Technical Field
The invention relates to biological feed, in particular to a shrimp, crab and fishpond manure water paste, bait for cultivating aquatic spider organisms and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Insects such as hermetia illucens, fly maggots, earthworms, barley worms and the like have higher economic value and are more and more widely applied in circular agriculture.
A large amount of black soldier fly manure, maggot manure, wormcast, barley pest manure and other waste residues can be produced in an insect farm, and certain harm can be caused to the environment if the treatment and the storage are improper. In addition, the excrement of the insects still contains about 20 percent of crude protein, and still has economic value and use value, but the excrement of the insects has low market price and does not have proper processing method, so the value of the excrement cannot be fully utilized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the shrimp, crab and fish pond manure water paste processed by fully utilizing hermetia illucens and fly maggot manure and the bait for cultivating the water spider organisms.

As a preferable mode, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of hermetia illucens feces, 10-20 parts of fly maggot feces, 10-15 parts of wormcast, 10-15 parts of barley pest feces, 10-15 parts of pregelatinized starch, 5-10 parts of peanut bran, 10-15 parts of hermetia illucens slurry, 5-10 parts of fly maggot slurry, 5-10 parts of earthworm slurry, 3-5 parts of chlorella powder, 3-5 parts of beer yeast powder, 1-2 parts of marine rhodotorula and 3-5 parts of molasses.
The fertilizer water paste for shrimps, crabs and fish ponds and the bait for cultivating the water spider organisms, provided by the invention, have about 20% of crude protein in black soldier fly manure, maggot manure, wormcast and barley pest manure, fully utilize the nutritional ingredients of various waste residues for the second time, and are scientifically proportioned according to the proper fertilizer water paste for plankton such as water spider and the like required by fish fries in fish ponds, shrimp and crab ponds; the insect protein source water-fertilizing paste contains rich insect protein and small ball algae which can promote plankton propagation; the excrement of several insects contains rich protein and various trace elements, which can meet the requirement of a large amount of probiotics on nitrogen element in the reproduction process; in addition, the physical structure of the used insect excrement is particles with a porous structure, the hollow and porous granular structure provides a sufficient and appropriate breeding space for probiotics and microalgae organisms in the water fertilizing paste, compared with the traditional fermentation raw materials, the method is more beneficial to the breeding of the microorganisms, and the microbial mycoprotein such as probiotics, the microalgae organisms, yeast, rhodotorula benthica and the like with more advantageous population and various nutrient elements and the like suitable for the breeding of the plankton such as the water spider and the like are obtained, so that the water regulation and the fertilizer increase can be well carried out on the fry and the shrimp and crab pond, the breeding of the plankton such as the water spider and the like is accelerated, the initial feed is continuously provided for the fry and the shrimp fry, and the survival rate is improved; meanwhile, the formula of the raw material contains a large amount of insect pulp, is rich in insect small peptide protein, natural insect chitin and organic calcium, can be obtained from partial fry or young shrimps and crabs, and effectively improves the survival rate of the fry, accelerates the shelling speed of the shrimps and crabs and accelerates the development and growth of the fry; the yeast in the raw material formula is beer yeast and rhodotorula benthica, the yeast is not only a nutrient substance favored by water spider, but also a nutrient substance for cultivating beneficial algae in water, and can cultivate excellent shrimp pond algae phase while enriching water, thereby being more beneficial to the improvement of the early survival rate and the later growth and development of shrimps and crabs. The pregelatinized starch is used as one of energy sources of good probiotic bacteria, can provide rich carbon sources for the propagation of microorganisms, is also used as a good adhesive, better integrates the raw materials in the formula, can keep paste shape perfectly after entering water, avoids the phenomenon that the dispersing speed is too fast when the pregelatinized starch falls into a pond, slows down the release speed of the water fertilizing paste, ensures the durability of fertility, and is more suitable for the propagation and growth of microalgae and planktonic microorganisms; meanwhile, the water quality and the dissolved oxygen degree of the shrimp pond are guaranteed to a certain extent, and the anoxic death of the fishes and the shrimps caused by the reduction of the dissolved oxygen in the pond is avoided while the fertilizer water paste is prevented from being dispersed too fast. The chlorella is used in the invention, contains various rich and balanced nutritional components, and is rich in protein, lipid, polysaccharide, dietary fiber, vitamin A, B, C, D, E, trace elements, mineral substances, folic acid, chlorophyll and precious bioactive elements. In addition, chlorella contains one of the most important components: the chlorella growth promoting factor (CGF) has the functions of inducing interferon, exciting macrophages, T cells and B cells in organism defense and immune tissues, so that the chlorella added can not only provide nutrient substances for planktons in a shrimp pond such as water spider and the like, but also increase the quantity of microalgae in the shrimp pond to a certain extent, and can be continuously provided for various microalgae foods of young shrimps, crabs and the like, thereby effectively improving the immune function of the young shrimps, and improving the survival rate. The molasses used in the invention is viscous, black brown and semi-fluid, contains vitamins, minerals, mycoprotein, nucleic acid, surfactant, growth promotion factor (bioactive substance) and other components, and is generally used as water fertilizing, disease preventing, growth promoting, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite poisoning in water eliminating, and aquatic health culture and ecological balance realizing. The molasses contains more aspartic acid and glutamic acid which are flavor amino acids, can promote the reproduction and growth of probiotics and plankton in water, and can stimulate the appetite of breeding animals such as shrimps and crabs and accelerate the growth and development of shrimp and crab seedlings.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the shrimp, crab and fishpond manure water paste and the bait for cultivating the water spider organisms, which comprises the following steps:
A. screening live hermetia illucens, live maggots and live earthworms;
B. killing black soldier flies, fly maggot live insects and earthworms, adding a bacterium solution, and grinding for later use;
C. crushing black soldier fly excrement, fly maggot excrement, wormcast, barley pest excrement and peanut bran which is a byproduct after oil extraction by a crusher, removing impurities and weighing;
D. the raw materials according to any one of the claims 1-2 are proportioned, mixed and stirred uniformly, and then are subjected to moisture regulation and gelatinization to form a paste;
E. putting into a fermentation device for sealed fermentation.
Further, the black soldier fly, the fly maggot live insects and the earthworm living bodies are washed clean by clear water and sterilized and killed by high-temperature steam.
Further, the addition amount of the bacterial liquid in the step B is 10 times of the total weight of the living bodies of the hermetia illucens, the fly maggots and the earthworms.
Further, step E comprises: e1, observing the propagation condition of the bacteria in 0-3 days of fermentation, and slightly squeezing to accelerate gas emission if the gas generated by fermentation is excessive; e2: observing the color change and the smell change of the fermentation product, and if the smell is acid and fragrant, the fermentation is initially successful; e3, continuing fermentation to obtain the finished product.
Further, the fermentation device is a breathing fermentation bag, and the step E3 further includes: and (3) after the fermentation bag is subjected to primary manual extrusion and air release after 3 +/-0.5 days of fermentation, putting the fermentation bag into a chemical barrel, and continuously fermenting to obtain a finished product.

