背景技术
当前的马桶填充阀提供水以填充马桶水箱并填充盆。优选地,对两者的填充可以同时完成。在通常的填充阀中,输送大量的流以再填充马桶水箱,而输送少量的流以再填充盆。在一些设计中,进入水箱的大量的流来自阀底部的孔,而进入盆的少量的流来自阀顶部的小管,其中小管被引导入冲洗阀的溢流管。

具体实施方式
当前公开的技术方案的特征可以通过使用一个或更多个不同的器件和相关部件经济地模制或组装,所述不同的器件和相关部件可以以经济的方式与已知的或要被设计的马桶冲水系统组装在一起以用于可拆卸或整体应用,其中本公开的特征可以形成本申请公开的服务设备,而不管其具体形式。除非另有定义,本申请使用的所有术语、符号和其他科学用词或术语的含义与本公开所属领域的普通技术人员通常理解的含义相同。
本申请所使用的“一个”是指“至少一个”或“一个或更多个”。本申请所使用的术语“使用者”、“用户”、“终端用户”等不限于特定实体或人。例如,术语“使用者”可以指使用本申请描述的系统和方法的人,并且经常可以指领域技术人员。然而,该术语不限于终端用户或技术人员,并且因此包括可以使用所公开的系统和方法的所有人员。
参照以下详细的描述能够更好地理解所公开的技术方案。应当明确地理解,所例示的实施例作为示例来阐述而非限制最终由权利要求所限定的实施例。
如图1至3所示,本系统210提供用于在马桶盆和马桶水箱之间进行引流的引流器,包括:主体226,其具有入口224、出口222以及位于入口224和出口222之间的泄压口221;以及流调节机构260,其能够绕主体226的出口222转动,以在出口222和泄压口221之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流。
优选地,流调节机构260包括容纳在出口222周围的套筒264。优选地,套筒264具有螺纹内表面,其与出口的螺纹外表面配合(如图2和图3所示)。优选地,套筒264可以包括在外部设置的把手或摩擦感应面,使得终端用户容易抓握和手动调节。
阻塞件263可滑动地容纳在出口222中。在操作中,当套筒263绕出口222的口转动时,阻塞件263轴向地前后移动到出口222的口中。阻塞件263的轴向运动改变了穿过出口的流体通道开口的大小。(穿过出口222的流体通道在阻塞件263和出口222的内壁之间、阻塞件263周围)。从图2和图3能够看出,当套筒263转动时,可连续地调节穿过出口222的流体通道的大小。
在可选的优选实施例中,阻塞件263具有部分穿过其延伸的内孔,如图所示。
在各个实施例中,如图所示,主体226是弯曲的,使得流入入口224的流和流出出口222的流彼此平行但不同轴。在各个实施例中,流入入口224的流方向垂直于流出泄压口221的流方向。
优选地,来自出口222的水流被引流到马桶盆,并且流出泄压口221的水流被引流到马桶水箱。例如,系统210可以被定位在填充阀和冲洗阀的溢流管之间,使得被引导出出口222的水能够穿过管进入冲洗阀的溢流管,而流出泄压口221的水能够简单地滴落到下方的马桶水箱中。然而,应当理解,可替代地,来自出口222的流能够被引流到马桶水箱,并且流出泄压口221的水能够被引流到马桶盆。
图2和图3是示出阻塞件263从图2的完全“打开”位置到图3的完全“闭合”位置的运动的截面正视图。
在图2中,当调节机构260被定位在允许水流出出口222的打开位置时,由阻塞件263引起的限制相对较小(参见流方向的箭头)。因此,允许水穿过出口222和套筒端部262排出到盆再填充件,并且通常向下到冲洗阀溢流管并进入马桶盆。相比之下,如图3所示,能够看出调节机构260已经转动到闭合状态。因此,随着机构260的元件263闭合出口222,穿过出口222和262流向盆再填充件的阻力逐渐增加。因此,随着限制的增加,主体226内的水逐渐回升。随着限制增加以及水回升,较大比例的水开始穿过泄压口221排出,并在泄压口221处被输送到马桶水箱中。
在图3中,马桶盆的再填充件被完全关掉,使得穿过泄压口221排出的所有水落入到马桶水箱中。
优选地,本引流器210还防止在建筑物管道和马桶盆之间形成反向虹吸流。这由出口222通过泄压口221将空气吸回来实现,由于水箱4中的水位与大小足够的出口222之间的间隔,使得当在主供水系统中形成真空时,马桶水箱4中的水都不会被吸回到供水系统中。相反,空气将被吸回到供水系统中。因此,系统210包括一种AC型抗虹吸装置,使得该阀可被全球标准和市场条件接受。
本流调节机构260提供了比本领域中先前公开的填充阀更好的调节精度。这是因为许多当前的再填充调节方法都是逐步进行调节,并且通常以大的增量流动。因此,本引流器是特别有利的,因为随着马桶技术的改进,用于冲洗马桶的水量逐渐减少。值得注意的是,由于水资源越来越稀缺,马桶标准要求较少的用水量,所以这种逐渐增加且精确的调节将使得机构226比当前采用的解决方案更加有利和优越。
