背景技术

在使用虹吸管的实施例中,虹吸管优选在其顶部具有通气孔。虹吸管中的通气孔的尺寸设置为在水箱中的水位以大于预定阈值的速率下降时产生虹吸流。通气孔的尺寸还设置为在水箱中的水位以小于预定阈值的速率下降时防止虹吸流。例如,通气孔足够小,使得正常冲洗(水箱中的水相对较快地下落)会产生虹吸流,将水从容器吸出到水箱中。但是,对于少量泄漏,流出水箱的水会足够少,使得在虹吸管中不会形成虹吸,这是由于通入通气孔的少量空气足以破坏虹吸流。在各实施例中,虹吸管的顶端和底端具有不同的直径,以便进行调节从而提供期望的虹吸力以将水通过虹吸管从容器中吸出。
可以选择或者调节虹吸管的第一端和第二端的直径之间的比值以控制当马桶水箱中的水位下降时在虹吸管内产生的真空。类似的,可以通过增大第一端和第二端的直径之间的比值来增加真空强度。通气孔和第一端和第二端的直径之间的比值可以设计为使得在水箱中的水位以预定速率或者大于预定速率的速率下降时形成虹吸流。类似的,在水箱中的水位以小于预定速率的速率下降时可以不形成虹吸流。
在使用锥形虹吸结构的那些系统实施例中,能够类似地设计结构的顶端和底端以按期望优化真空强度的量。

具体实施方式
本公开的技术方案的特征可以通过使用一个或多个不同的部件和相关联的构件经济地模制或组装,所述部件和相关联的构件可以以经济的方式与已知的或待设计的马桶冲洗系统组装在一起以用于可拆卸的或整体的应用,其中本公开的特征可以形成本文公开的维修设备,而不管其具体形式。除非另有定义,本文使用的本领域的所有术语、符号和其他科学术语或用辞具有与本公开所属领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同的含义。
在一些情况下,为了清楚和/或为了方便参考,本文中定义了具有通常理解的含义的术语,并且本文中包括这样的定义不应该一定理解为表示与本领域通常理解的定义有很大的不同。本文提及的所有专利、申请、公布的申请和其他出版物全部通过引用并入本文。如果在这一部分提出的定义与在本文中通过引用并入的专利、申请、公布的申请和其他出版物中提出的定义相反或者不一致,则在这一部分提出的定义优于本文中通过引用并入的定义。
现在参照以下的详细描述能够更好地理解所公开的技术方案。应当明确理解,所示出的实施例作为示例提出而非旨在限制最终由权利要求所限定的实施例。
首先参照图1至4,本发明的填充阀系统110包括:(a)供水构件126;(b)在中空的供水构件126顶端的填充阀111;以及(c)连接到填充阀的浮子组件108,所述浮子组件108包括:(i)容器107,(ii)嵌套在容器107中的浮子105,和(iii)虹吸管150,其具有在容器107中的上端151以及在容器107的底部下方的下端152。在虹吸管150的顶部弯头处设置有通气孔154。在使用中,浮子105在容器107中的上升使填充阀111关闭。相反,浮子105在容器107中的下降使填充阀111打开。
供水构件126优选地紧固到马桶水箱底部中的孔,并且连接到建筑物供水管道。填充阀111能够是由浮子105的上下运动所致动的任何合适的填充阀。
在图3和图4中最佳可见的优选实施例中,容器107具有敞口的顶端,水箱的水能够溢出到该顶端中,并且浮子105具有敞口的底端。当水箱被充满时(图3),水会从侧面溢出进入容器108的敞口的顶端。此时,浮子105会上升,使填充阀111关闭。然而,在冲洗时,水会迅速离开水箱,并且容器107中的水会以低得多的速度被虹吸出容器107(并且进入周围的水箱)。因此,提供了一种新型延迟机构,其中填充阀111的致动被延迟,直到虹吸管150已经将容器107排空,使得浮子105在延迟的时间内下降(并且填充阀111在延迟的时间打开),如图4所示。
如能够看出的,虹吸管150的下端152位于虹吸管150的上端151(位于容器107内部的底部附近)的下方。因此,当水箱中的水位低于容器107中的水位时,会产生虹吸流。虹吸管150可以在与容器107的底部(参见供所述管150穿过其从而进入到容器107中的支座158的下部)相邻或者在其附近的第一端处附接到容器107。另外,管150的下端152充当出口并且位于容器107的下方。
已经尝试了延迟地(例如直到清空水箱后)致动填充阀的现有方法。不幸的是,延迟地致动填充阀的系统包括具有浮子延迟机构的阀。这些浮子延迟机构被设计为在致动后的预定的一段时间(例如几秒)致动相应的填充阀,以避免填充阀在冲洗阀关闭之前致动和触发再填充。但是,这些现有解决方案大都不能提供足够的延迟以使填充阀保持关闭直到冲洗阀关闭为止。这些现有解决方案还存在已知的在使用过程中磨损并且失效的许多移动部件带来的问题(即硬水沉积物)。
在使用中,虹吸管150中存在的通气孔154的尺寸设置为在水箱中的水位以大于预定阈值的速率下降时引起虹吸流。相反,通气孔154的尺寸还设置为在水箱中的水位以小于预定阈值的速率下降时防止虹吸流。具体地,对于缓慢的泄漏,水箱中的水会非常缓慢地下降,并且通气孔154会足够大以向虹吸管150供给足够的空气从而破坏虹吸管流。因此,容器107不会通过虹吸管150排空,从而使浮子105保持浮动并且使填充阀111关闭。
