Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide fertilizers in sugarcane production, in particular to a preparation method of a slow-release loss-control pesticide fertilizer granule for preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests.
Background
Sugarcane is the most important sugar crop in China, the planting area of the sugarcane accounts for more than 85% of the planting area of the sugar crop all year round in China, and the sugar yield accounts for more than 90% of the total sugar yield. The sugarcane industry is an important support for economic development of main-yield areas in south China and a main source for increasing income of farmers, and plays a positive role in rural poverty removal and rural joy. Because the sugarcane belongs to perennial root crops and because the sugarcane is continuously planted for a long time, the diseases and insect pests of the sugarcane are frequent, the sugarcane stem borers, aphids, thrips, smut and the like become more serious in recent years, but because the sugarcane is mainly cultivated in mountainous areas in China and pesticide spraying is difficult, the development of pesticide granules for achieving the purposes of preventing insects and diseases through root application has practical significance.
The application of the granules in the aspect of preventing and treating sugarcane insect pests: the patent application of a sugarcane slow-release granular pesticide fertilizer (application number 201310300264.4) discloses a sugarcane slow-release granular pesticide fertilizer, but the slow-release agent of the product is one or a combination of more than 2 of fertilizer slow-release agents, namely dicyandiamide, hydroquinone, humic acid powder, hydroquinone, zeolite powder, rooting powder, guanyl thiourea, oxalic acid, rare earth, biological opal, kaolinite, montmorillonite and organic matter, the product only slowly releases the fertilizer, can not slowly release pesticides, and can not prevent and treat the current increasingly serious smut. At present, sugarcane pesticide fertilizers (granules) registered by ministry of agriculture are pesticide fertilizer granules, and except that 'Sudan-thiamethoxam' and 'Pihong-monosultap' of our company are slow-release granules, the other sugarcane pesticide fertilizers (granules) are common granules, the product duration is short, the sugarcane pesticide fertilizers (granules) need to be used for multiple times in one season, and the control effect on the borers in the later period is not good.
On the basis of screening a large amount of compounds, the thifluzamide is prepared into granules for preventing and treating the sugarcane smut for the first time, and the thifluzamide is prepared into slow-release and loss-control pesticide fertilizer granules, so that the fertilizer application, the insect killing and the disease prevention are completed at one time, and only one time of application is needed in one year. Through experiments in 2017-2019, the prevention effect of the granular product on the smut of the sugarcane is more than 65%, the yield of the granular product is increased by more than 10% compared with the conventional fertilizer in one season, and the effect of continuous application in three years is better.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provide a preparation method of a sustained-release loss-control pesticide fertilizer granule which can well prevent smut and insect pests of sugarcane, has longer lasting period, can fertilize the sugarcane and promote the yield of the sugarcane.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the slow-release and loss-control pesticide fertilizer granule for preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests comprises imidacloprid serving as an insecticide, monosultap, thifluzamide serving as a bactericide, crop nutritional ingredients, a loss control agent, a slow release agent and a carrier.
The slow-release and loss-control pesticide fertilizer granules for preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests comprise, by weight, 0.025-0.5 part of imidacloprid serving as an insecticide, 0.025-0.5 part of monosultap, 0.005-0.1 part of thifluzamide serving as a bactericide, 50-95 parts of crop nutrients, 0.5-5 parts of a loss control agent, 0.5-10 parts of a slow release agent and a plurality of carriers.
The crop nutrient components are one or two of sugarcane formula fertilizer and medium trace elements required by sugarcane except NPK.
The slow release agent mainly refers to modified vegetable oil, epoxy resin liquid or modified sulfur.
The carrier is kaolin or diatomite.
The preparation method of the slow-release loss-control pesticide fertilizer granules for preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing an insecticide, a monosultap, a bactericide and a carrier;
step two, uniformly mixing the loss control agent and the crop nutrient components;
step three, mixing the mixture obtained in the step one and the mixture obtained in the step two, and then granulating through a disc or a roller;
and step four, coating the pesticide-fertilizer granules obtained in the step three by using a slow release agent to obtain the slow release and loss control pesticide-fertilizer granules for preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests.
The slow-release loss-control pesticide fertilizer particles are applied only once in the early stage of ditching after base fertilizer or perennial sugarcane is cut when the sugarcane is newly planted, and basically do not need to be applied and sprayed in the later stage, so that the effect is better if the fertilizer particles are continuously used for many years.
The invention can achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling other pests of the sugarcane while preventing and controlling the smut of the sugarcane, and is processed into slow-release and loss-control pesticide fertilizer particles which are only applied once a year for crops in one season. The pesticide-fertilizer composition realizes the purpose of one fertilizer for multiple purposes, and achieves the purpose of preventing and treating sugarcane diseases and insect pests when the fertilizer is applied to crops.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the product has good effect on smut, and the sugarcane disease can be prevented and treated by the granules, so that the problem that the vast sugarcane area is difficult to spray due to water shortage can be solved, and the problem that the sugarcane area is not timely prevented and treated due to labor shortage can be solved;
2. the product of the invention controls the loss of the fertilizer through the loss control agent, and simultaneously controls the release of the fertilizer and the pesticide through the slow release coating, thereby solving the problem of inconsistent release speed of the pesticide and the fertilizer in the pesticide and fertilizer product, because the single slow release film controls the release of the fertilizer, but the pesticide has larger molecular weight and is difficult to release, and the problem that the pesticide can not be released in one season is easily caused;
3. the pesticide fertilizer granules are added with the pesticide and the bactericide for the first time, so that the pesticide fertilizer granules are safe, efficient and low in toxicity, and the purposes of saving labor and time are further achieved;
4. the product only needs to be applied once in one season, and the yield of the sugarcane is increased by more than 10%.
