the skin can be protected from external attack, the skin barrier recovery is accelerated, and the balance of the skin is maintained jointly by combining with lima bean seed polysaccharide.
β -glucan derived from Agaricus blazei Murill is a multifunctional active ingredient for anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, moisturizing, post-sun repair, and whitening, and has enhanced effects in promoting cell growth, promoting wound healing, and enhancing immune system, compared to glucan derived from yeast and plant.
The radix Rhodiolae extract is prepared by pulverizing radix Rhodiolae, and extracting with water or ethanol or other organic solvent without toxic and side effects. The rhodiola rosea can adapt to high altitude anoxia, can improve the nonspecific resistance of an organism to external harmful stimuli and enhance the adaptability of skin to pressure, wherein the content of an active ingredient, namely the rosavin, is 0.5-0.75%, so that the release of histamine and a substance P can be reduced, and the substance P is a main substance causing pain sensation and discomfort sensation in a human body; the rhodiola rosea reduces the transdermal water loss by regenerating a skin barrier; and also has erythema resisting effect.
The silanediol salicylate can participate in the communication between keratinocytes and fibroblasts, and helps the skin to improve the natural resistance, so that the effects of skin soothing and inflammation diminishing are achieved, and the silanediol salicylate has good anti-inflammation and anti-free radical capabilities. Can be used for anti-acne, sun protection and after-sun repair, after-shave skin care, sensitive skin and infant products. It can also be used in hair care products to relieve inflammation caused by seborrhea, and increase the dosage of the product can promote hair metabolism.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps of 1, weighing raw materials according to a proportion, and dividing the raw materials into an A phase, a B phase, a C phase and a D phase, wherein the A phase comprises deionized water (namely sterile water), glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, an acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and EDTA disodium, the B phase comprises arginine, the C phase comprises polysorbate-20 and patchouli leaf extract, the D phase comprises silanediol salicylate, rhodiola rosea root extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, lactobacillus fermentation products and phenoxyethanol, 2, adding part of the deionized water in the A phase and other components in the A phase into a reaction kettle in sequence, uniformly mixing and stirring (namely reserving a small amount of sterile water), adding the B phase into the mixture, uniformly stirring to enable the B phase to be mixed and form gel, 3, uniformly mixing the components in the C phase in advance, adding the C phase into the mixture of the A phase and the B phase under the condition of rapid stirring, uniformly mixing, and adding the deionized water which is not used in the A phase into the D phase and the mixture of the B phase into the mixture, and fully stirring the mixture of the phase.
Preferably, in step 3, phase C is added to the mixture of phase A and phase B under stirring, mixed for 10min under stirring, and homogenized at 8000 rpm for 3 min.
The invention also provides the use of the composition prepared by the method, and the composition is used for preparing skin care products. The composition can be used in skin care products to make them have quick allergy relieving and repairing effects.
The following examples are provided to further describe the compositions and methods of preparation and use for rapid soothing repair provided by the present invention.
Examples 1 to 3
In each example, a composition was prepared according to the raw material composition ratios shown in table 1 below. All the raw materials respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition of each embodiment, and application of the prepared composition of each embodiment.
The method comprises the steps of 1, weighing raw materials according to a proportion, and dividing the raw materials into an A phase, a B phase, a C phase and a D phase, wherein the A phase comprises deionized water, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, an acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and EDTA disodium, the B phase comprises arginine, the C phase comprises polysorbate-20 and a patchouli leaf extract, the D phase comprises silanediol salicylate, a rhodiola root extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a lactobacillus fermentation product and phenoxyethanol, 2, sequentially adding part of the deionized water in the A phase and other components in the A phase into a reaction kettle, uniformly mixing and stirring, then adding the B phase, uniformly stirring, so as to neutralize the mixture to form gel, 3, uniformly mixing the components in the C phase in advance, adding the C phase into the mixture of the A phase and the B phase under a rapid stirring condition, stirring for 10min, homogenizing at a rotation speed of 8000 rpm, 4, fully dissolving the rhodiola root extract in the glycyrrhizic phase in the D phase, completely dissolving the dipotassium in the mixture of the D phase, and sequentially adding the mixture of the C phase into the mixture, uniformly stirring, and the mixture of the B phase, thus obtaining the mixture.
The invention also provides the use of the composition prepared by the method, and the composition is used for preparing skin care products. The composition can be used in skin care products to make them have quick allergy relieving and repairing effects.