可选地,虹吸管150的顶端和底端能够具有不同的直径,以最佳地调节容器107中形成的虹吸的强度。例如,在与容器107连通的管端处,虹吸管150可以具有较小的直径。相比之下,对于出口152可以使用较大的直径,这是因为能够选择、调节和设计这两个直径之间的比值,以当马桶水箱中的水位以预定速率或者大于预定速率的速率下降时控制如何在管150内产生真空。一旦达到或超过预定的速率,可以在管150内形成虹吸作用,将水从容器107的内部通过出口152泵入水箱中。
如果期望在虹吸管150内形成较强的真空,管150的较大直径与较小直径之间的比值能够根据需要增大或减小,要理解的是,较大的比值与较强的真空直接相关。可以优化通气孔154的尺寸以及管150的直径之间的比值,以在马桶水箱中的水位由于冲洗动作而以预定速率或者大于预定速率的速率下降时提供足够强的虹吸。反之,系统110被设计为使得当马桶水箱中的水位以低于预定速率的速率下降时在管150中不会形成虹吸,这是因为其通常发生在泄露期间。因此,系统110避免了致动以及由此的再填充,除非终端用户明确地请求冲洗循环,而不管该冲洗循环是如何被请求的(例如冲洗杆、按钮、非接触式致动方式等)。
现有系统已经尝试了提供填充阀防泄漏机构。不幸的是,这些系统随附复杂的连杆机构以解锁或复位用于使阀在每个冲洗周期打开的机构。这样的解决方案需要连接到一个致动机构(例如,通过柔性连杆连接到脱扣杆)。因此,这样的系统存在既必须在每个冲洗周期进行组装、又使用需要例如预定张力使得防泄漏机构在通过致动机构的致动期间能够移动的复杂组件而带来的问题。这种复杂的组件使安装对于终端用户来说是繁重且不具吸引力的。
本系统还用于在发生大量泄漏时(例如冲洗阀在打开位置被卡住时)关闭填充阀。如果出现这种情况,马桶水箱会持续排水,而填充阀则保持打开以尝试再填充马桶水箱。常规的填充阀系统并未解决这个问题。
如下所述,本系统解决了这个问题。如通过比较图3和图4最佳可见的,在图4中,小的流动通道打开以提供从填充阀111到容器107内的流动通道。由于来自填充阀111的大部分水直接再填充水箱(如流动箭头所示),这种再填充的水中很少一部分会被排出到小的流动通道内并且滴入容器107内。因此,在冲洗阀被卡住而保持打开的情况下,来自流动通道的水会非常缓慢地填充容器107流动通道。由于流动通道的尺寸非常小,这种填充能够可选地花费一个小时左右。能够理解的是,与直接再填充水箱的水量相比,通过流动通道转移到容器108内的水流量非常小。因此,正常使用中,水箱会被再填充,并且浮子105会由于流入容器108顶部的水箱的水而上升。但是,在有大量泄漏的情况下,并且水箱在正常时间段内未注满,通过流动通道滴入容器108的很小部分的水最终会充满容器108,使得浮子105上升,从而关闭填充阀111。容器107的这种缓慢填充可能花费一个小时左右,但是马桶仅会在那一个小时的时间段内运行(并且浪费填充用水)。因此,提供了在发生大量水箱泄漏的情况下的新型关闭系统。
系统110实现了上述优点,而无需复杂机构、设置、特定致动方法或者甚至昂贵的机加工黄铜部件。
图5至9图示了本发明的第二实施例,其中虹吸管由容器中的锥形虹吸结构所替代。但是,应理解,这里还可以想到全部都在本发明的范围内的其他虹吸装置和结构。在该实施例中,虹吸管150被虹吸系统200所替代。如在图6中看到的,容器107具有大的(第一)内隔室207和小的(第二)内隔室208。隔室207和208由具有切口堰板210的壁209间隔开。隔室208由来自流动通道106的再填充用水填充,该再填充用水然后溢出并且再填充隔室207。
具有两个隔室207和208的好处在于,能够如下地优化系统定时。与图1至4的第一实施例类似,当浮子105上升时,填充阀111关闭,当浮子105下降时,填充阀111打开。如在图9中最佳可见的,虹吸结构250将容器207排空。虹吸结构250可选地包括向上的锥体251和向下的锥体253。当水被虹吸出容器107的隔室207并且通过底部孔口254下落到马桶水箱中时,所述水在这两个锥体之间经过。还能够看出,开口256提供了一个位置,在那儿空气能够进入虹吸结构250的顶部。因此,开口256在提供足够的空气以在少量泄漏的情况下破坏虹吸流方面与通气孔154类似。
但是,在该实施例中,隔室208充当系统的“计量”或“定时”指导。具体地,能够调节流动通道填充用水(来自流动通道)的小部分用水再填充隔室207的速率。因此,能够调节来自隔室208的再填充用水进入并且填充隔室207的速率。