After the shrimp pond is disinfected, the water conditioning and the culture of the water spider, the probiotics and the beneficial microalgae can be carried out on pond water by using the water fertilizing paste 15 days before the shrimp and crab seedlings are put in the pond, the fertility and the algal phase of the shrimp pond are rapidly adjusted, the survival rate of the shrimp and crab seedlings is improved 15 days after the shrimp and crab seedlings are put in the pond, the weight is normally increased, and the physique is obviously enhanced.
Example two
The shrimp, crab and fish pond manure water paste and the bait for cultivating the aquatic spider organisms comprise the following components: 30 parts of hermetia illucens manure, 10 parts of fly maggot manure, 12 parts of wormcast, 12 parts of barley pest manure, 12 parts of pregelatinized starch, 8 parts of peanut bran, 12 parts of hermetia illucens pulp, 8 parts of fly maggot pulp, 8 parts of earthworm pulp, 4 parts of chlorella powder, 4 parts of beer yeast powder, 1.5 parts of marine rhodotorula and 4 parts of molasses.
The effect of the water and fertilizer paste in this example after 15 days of seedling emergence was substantially the same as that in example 1.

The shrimp, crab and fish pond manure water paste and the bait for cultivating the aquatic spider organisms comprise the following components: 25 parts of hermetia illucens manure, 15 parts of fly maggot manure, 12 parts of wormcast, 12 parts of barley pest manure, 15 parts of pregelatinized starch, 10 parts of peanut bran, 15 parts of hermetia illucens pulp, 8 parts of fly maggot pulp, 10 parts of earthworm pulp, 5 parts of chlorella powder, 5 parts of beer yeast powder, 1.5 parts of marine rhodotorula and 5 parts of molasses.
The effect of the water and fertilizer paste in this example is substantially the same as that in example 1 after 15 days of seedling emergence.
Example four
The shrimp, crab and fish pond manure water paste and the bait for cultivating the aquatic spider organisms comprise the following components: 23 parts of hermetia illucens manure, 17 parts of fly maggot manure, 15 parts of wormcast, 10 parts of barley pest manure, 15 parts of pregelatinized starch, 10 parts of peanut bran, 15 parts of hermetia illucens pulp, 10 parts of fly maggot pulp, 5 parts of earthworm pulp, 5 parts of chlorella powder, 4 parts of beer yeast powder, 2 parts of marine rhodotorula and 5 parts of molasses.
The effect of the water and fertilizer paste in this example is substantially the same as that in example 1 after 15 days of seedling emergence.
The shrimp, crab and pond manure water paste, the bait for cultivating the water spider organisms and the preparation method are explained above to help understanding the invention, but the implementation mode of the invention is not limited by the above examples, and any changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations and simplifications which do not depart from the principle of the invention are all equivalent replacement modes which are included in the protection scope of the invention.

The preparation method of the shrimp, crab and fish pond manure water paste and the bait for cultivating the water spider organisms according to claim 3, wherein the adding amount of the bacterial liquid in the step B is 10 times of the total weight of the living bodies of black soldier flies, fly maggots and earthworms.
