Description

Composition for regulating skin microecological balance and application thereof in skin care products
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a composition for regulating the microecological balance of skin and application thereof in skin care products.
Background
The skin micro-ecosystem is an ecosystem which is composed of various microorganisms, histiocyte on the surface of the skin, various secretions, microenvironment and the like, and the ecological systems maintain the micro-ecological balance of the skin and form a first biological barrier on the surface of the skin, thereby having important physiological action. Skin microorganisms are important members of the skin's microecosystem, and the flora of the skin's surface can be generally divided into resident and transient bacteria. The resident bacteria are a group of microorganisms which colonize healthy skin and are closely related to skin health, and include staphylococcus, corynebacterium, propionibacterium, acinetobacter, malassezia, micrococcus, enterobacter, klebsiella, and the like. The transient bacteria refer to a kind of microorganisms obtained by contacting with the external environment, including staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus hemolyticus, enterococcus, etc., which are main pathogenic bacteria causing skin infection.
The normal skin micro-ecosystem has competition and restriction relation, and the abnormal increase, decrease and even disappearance of skin flora can lead to the destruction of skin micro-ecology. Changes in skin microecology, associated with the development and progression of a variety of inflammatory and infectious diseases, such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne and chronic wounds, are important components of a balanced system. The factors causing the imbalance of skin microecology include both endogenous and exogenous types. The exogenous type is mainly the invasion competition of exogenous bacteria, so that the number of resident bacteria is greatly reduced or even disappears, and skin injury is caused; endogenous forms are mainly derived from disproportionate, localized metastasis and superinfection of normal microbiota, such as improper skin cleansing, excessive or inadequate cleansing, external environments, such as: the influence of ultraviolet rays, and the like, irritant products such as: improper use of hormones, fruit acids, etc. uses cosmetics containing excessive amounts of cosmetic auxiliary materials, etc. The consequences of skin dysbiosis are mainly: the probiotics are reduced or even eliminated, and the flora is unbalanced; the skin resistance is reduced, and the skin is easy to be inflamed and infected; skin is abnormally sensitive and repeatedly grows pox; the skin barrier function is reduced, and the skin is easy to dry, tighten and itch; water-oil imbalance, etc.
Therefore, a composition or skin care product effective in solving such a skin dysbiosis is highly desired. Based on the research, the invention provides a composition for regulating the skin micro-ecological balance, which mainly selects natural plant extracts and can effectively solve the problem of the skin micro-ecological balance disorder.

Then, methyl hydroxybenzoate with the weight portion of 1 and 1, 3-butanediol with the weight portion of 3 are respectively added into the composition, and then deionized water with the weight portion of 100 is used for dissolving and uniformly mixing the materials for evaluating the performance of the skin care product.
Evaluation of Performance
1. In vitro bacteriostasis test
The test used to determine the effectiveness of an antimicrobial drug in inhibiting bacterial growth in vitro is known as the bacteriostatic test. Through a bacteriostasis experiment, the minimum bacteriostasis concentration of a medicament can be determined to evaluate the bacteriostasis performance of the medicament, which is the most basic pharmacodynamic data of the antibacterial medicament.
The experiment is mainly carried out by culturing some common beneficial flora on the surface of the skin, such as: corynebacteria, propionibacteria; and pathogenic flora such as: staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus. The specific experimental operations were as follows: corynebacterium, Propionibacterium, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus were cultured in broth, respectively, and then 5mL, 12 parts each of each culture solution were added with 0.1mL of the solution prepared in the above example or comparative example and 0.1mL of deionized water (blank). Then incubated at 37 ℃ for 24 h. The number of each bacterium in the culture solution before and after the dilution plate method was measured. Then the bacteriostatic rate was calculated using the following formula.
The bacteriostasis rate is (number of bacteria before culture-number of bacteria after culture)/number of bacteria before culture multiplied by 100%
TABLE 1 inhibition rates of specific embodiments in vitro experiments
Figure BDA0002927353810000091
Figure BDA0002927353810000101
From table 1 we can see that: the compositions of the present application are active against common pathogenic flora on the skin surface, such as: staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus have obvious inhibiting effect, and can reach more than 80%. It can also be seen from the comparative examples that each component of the composition is indispensable, and that the bacteriostatic effect is significantly reduced when one or more of the components are absent from the composition. Also, we can see that the compositions of the present application have beneficial flora common to skin surfaces, such as: the corynebacteria and the propionibacterium have obvious proliferation promoting effect, and can effectively improve the growth of beneficial bacteria in the skin while resisting the infection of external flora, thereby regulating the micro-ecological balance of the skin and enhancing the resistance of the skin.
2. Improving acne effect
A total of 66 volunteers with obvious acne on the face were selected for the experiment, and 6 volunteers per group were averaged. Among them, the skin condition of the 66 volunteers was substantially the same. Then all volunteers were washed with clean water and applied with the skin care products. The face acne treatment liquid is used in a specified time period every day, 2mL of the face acne treatment liquid is used every time, the face acne treatment liquid is uniformly smeared on the whole face, is tapped until the face acne treatment liquid is completely absorbed, is used 2 times every day, is continuously used for 15 days, and is used for comparing the situation before and after face acne treatment, and is photographed and stored. The specific results are as follows:
TABLE 2 improvement of acne efficacy
Figure BDA0002927353810000102
From Table 2, we can see that the compositions of the present application have a significant effect on improving acne on the skin surface, and that the comparative examples have a reduced effect compared to the examples, i.e., the effect on improving acne is reduced when one or more of the ingredients of the compositions of the present application are absent, indicating that the components of the compositions of the present application are in harmony and act together.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be regarded as equivalent replacements within the protection scope of the present invention.