如果出现大量泄漏,则来自填充阀111的水被引入隔室208。在隔室208注满后,所述水然后再填充大隔室207。随着时间的流逝,在水注满小内隔室208时,它会溢出堰板209进入到大隔室207中,填充容器107并且使浮子105上升,从而关闭填充阀111。期望的是很慢地填充第二隔室208(这是因为如果填充阀111已经长时间运行,如在大量泄漏的情况下,其仅用于关闭填充阀111)。这样,在小隔室208中可以存在第二虹吸结构260,以确保其缓慢地填充小隔室208。第二虹吸结构260可以包括向上的锥体261和向下的锥体263。当水被虹吸出第二隔室208并且下落到下面的马桶水箱中时,水在这两个锥体之间经过。可想到所有在本发明的范围内的其他虹吸结构。
具有这种双虹吸结构的好处在于,第一虹吸结构250能够用于对容器进行排水并且使浮子下降,而第二虹吸结构260会充当用于调节容器再填充时间的机械定时器(例如,在大量泄漏的情况下,当水箱的水不是简单地溢出到容器中并且使浮子上升的时候)。相反,第二虹吸管260确保适当的量的水被传送到容器107的隔室207并且在适当的时间进行传送。因此,第二虹吸结构260确保再填充用水(来自流动通道)在期望的时间填充容器107。
应理解,能够调节锥形结构251、253、261和263的顶部、底部与整体高度的相对尺寸,以优化相对虹吸真空的强度以及虹吸结构250和260将其各自的隔室排空会花费的时间量。
此外,图6和图8公开了具有间隔开的隔室105A和105B的新型浮子105。这两个隔室一起防止在浮子105上升时过早的关闭填充阀。具体地,当水填充容器107时,其首先会到达隔室105A的底部。因此,浮子105会上升,但是填充用水也会趋于逆时针转动浮子105(在图8中)。这防止了填充阀111过早启动。随着时间的流逝,当更多的水填充容器107时,水位最终会到达隔室105B的底部。此时,浮子105会顺时针转动(因为105B比105A大)。此时,上升的浮子105会处于关闭填充阀111的位置。
在不脱离本文公开和描述的实施例的精神和范围的情况下,本领域普通技术人员可进行许多改变和修改。因此,应当理解,所示出和描述的实施例仅仅出于示例的目的而被阐述,并且它们不被视为限制由所附权利要求限定的实施例。例如,尽管权利要求的要素在上文中以某种组合列出,但是必须明确地理解,实施例包括如上所述的更少、更多或不同的元件的其他组合,即使这些组合最初并未要求保护。

Claims (9)

1.一种填充阀系统,包括:
(a)供水构件;
(b)与所述供水构件流体连通的填充阀;以及
(c)连接到所述填充阀的浮子组件,所述浮子组件包括:
(i)具有两个隔室的容器,其中浮子位于第一隔室中,并且再填充用水被引导至第二隔室,然后溢出到第一隔室,
其中所述浮子在所述容器中的位置使所述填充阀打开和关闭;
所述浮子组件还包括与所述容器中的两个隔室中的至少一个流体连通的至少一个虹吸管,其中,
所述至少一个虹吸管为具有在所述容器中的上端和在所述容器下方的下端的虹吸管,以及
所述至少一个虹吸管的顶部和底部具有不同的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述至少一个虹吸管的顶部处能够具有较小的直径,并且所述至少一个虹吸管的底部处能够具有较大的直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的填充阀系统,其中所述至少一个虹吸管的底部和顶部的直径之间的比值被选择以控制当马桶水箱中的水位以预定速率或者大于预定速率的速率下降时在虹吸管内产生的真空,使得一旦达到或超过预定的速率,在虹吸管内形成虹吸作用,将水从所述容器的内部泵入所述马桶水箱中,和/或
所述至少一个虹吸管的底部和顶部的直径之间的比值被选择以控制当马桶水箱中的水位以小于预定速率的速率下降时不形成虹吸作用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的填充阀系统,其中通过增大所述至少一个虹吸管的底部和顶部的直径之间的比值来增加真空强度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述浮子组件还包括:通入所述至少一个虹吸管的通气孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述通气孔的尺寸以及所述至少一个虹吸管的底部和顶部的直径之间的比值被设计为使得在马桶水箱中的水位由于冲洗动作而以预定速率或者大于预定速率的速率下降时提供足够强的虹吸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述供水构件紧固到马桶水箱底部中的孔,并且连接到建筑物供水管道。
8.根据权利要求1所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述容器具有敞口的顶端,水箱的水能够溢出到所述顶端中,并且所述浮子具有敞口的底端。
9.根据权利要求1所述的填充阀系统,其中,所述两个隔室由具有切口堰板的壁间隔开。
