Abstract

本发明提供一种电动厨用机，包括内部装有驱动马达并通过该驱动马达转动驱动的转动刀(1)的支承主体(2)、在该主体(2)上载置的容器座(3)以及在该容器座(3)上可装卸自如的容器(4)。所述容器(4)略呈圆锥形。该机使食品材料对流的同时，进行粉碎，提高了粉碎性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动厨用机，更详细地说，涉及一种为粉碎(切削、搅拌)果品和蔬菜或茶叶或干食品等食品材料的粉碎茶叶用电动厨用机。
背景技术
迄今，在家庭厨房或店铺的餐饮店等处，为粉碎果品或干食品等材料均采用电动厨用机。这种电动厨用机如图3所示，包括有内部装有马达51的主体52、在该主体52上装卸自如地装配的并且通过所述马达51转动驱动的刀53的转动支承的容器座54以及在该容器基座54上装卸自如地由螺纹装配的容器55(参照特开平10-117944号公报)。这种厨用机由于其容器基座的底面是以研钵形而形成的，所以加工的食品材料在粉碎过程中，沿研钵形的面在上方移动循环，能提高粉碎性能。
然而，已有的厨用机，由于其容器55呈与圆筒形相近似的截头圆筒形，因此在粉碎茶叶等轻的材料时，一粉碎到某种程度，则由于受到因刀转动而产生的旋转风或离心力等作用，该材料边停留在容器的上部空间内，边开始旋转。因此，材料就难于与刀接触而有不能将材料粉碎细之虞。
发明内容
鉴于上述情况，本发明的目的在于，提供一种边使食品材料对流边进行粉碎而能提高粉碎性能的粉碎茶叶用电动厨用机。
本发明的电动厨用机包括内部装有驱动马达、并通过由该马达转动驱动转动刀的支承主体、在该主体上载置的容器座以及在该容器座上装卸自如的容器，其特征是所述容器约为圆锥形。

在上述图中，1-刀、2-主体、3-容器座、4-容器、5-马达轴、6-上套管、7-下套管、8-球面轴承、9-回转轴、10-轮箍、11-含油轴承、12-推力轴承环、13-密封部件、14-下接件、15-上接件、16-螺纹部、17-密封部件、18-螺纹部、19-装配部、20-肋、21-倾斜部、22-顶部、23-驱动钮。
具体实施方式
以下根据附图说明本发明的电动厨用机。
实施例
如图1所示，本发明一实施例的电动厨用机包括内部装有驱动马达并通过该马达转动驱动转动刀1的支承主体2、和在该主体2上载置的容器座3，以及在该容器座3上装卸自如的容器4。
在所述主体2内部装有马达的马达轴5，受由固定的上下套管6、7所夹持的球面轴承8所支承，所述刀1的回转轴9在容器座3的中央圆筒部，插在嵌入形成的轮箍10上压入固定的含油轴承11中，同时在内侧弯曲的内周部上通过推力轴承环12转动自由地支承所述轮箍10的上端。还有，密封部件13被装在所述含油轴承11与所述轮箍10的内周部之间。
所述驱动马达的马达轴5与刀1的转动轴9是通过在马达轴5上旋合的下接件14与在转动轴9上旋合的上接件15相锁合连接，这样，驱动马达的转动驱动传动到刀1。
所述容器4装卸自如地旋合在容器座3的顶部内周所形成的螺纹部16。还有，密封部件17在容器座3的底部。所述容器4是由在下部外周形成螺纹部18的安装部19、和在中央部的外周成为取出容器时把手的、形成肋20的倾斜部21以及顶部23构成，整体呈约圆锥形。由于容器4为约圆锥形，所以愈向顶部22，空间愈窄。于是，加上对流空间小，对粉碎物给予由容器内壁面向下的力，因此，由刀1卷起的粉碎物容易由顶部22向刀1的对流。还有，由于顶部22作成球面形状，不防止粉碎物的对流现象，而且使用后的水洗变得容易。所述容器4的圆锥角度，即倾斜部21的圆锥角度θ可考虑被粉碎物的容量和被粉碎物的种类适宜地选择，但20-120度是理想的，40-70度是更为理想的。
在本实施例中，首先将被粉碎物放入容器4之后，将容器旋入容器座3并装配在主体2上。然后，按主体2的驱动钮22，使驱动马达转动，同时使刀1开始转动，将粉碎物粉细。这时，被粉细的粉碎物沿容器内壁传送向上方升起，由于内壁是约圆锥形的，又由于集积在顶上附近的粉碎物向正下方在落下，所以由刀具1进行再次切削，从而变得更细。通过这种返复的对流，使粉碎物粉碎得更细，并且可在较短时间内进行微细粉碎。
如上所述，通过本发明将容器作成圆锥形，可获得如下效果，即可将粉碎物的粒子粉碎成比过去更细，同时通过调节粉碎时间，可选择所希望的粒子大小，从而将更加扩大在厨房方面应用的范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种粉碎茶叶用电动厨用机，包括内部装有驱动马达并通过该马达转动驱动转动刀的支承主体、在该主体上载置的容器座以及在该容器座上装卸自如的容器，其特征在于所述容器呈圆锥形状并且其顶部为球面形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉碎茶叶用电动厨用机，其特征在于所述容器的圆锥角度为20-120度。
