Abstract
本发明提供了一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂及其制备方法,该亮面树脂按重包括如下组分构成:聚合二元醇、精练蓖麻油,乙二醇,异氰酸酯,AS树脂,二甲基甲酰胺等。本发明采用不同聚酯多元醇与精练蓖麻油的混合多元醇制作出一种固含量在60%左右、产品粘度在60000-90000CPS/25℃、100%模量在60±10的中硬质纺织涂层用高固亮面面胶树脂。将其涂布在纺织品表面时可具有好的成膜性和更好的亮度,既使涂层产品不会过于僵硬且表面干爽度好,不会因亮面制品而产品粘连异常。

技术领域
本发明公开的实施例一般涉及化工技术领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品涂层整理剂又称涂层胶,是一种均匀涂布于织物表面的高分子类化合物。最初的纺织物涂层主要是解决防水问题,但却存在不透湿的缺陷,涂层织物使用时有闷热感,舒适性差。后为了改善涂层胶的通气透湿性,自70年代以来,科研人员通过对涂层胶化学结构的改性和变换涂层加工方法等手段研制出了一系列防水透湿型织物用涂层胶。
近年来,功能型涂层胶和复合型涂层胶也有了较大的发展。对于纺织品涂层后其表面亮度则较差,因此需要通过使用亮面胶树脂来解决亮度问题,但现有纺织涂层用亮面胶树脂多为采用的普通聚酯多元醇合成的树脂,在使用时表现为表面亮度不够亮和通透感不够强的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明在于提供一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂及其制备方法,能够有效解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,该蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂按重量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
聚合二元醇:18~32%,精练蓖麻油:6~18%,乙二醇:1~5%,异氰酸酯:13~23%,有机铋催化剂:0.01~0.1%,甲醇:0.01~0.2%,苹果酸:0.05~0.5%,AS树脂:2~7%,二甲基甲酰胺:25~35%,丁酮:4~10%;BYK-9565:0.01~0.5%,抗氧化剂:0.01~0.1%。
优选地,所述精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0.2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。
优选地,所述聚合二元醇为已二酸-乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇聚合或小分子量且与蓖麻油有相溶性的多元醇中的两种或以上聚合的二元醇。
优选地,所述蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的固含量在55~65%,粘度为60000~90000CPS,100%模量为60±10。
优选地,所述异氰酸酯是4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为JPP-100或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种。
更进一步的,本发明还提供:一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的制备方法包括以下的步骤:
第一步:将氧化剂、聚合二元醇、精练蓖麻油、乙二醇、丁酮、55~85%的二甲基甲酰胺投入反应釜中搅拌20min;
第二步:加入55~65%的异氰酸酯开始聚合并升温到75~85℃且保温反应25~35min;
第三步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和10~20%的异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第四步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和5~15%的异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第五步:加入有机铋催化剂保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第六步:补正异氰酸酯到反应到所需粘度后,加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺、甲醇停止反应;
第八步:加入苹果酸、AS树脂、BYK-9565搅拌25~35min后泄料分装。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明采用不同聚酯多元醇与精练蓖麻油的混合多元醇制作出一种固含量在60%左右、产品粘度在60000-90000CPS/25℃、100%模量在60±10的中硬质纺织涂层用高固亮面面胶树脂。将其涂布在纺织品表面时可具有好的成膜性和更好的亮度,既使涂层产品不会过于僵硬且表面干爽度好,不会因亮面制品而产品粘连异常。
(2)本发明其利用了蓖麻油脂多元醇拥有较高的旋光度的特性与聚合二元醇的结合,从而使产品表面不易产生白光,从而使表面光泽柔和,涂覆在纺织产品表面时拥有亮度柔和、无白光感、透感强的优点。蓖麻油因其本身的特性,其羟基数大于2,使得产品可形成一定的网装体交联物,将物质牢固结合且较为均匀的分布,从而使其产品具有更好的干爽性能和通透感,并且蓖麻油多元醇为可降解的生物基多元醇,对环境更为友好,使得制备的亮面树脂无毒性,安全性高。
(3)本发明利用聚酯多元醇与蓖麻油多元醇相互嵌段与异氰酸酯反应的形式合成的大分子高固形产品。在此反应中,聚酯多元醇的结晶性较高、耐寒耐屈挠性能较差;而蓖麻油多元醇的结晶性低、其屈挠性优异,所以改善了产品的低温柔韧性和降低了产品的结晶度。从而提升了产品的低温柔软性,使纺织涂层产品在寒冷的季节也拥有良好的柔软度与穿着舒适感。普通聚酯多元醇的羟其数一般为2,而蓖麻油多元醇其羟其数大于2。所以使产品不仅仅是直链型扩链反应,其还有侧链反应,使产品在合成反应后还有一定的交联密度、形成网状体结构,对其在基材的附着力有非常大的帮助,且有助于表面干爽性能和防粘连性能的提升。更重要的是蓖麻油的主要脂肪酸-蓖麻醇酸的不对称碳原子是在12位以后,具有极强的旋光性,而聚酯多元醇是非常对称的聚合多元醇。所以改善了产品的旋光性能和通透感。使产品的光泽度更加柔和、消除了白光感、增加了产品的通透感。另外、因其蓖麻油分子量小、结晶度低的原因,使其合成的聚合物在溶剂体系中有非常好的溶解度,这也使整个反应可以做到60%左右固含量的一个重要物性、较高的聚合物固含量可以提高织物涂层的成膜厚度。从而使产品的亮度有非常大的提升。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,该蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂按重量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
已二酸-乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇聚合二元醇:32%,精练蓖麻油:6%,乙二醇:1%,4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:19.9%,有机铋催化剂:0.01%,甲醇:0.02%,苹果酸:0.05%,AS树脂:2%,二甲基甲酰胺:35%,丁酮:4%;BYK-9565:0.01%,抗氧化剂:0.01%,其中精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0.2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的制备方法包括以下的步骤:

