Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizer production, in particular to a selenium-rich protein water-soluble fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Compared with the traditional calcium superphosphate, granulated compound fertilizer and other varieties, the water-soluble fertilizer has obvious advantages. It is a quick-acting fertilizer, has good water solubility and no residue, can be completely dissolved in water, and can be directly absorbed and utilized by the root system and leaf surface of crops. The water and fertilizer are applied simultaneously, and water is used for carrying the fertilizer, so that the water and fertilizer integration is realized, and the effective absorption rate of the water and fertilizer is more than one time higher than that of a common fertilizer and reaches 80-90 percent; and the fertilizer efficiency is fast, and the nutritional requirement of the high-yield crops in the fast growth period can be met.
Selenium is a trace element essential to the human body. Selenium participates in the synthesis of various selenium-containing enzymes and selenium-containing proteins in the human body. Wherein, the glutathione peroxidase catalyzes hydroperoxides or lipid peroxides to be converted into water or various alcohols in a living body, eliminates the attack of free radicals to a biological membrane and protects the biological membrane from oxidative damage; selenium is involved in the formation of iodothyronine deiodinase. The selenium content in crops is improved, and selenium-rich food can be effectively provided for people so as to indirectly supplement selenium element required by human body. Therefore, the selenium-rich water-soluble fertilizer is provided, and the improvement of the nutritional value of crops is a research with great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a selenium-rich protein water-soluble fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein organic selenium protein is added to improve the fertilizer efficiency of the water-soluble fertilizer, effectively increase the washing content of crops and improve the nutritional value of the crops.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the selenium-enriched protein water-soluble fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of excrement, 10-20 parts of humic substances, 1-10 parts of urea, 1-3 parts of organic bacteria, 3-8 parts of selenoprotein, 1-3 parts of inorganic selenide, 1-5 parts of potassium chloride, 1-5 parts of zinc sulfate and 0.1-0.8 part of complexing agent; the preparation method of the selenium-enriched protein water-soluble fertilizer comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the excrement and the humic materials in parts by weight, adding organic bacteria, and fermenting in a fermentation tank for 8-20 days;
s2, extracting and preparing selenoprotein;
s3, airing the mixture fermented in the step S1 until the water content is less than 20%, chopping, adding the selenoprotein and the inorganic selenide prepared in the step S2, and uniformly mixing;
s4, adding urea, potassium chloride, zinc sulfate and a complexing agent into the mixture obtained in the step S3, adding lime water, stirring and mixing uniformly, drying at low temperature, cooling, sterilizing, grinding into powder, canning and storing.
Further, the manure comprises one or more of cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure and rabbit manure.
Further, the preparation method of the humic fertilizer specifically comprises the following steps: mixing and stacking the straws, the fallen leaves and the weeds in a naturally ventilated container, controlling the temperature at 30-40 ℃ and naturally decaying the straws, the fallen leaves and the weeds.
Further, the organic bacteria is bacillus subtilis.
Further, the selenoprotein is extracted from selenium-enriched eggs and selenium-enriched rice bran.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the organic selenium protein is added, so that the fertilizer efficiency of the water-soluble fertilizer is improved, the washing content of crops can be effectively increased, and the nutritional value of the crops is improved. Meanwhile, the invention utilizes the excrement and the humic to process and treat the excrement and the humic into the fertilizer for use, thereby effectively utilizing wastes and reducing the environmental pollution.