如下,图4A至4N示出了引流器的第二实施例。图4A是连接到填充阀301的引流器300的分解立体图。由填充阀301供应的大部分水穿过下方出口312排出以再填充水箱。只有较小部分的填充水通过引流器300(被引导入马桶盆或马桶水箱)。如图4B至4N所示,引流器300包括具有入口320、第一出口330和第二出口340的主体310,以及流调节机构350,其可以在主体310内转动,以在第一出口330和第二出口340之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流。优选地,流出第一出口330的流被引流到马桶盆,并且流出第二出口340的流被引流到马桶水箱。
主体310优选地具有圆柱形部分311,并且流调节机构350包括弯曲的可转动壁部312,其能够在圆柱形部分311中转动以阻止流入第一出口330或第二出口340的流。如图4F所示,转动壁312优选地具有绕主体310的圆柱形部分311的大约一半延伸的C形横截面。
图4B是图4A的引流器的特写侧视图,其中自出口离开并进入马桶盆的水流通道完全闭合。图4C至4F也示出了进入第一出口330的流体通道完全闭合。从图4F能够看出,来自入口320的所有流被引导入第二出口340(并且进入马桶水箱)。
图4G至4K示出了系统300,其处于打开状态,使得来自入口320的所有流被引导出第一出口330(并且进入马桶盆)。
图4L至4N示出了系统300,其处于部分打开状态,使得来自入口330的一些流被引导入第一出口330(并且进入马桶盆),并且来自入口的一些流被引导入第二出口330(并且进入马桶水箱)。能够理解,能够进行微调以改变穿过第一和第二出口中每一个的水的比例。因此,能够调节再填充盆的时间,使得马桶水箱和马桶盆同时再注满。图4M示出了可选的棘爪341,其与引流器主体310配合,从而以优选的操作间隔定位引流器。在一个实施例中,棘爪341允许用户在各个部分地打开的位置之间进行点击。在另一实施例中,手柄343被移除,并且不允许终端用户调节棘爪341的设置。在引流器的状态要由本地建筑规范或规则控制的情况下,第二个“对于终端用户是锁定的”实施例是可取的,并且不应由终端用户进行调节。
如下,图5A至5N示出了引流器的第三实施例。图5A是连接到填充阀401的引流器400的分解立体图。由填充阀401供应的大部分水从下方出口412流出以再填充水箱。只有较小部分的填充水穿过引流器300(被引导入马桶盆或马桶水箱)。如图4B至4N所示,引流器400包括具有入口420、第一出口430和第二出口440的主体410,以及流调节机构450,其可以在主体410内转动,以在第一出口430和第二出口440之间选择性地按不同比例引流。优选地,流出第一出口430的流被引流到马桶盆,并且流出第二出口440的流被引流到马桶水箱。
如下,图5A至5N的实施例还具有用作抗虹吸系统的排气口和隔膜。如图5B和5C所示,设置有排气口411和隔膜413。为了防止虹吸流,空气被抽吸到排气口411中,然后使隔膜413向下偏转,从而允许空气被吸入口420中。因此,施加到入口410的任何吸力将不会简单地将水虹吸入出口430并向下进入入口410。更准确地说,隔膜413(通过来自排气口411的空气)的偏转将进入系统并破坏虹吸流。
类似于图4A至4F,图5A至5F示出了引流器的操作。图5F示出了可转动壁部412的W形横截面。能够看出,W形横截面优选地延伸穿过主体410的圆柱形部分411的中心。图5B至5F示出了处于完全闭合状态的装置(使得所有流被引导出第二出口440)。图5G至5K示出了处于完全打开状态的装置(使得所有流被引导出第一出口430)。最后,图5L至5N示出了处于部分打开状态的装置(使得流被引导出第一出口430和第二出口440)。
最后,如下,图6A至6E示出了引流器的第四实施例。图6A和6B示出了具有主体510的引流器500,其中主体510具有入口520、第一出口530和第二出口540。主体510包括手柄501和溢流管扣512,其用于将主体安装到冲洗阀的溢流管600上,使得来自第一出口530的流被引导入溢流管600的口。来自第二出口540的流被引导离开溢流管600的口并进入马桶水箱(如图6C至6E所示)。管513是将流从填充阀(未示出)输送入入口520的流体管。
接下来,如图6A至6E所示,主体510优选地包括流调节机构,例如可转动壁512,其可选地具有C形横截面,如图所示,其中主体510内的流调节可转动壁512的转动改变离开出口530和540的流的相对比例。在图6C中,所有的流被引导穿过第二出口540并且向下进入水箱中。在图6D中,所有的流被引导穿过第一出口530并且向下进入溢流管600中并且向下进入下面的马桶盆中。在图6E中,部分流被引导入两个出口530和540中的每一个,从而使马桶水箱和马桶盆都被填充。

Claims (26)

1.一种用于在马桶盆和马桶水箱之间引流的引流器,包括:
主体,其具有入口、出口以及在所述入口和出口之间的泄压口;以及
流调节机构,其用于在所述出口和所述泄压口之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流,
