Description

Special organic fertilizer for selenium-rich vegetables and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizer production, in particular to a special organic fertilizer for selenium-rich vegetables and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Selenium, called as 'fire of life', 'king of cancer' and 'heart guarding spirit' and 'natural antidote', is a trace element essential for human and animals, and has biological properties of scavenging free radicals, resisting oxidation, delaying aging, resisting cancer, enhancing immunity, antagonizing heavy metals, etc. Although the selenium-rich land area in China is large, one problem which always exists in the field of selenium-rich agricultural products is that natural selenium-rich agricultural products cannot be produced by selenium-rich soil, and the content of effective selenium and the form of selenium in the soil are two keys.
At present, with the continuous improvement of living standard of people, people are more urgent to pursue health, and the demand for selenium-rich food is more and more increased. Biological selenium enrichment is an effective way for obtaining organic selenium, and the method for taking selenium-enriched foods such as fruits and vegetables is the most important way for obtaining organic selenium for human bodies. Selenium-rich vegetables are vegetables with high organic selenium content, which are produced by organically introducing selenium into plants in the natural growth stage of the plants through a biotransformation method. Most of the land in China is not rich in selenium, and only a small amount of areas can cultivate selenium-rich vegetables. With the increase of the demand of people on the selenium-rich vegetables, most of the selenium-rich vegetables are obtained by applying selenium fertilizer in the planting process.
However, most selenium fertilizers in the prior art are obtained by adding chemical selenium salt or selenium ore into common fertilizers, the selenium salt or selenium ore is easy to obtain, but has certain toxicity, the soil is polluted due to improper use, the selenium in the selenium ore and selenium salt is not easy to be absorbed and utilized by plants, and the using amount of the fertilizers must be increased for obtaining vegetables with high selenium content, so that the cost is increased, and the problems of excessive fertilization and hardening of the soil are caused.
Therefore, how to provide the special organic fertilizer for the selenium-rich vegetables is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a selenium-rich vegetable special organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the organic fertilizer special for the selenium-rich vegetables comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of selenium-rich crop straw, 15-25 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 10-20 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of humic additive and 0.2-0.6 part of leavening agent.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the selenium-rich crop straws contain a large amount of selenium elements besides nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, organic matters and the like, the selenium elements required by the growth of vegetables can be provided through fermentation, and the selenium-rich crop straws have good absorption efficiency and high conversion rate; the soybean meal contains 30-50% of crude protein, contains various amino acids, and has the functions of activating soil, improving soil hardening, activating microorganisms in soil and the like.
Further, the selenium-rich crop straw is at least one of selenium-rich wheat straw, selenium-rich corn straw and selenium-rich rice straw.
Further, the livestock and poultry manure is at least one of pig manure, chicken manure and duck manure.
The method has the further beneficial effects that the livestock and poultry manure contains rich organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients, can supply various mineral substances and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur and the like required by crops, and can meet the requirements of various nutrients in the growth process of vegetables through fermentation.
Further, the humic additive is at least one of charcoal, bamboo charcoal and straw.
The humic additive has the advantages that the humic additive is rich in humic acid, and has multiple functions of fertilizer synergism, soil improvement, crop growth stimulation, agricultural product quality improvement and the like.
Further, the leaven is prepared by mixing thermophilic bacteria and yeast.
The fermentation agent selected by the invention can accelerate the fermentation process, shorten the fermentation time, prevent waste and improve the nutritive value of the selenium-rich crop straws and the livestock and poultry manure; but also can dry the excrement by the temperature generated by fermentation, thereby saving energy consumption, having low cost, simple operation and easy popularization.
A preparation method of a special organic fertilizer for selenium-rich vegetables comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight parts of the special organic fertilizer for the selenium-rich vegetables;
(2) crushing and sieving selenium-rich crop straws and humic additives to obtain a mixed material for later use;
(3) uniformly mixing the mixed material, the livestock and poultry manure and the soybean meal to obtain a fermented material;
(4) adding a leaven and water into the fermentation material, sealing and fermenting for 2-3 days, then carrying out aerobic fermentation for 3-5 days, drying and granulating to obtain the organic fertilizer special for the selenium-enriched vegetables.
Further, in the step (2), the mesh number of the sieved mesh is 60-100 meshes.
The method has the further beneficial effect that the method is favorable for the sealed fermentation and aerobic fermentation of the mixed materials through sieving.
Further, in the step (4), the water adding amount is 10-15 times of the using amount of the leavening agent.
The method has the further beneficial effects that the leavening agent can be uniformly dispersed in the fermentation material by adding water, so that the efficiency of sealed fermentation and aerobic fermentation is improved.
Further, in the step (4), the temperature of sealed fermentation is 20-30 ℃; the temperature of aerobic fermentation is 35-45 ℃; drying until the water content is 20-30%.
The method has the further beneficial effects that the fermented materials can be decomposed into organic matters which can be absorbed and utilized by plants such as vegetables through sealed fermentation and aerobic fermentation, so that the soil is improved.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the special organic fertilizer for the selenium-enriched vegetables is rich in organic selenium which can be absorbed and utilized by plants such as vegetables, can improve the granular structure of soil, activate nutrient elements, effectively promote the absorption of root systems of the plants such as the vegetables on nutrients, increase the number of soil microorganisms, promote the activity of the microorganisms, maintain the diversity of the soil organisms, promote the circulation of the soil nutrients and the flow of energy, and promote the growth of the plants such as the vegetables.