The compositions of the various embodiments of the present invention were tested and evaluated in the following manner.
Grouping experiments: the method comprises the steps of randomly screening 20 crowds with different ages and sexes and sensitive skin by dividing the crowds into a placebo group and an experimental group, wherein the experimental group is smeared with the composition of the invention, and the control group is smeared with common moisturizing liquid as a placebo. The left and right faces of the same test person are respectively a control area and a test area, and the test person evaluates the effect of the test person when the test person is used for one month, two months and three months.
Evaluation criteria:
and (3) curing: the symptoms of desquamation, redness, itching, pain and color depth of the skin completely disappear.
The method has the following advantages: the symptoms of desquamation, redness, itching and pain of the skin basically disappear, and a small amount of pale red pockmarks exist.
And (4) invalidation: the symptoms of desquamation, redness, itching, pain and color depth of the skin are not obviously improved.
Side effects: symptoms of desquamation, redness, itching, pain and deep color of the skin are aggravated.
Effective rate (cure number + effective number)/observation number × 100%.
The results of the experiment are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the results, after 3 months of use, the effective rate of each group was compared, the effective rate of the placebo group was 10%, and the effective rate of the comparative experimental group was 80%, and the results showed that, compared to comparative example 1: and 8, on the premise of keeping the moisture retention of the skin to be equivalent, after the quick-speed allergy-relieving repair composition is used, the quick-speed allergy-relieving repair composition can quickly and effectively improve and repair sensitive skin, is free from discomfort after being used for a long time, and has an ultrastrong effect of repairing the sensitive skin.
The composition for quick allergy relieving repair comprises β -glucan, lima bean seed polysaccharide, a patchouli leaf extract, silanediol salicylate, a rhodiola root extract, a lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the like, and comprises multiple plant fungi and fermentation product extracts, so that the quick allergy relieving effect is achieved, the skin sensitivity is improved from multiple aspects such as repairing barriers, balancing skin environment and the like, the skin immunity function can be enhanced, and the color fastness and the brightness are improved, and the water wettability are enhanced.

Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.

1. A composition for rapid soothing repair, the composition comprising:
β -dextran, tamarind seed polysaccharide, patchouli leaf extract, silanediol salicylate, rhodiola root extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
2. The composition for rapid soothing repair of claim 1, wherein said composition further comprises:
glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate, EDTA disodium, arginine, polysorbate-20, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, phenoxyethanol, and water.
3. A composition for rapid soothing repair according to claim 2 wherein said composition comprises, in mass percent:
β -glucan 1-5%, tamarind seed polysaccharide 0.1-1%, patchouli leaf extract 0.5-5%, silanediol salicylate 1-5%, rhodiola root extract 0.1-1%, lactobacillus fermentation lysate 0.1-5%, glycerin 3%, 1, 3-butylene glycol 3%, acrylic acid and ester copolymer 10%, hydroxyethyl acrylate 0.25%, EDTA disodium 0.05%, arginine 2.5%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.1%, phenoxyethanol 0.5%, and 0.3% polysorbate-20, the balance being water.
4. A method of preparing a composition for rapid soothing repair according to any of claims 1 to 3, said method comprising:
step 1, weighing the raw materials according to a proportion, and dividing the raw materials into an A phase, a B phase, a C phase and a D phase, wherein the A phase comprises deionized water, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, β -glucan, tamarind seed polysaccharide, acrylic acid and ester copolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate and EDTA disodium, the B phase comprises arginine, the C phase comprises polysorbate-20 and a patchouli leaf extract, and the D phase comprises silanediol salicylate, a rhodiola root extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a lactobacillus fermentation product and phenoxyethanol;
step 2, sequentially adding part of deionized water in the phase A and other components of the phase A into the reaction kettle, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding the phase B, and stirring uniformly to neutralize the mixture to form gel;
step 3, uniformly mixing the components of the phase C in advance, adding the phase C into the mixture of the phase A and the phase B under the stirring condition, stirring, mixing and homogenizing;
and 4, completely dissolving the rhodiola rosea root extract and the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in the phase D by using the unused deionized water in the phase A, sequentially adding the components in the phase D into the mixture of the phase A, the phase B and the phase C, and uniformly stirring.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in step 3, phase C is added to the mixture of phases A and B under stirring, mixed for 10min, and homogenized at 8000 rpm for 3 min.