其中,施加到所述出口的虹吸力将空气吸入所述泄压口中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的引流器,其中,所述主体是弯曲的,使得流入所述入口的流与流出所述出口的流不同轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的引流器,其中,流入所述入口的流方向平行于流出所述出口的流方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的引流器,其中,流入所述入口的流方向垂直于流出所述泄压口的流方向。
5.根据权利要求1所述的引流器,其中,流入所述泄压口的流垂直于穿过所述入口和所述出口的流。
6.根据权利要求1所述的引流器,其中,来自所述出口的流被引流到所述马桶盆,并且来自所述泄压口的流被引流到所述马桶水箱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的引流器,其中,来自所述出口的流被引流到所述马桶水箱,并且来自所述泄压口的流被引流到所述马桶盆。
8.一种用于在马桶盆和马桶水箱之间引流的引流器,包括:
主体,其具有入口、出口以及在所述入口和出口之间的泄压口;以及
流调节机构,其用于在所述出口和所述泄压口之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流,其中,所述流调节机构能够绕所述主体的出口转动,并且包括:
容纳在所述出口上的套筒,所述套筒具有与所述出口的螺纹外表面配合的螺纹内表面;以及
可滑动地容纳在所述出口中的阻塞件,
其中,施加到所述出口的虹吸力将空气吸入所述泄压口中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的引流器,其中,当所述套筒绕所述出口转动时,所述阻塞件在所述出口中轴向移动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的引流器,其中,所述阻塞件的轴向移动改变穿过所述出口的流体通道的大小。
11.根据权利要求10所述的引流器,其中,随所述套筒的转动,穿过所述出口的流体通道的大小是可连续调节的。
12.根据权利要求10所述的引流器,其中,穿过所述出口的流体通道围绕所述阻塞件。
13.根据权利要求8所述的引流器,其中,所述阻塞件具有部分地延伸穿过其中的内孔。
14.一种用于在马桶盆和马桶水箱之间引流的引流器,包括:
主体,其具有入口、第一出口和第二出口;以及
流调节机构,其能够在所述主体内转动,以在所述第一出口和所述第二出口之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流,
其中,所述主体具有圆柱形部分,并且其中所述流调节机构包括弯曲的可转动壁部,所述弯曲的可转动壁部能够在所述圆柱形部分中转动以阻止流入所述第一出口或所述第二出口的流,
其中,所述可转动壁部具有C形横截面或W形横截面,所述C形或W形横截面绕所述圆柱形部分的至少约四分之一延伸。
15.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,其中,所述第一出口向马桶盆引流,并且所述第二出口向马桶水箱引流。
16.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,其中,所述C形横截面绕所述主体的圆柱形部分的一半延伸。
17.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,其中,所述W形横截面延伸穿过所述主体的圆柱形部分的中心。
18.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,还包括用于选择性地调节所述弯曲的可转动壁部在所述圆柱形部分内的位置的棘爪。
19.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,其中,所述主体还包括溢流管扣,所述溢流管扣用于将所述主体安装到溢流管上,使得来自所述第一出口的流被引导入所述溢流管的口,并且来自所述第二出口的流被引导远离所述溢流管的口并进入马桶水箱。
20.根据权利要求14所述的引流器,其中,来自所述第二出口的流被引导回填充阀中。
21.一种用于在马桶盆和马桶水箱之间引流的引流器,包括:
主体,其具有入口、第一出口和第二出口;以及
流调节机构,其能够在所述主体内转动,以在所述第一出口和所述第二出口之间选择性地按不同比例进行引流;以及
在所述主体中的通气孔和隔膜,用来防止从所述第一出口或所述第二出口回到所述入口的虹吸流。
22.根据权利要求21所述的引流器,其中,所述第一出口向马桶盆引流,并且所述第二出口向马桶水箱引流。
23.根据权利要求21所述的引流器,其中,所述主体具有圆柱形部分,并且所述流调节机构包括弯曲的可转动壁部,所述弯曲的可转动壁部能够在所述圆柱形部分中转动以阻止流入所述第一出口或所述第二出口的流。
24.根据权利要求21所述的引流器,其中,来自所述第二出口的流被引导回填充阀中。
25.根据权利要求21所述的引流器,其中,所述主体中的隔膜定位在靠近所述引流器的主体的顶部。
26.根据权利要求21所述的引流器,其中,所述主体中的隔膜定位在所述引流器的入口、第一出口和第二出口的上方。