已二酸-乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇聚合二元醇:18%,精练蓖麻油:18%,乙二醇:5%,4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:15.7%,有机铋催化剂:0.1%,甲醇:0.1%,苹果酸:0.5%,AS树脂:7%,二甲基甲酰胺:25%,丁酮:10%;BYK-9565:0.5%,抗氧化剂:0.1%,其中精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0.2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的制备方法包括以下的步骤:
第一步:将氧化剂、聚合二元醇、精练蓖麻油、乙二醇、丁酮、55~85%的二甲基甲酰胺投入反应釜中搅拌20min;
第二步:加入55~65%的4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯开始聚合并升温到75~85℃且保温反应25~35min;
第三步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和10~20%的4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第四步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和5~15%的4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第五步:加入有机铋催化剂保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第六步:补正4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯到反应到所需粘度后,加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺、甲醇停止反应;

实施例3
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,该蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂按重量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
已二酸-乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇聚合二元醇:24%,精练蓖麻油:12%,乙二醇:2.4%,4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:18.86%,有机铋催化剂:0.01%,甲醇:0.02%,苹果酸:0.2%,AS树脂:4.8%,二甲基甲酰胺:30.1%,丁酮:7.5%;BYK-9565:0.1%,抗氧化剂:0.01%,其中精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0.2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。

一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,该蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂按重量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
已二酸-乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇聚合二元醇:28%,精练蓖麻油:14%,乙二醇:3.6%,4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:17%,有机铋催化剂:0.02,甲醇:0.03,苹果酸:0.3%,AS树脂:5.3%,二甲基甲酰胺:31.53%,丁酮:5%;BYK-9565:0.2%,抗氧化剂:0.02,其中精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0.2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。
一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的制备方法包括以下的步骤:

第六步:补正4、4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯到反应到所需粘度后,加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺、甲醇停止反应;
第八步:加入苹果酸、AS树脂、BYK-9565搅拌25~35min后泄料分装。
将制备的实施例1~4的亮面树脂和采用的普通聚酯多元醇合成的亮面胶树脂涂布在纺织品上并按照国家标准或行业标准进行了亮度、通透感、低温柔韧性和表面干爽性的性能检测,对比情况如表1:

综上所述,本发明制备方法和配方制作的蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂相对于普通聚酯多元醇制备的亮面树脂涂布后的亮度、通透感和柔韧性以及表面干爽性均得到了提高,不黏连,且对环境更加友好,不会造成毒性物质。特别是实施例3的效果更佳显著。

1.一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,其特征在于:该蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂按重量百分比计由以下的组分构成:
已二酸-乙二醇、1 .4-丁二醇聚合二元醇:24%,精练蓖麻油:12%,乙二醇: 2.4%,4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯:18 .86%,有机铋催化剂:0 .01%,甲醇:0 .02%,苹果 酸:0 .2%,AS树脂:4 .8%,二甲基甲酰胺:30 .1%,丁酮:7 .5%;BYK-9565:0 .1%,抗氧化 剂:0 .01%,其中精练蓖麻油为中信油脂的PP级蓖麻油,其色泽在≤2、酸值≤1maKOH/g、水份含量低于0 .2%、羟基值为150~165mgKOH/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,其特征在于:所述蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的固含量在55~65%,粘度为60000~90000CPS/25℃,100%模量为60±10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为JPP-100或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种蓖麻油改性纺织涂层用亮面树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括以下的步骤:
第一步:将抗氧化剂、聚合二元醇、精练蓖麻油、乙二醇、丁酮、55~85%的二甲基甲酰胺投入反应釜中搅拌15~25min;
第二步:加入55~65%的异氰酸酯开始聚合并升温到75~85℃且保温反应25~35min;
第三步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和10~20%的异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第四步:加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺和5~15%的异氰酸酯保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第五步:加入有机铋催化剂保温75~85℃反应25~35min;
第六步:补正异氰酸酯到反应到所需粘度后,加入5~15%的二甲基甲酰胺、甲醇停止反应;
第八步:加入苹果酸、AS树脂、BYK-9565搅拌25~35min后泄料分装。
