背景技术
用于厕所水箱的进水阀由水位感应装置(通常是一个浮子)所控制,并且,众所周知,浮子设置在一个可相对于阀壳体转动的臂的端部上,压在一个小柱塞上的臂的另一端具有一个抵压在阀座上的密封垫圈。

发明简述
根据本发明,提供了一种用于厕所水箱的进水阀,所述进水阀包括一个与供水连接的安装杆,一个包围所述安装杆并自由支撑在其上的浮子罐,可调节地位于所述浮子罐上的环形浮子件,一个控制膜片阀,一个弹性膜片阀,由此,在水箱排水时,浮子罐打开控制膜片阀,以开启在下降的浮子罐上的弹性膜片阀。
优选地,控制膜片阀是一个星形阀。
具体实施方式

带有桥接芯63的圆形垫片62能够定位并支撑间隙销64。桥接芯具有三个规则间隔的孔,以使流体能够流过并向用于安装销64的中央提供材料。垫片62具有几个功能。它能够支撑并定位控制膜片阀55。其带有与垫片模制成一体的间隙销,其将膜片夹持在应有的位置处并对膜片材料进行预载以实现压力密封。它限制了膜片插入运动的行程。不锈钢膜片的辐条的末端位 于垫片和膜片插入件66之间。
膜片插入件66为圆形部件,其轮廓可支撑弹性膜片阀43并且包含用于使膜片位于阀座中心的导引件。该插入件在其中心具有孔67,间隙销穿过该孔,孔比销适当地大一些,从而允许从弹性膜片阀43下方到其上方的可控流动,以便当弹性膜片阀43关闭时,使弹性膜片阀43上方的腔室增压。

Claims (8)
