本发明属于熏香技术领域,具体涉及一种无尘香及其制备工艺。
背景技术
微胶囊是指一种具有聚合物或无机物壁的微型容器或包装物。微胶囊造粒技术就是将固体、液体或气体包埋、封存在一种微型胶囊内成为一种固体微粒产品的技术,该技术已广泛应用于医药、农业、计算机、化学品、食品加工、化妆品等行业。
熏香一般采用纯天然植物制备而成,对人体有多重好处,不仅可以净化空气,使呼吸顺畅,调节生理机能,还能够舒缓神经压力,使人心旷神怡,宁心安神,在古代就有广泛的使用。但一般的熏香燃烧都会有大量的黑烟,而这些黑烟都是未燃烧充分的香料组分,随着烟气漂浮在空气中,形成粉尘,容易被吸入人体,影响呼吸道健康,长期使用这类熏香将会对人体产生不利效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可燃性好、无烟无尘香。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种无尘香,配方按重量份比例包括香料微胶囊10-15份、木炭粉5-10份、白芨粉4-8份、茶油3-5份。
进一步的,所述香料微胶囊由芯材和壁材组成,所述芯材包括重量份柚子皮提取物8-12份、合欢花提取物5-9份、七里香提取物5-9份、灵香草提取物5-9份,所述壁材的原料包括糊精14-20份。
柚子皮性温,味苦、辛,有理气化痰、健脾消食、散寒燥湿的作用。柚皮的提取物成分具有抗氧化、抗微生物、抗癌、抑酶、抗衰老、降血糖、降血压以及预防动脉粥样硬化等活性。柚子皮含有挥发油,主要是柠檬酸和芳香醇,它能够散寒理气、燥湿化痰、消食,适用于一些风寒感冒咳嗽、喉痒痰多这一类的患者。
合欢花性味甘、性平,含有合欢甙,鞣质,具解郁安神,滋阴补阳,理气开胃,活络止痛,具有清热解暑,养颜祛斑解酒等功效。
七里香性味辛、微苦,性温,具通经络,行气,活血,散瘀,止痛,镇惊,消肿,解毒等功效。
灵香草,为报春花科植物灵香草的全草,其味辛、甘,性平,归肺、胃经,具有解表,止痛,行气,驱蛔的功效。
白芨为兰科多年生草本植物白芨的干燥块茎,其味苦、甘、涩,性微寒,归肺、肝、胃经。其粉末遇水膨胀,有显著粘滑感,粘性好。
进一步的,柚子皮提取物由下述方法制备而成:将柚子皮剪碎至2-3mm粒径,加6-10倍体积水蒸煮2-4h,过滤去除滤渣,得柚子皮提取物。
进一步的,合欢花提取物由下述方法制备而成:将合欢花破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,得合欢花提取物。
进一步的,七里香提取物由下述方法制备而成:将七里香破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,过滤去除滤渣,得七里香提取物。
进一步的,灵香草提取物由下述方法制备而成:将灵香草破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积水,用超声波打匀,加入果胶酶进行酶解4-6h,将所得酶解液进行过滤,去除滤渣,得灵香草提取物。
进一步的,壁材由下述方法制备而成:取糊精,加入其10倍体积的55℃温水溶解并搅拌,过150目筛网,得壁材。
进一步的,香料微胶囊的制备工艺为:按配方称取柚子皮提取物、合欢花提取物、七里香提取物、灵香草提取物并混合,将混合液加入到均质机进行均质乳化,得乳化液;将刚制备好的壁材倒入搅拌装置搅拌,同时缓慢加入所得乳化液,600-800r/min持续搅拌2-3h,过120目筛网,静置并降温至室温,待微胶囊从溶液中析出后,抽滤,干燥,得香料微胶囊。
进一步的,上述均质压力为20-25MPa,温度为40-50℃。
本发明还提供上述无尘香的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料待用;
2)取白芨粉加水糊化,再加入茶油,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
3)取香料微胶囊、木炭粉混合,加入步骤2)所得混合溶液,搅拌均匀得泥状物;
4)将步骤3)所得泥状物挤压成中空型盘式,自然干燥,得无尘香。
本发明具有的有益效果是:本发明所制备的无尘香,采用微胶囊技术将植物提取物以液体形式包裹在胶囊内,可延缓活性成分及香气的释放,同时植物提取物含有大部分挥发油,可燃性好,无粉尘;加入的茶油气味清香,除能抗菌、抗病毒及杀微菌,防治蚊虫叮咬外,其还具有助燃作用,能提高香料的燃烧性能;此外,将该无尘香制成中空型,进一步加大香料与空气的接触面积,使其燃烧更充分,无烟无尘。
具体实施方式
下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特别说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例涉及的原料若无特别说明,均为普通市售品,皆可通过市场购买获得。下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1
一种无尘香,配方按重量份比例包括香料微胶囊12份、木炭粉6份、白芨粉5份、茶油5份。
其制备工艺如下:
1)柚子皮提取物的制备:将柚子皮剪碎至2mm粒径,加8倍体积水蒸煮3h,过滤去除滤渣,得柚子皮提取物。
2)合欢花提取物的制备:将合欢花破碎至1mm粒径,加入3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,得合欢花提取物。
3)七里香提取物的制备:将七里香破碎至1mm粒径,加入3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,过滤去除滤渣,得七里香提取物。
4)灵香草提取物的制备:将灵香草破碎至1mm粒径,加入3倍体积水,用超声波打匀,加入果胶酶进行酶解5h,将所得酶解液进行过滤,去除滤渣,得灵香草提取物。
5)壁材的制备:取糊精16份,加入其10倍体积的55℃温水溶解并搅拌,过150目筛网,得壁材。
6)香料微胶囊的制备:称取柚子皮提取物10份、合欢花提取物8份、七里香提取物7份、灵香草提取物6份并混合均匀,将混合液加入到20MPa压力的均质机内进行均质乳化,得乳化液;将刚制备好的壁材倒入搅拌装置搅拌,同时缓慢加入所得乳化液,600-800r/min持续搅拌3h,过120目筛网,静置并降温至室温,待微胶囊从溶液中析出后,抽滤,干燥,得香料微胶囊。
7)无尘香的制备:
①按配方称取各原料待用;

③取香料微胶囊、木炭粉混合,加入步骤②所得混合溶液,搅拌均匀得泥状物;
④将步骤③所得泥状物挤压成中空型盘式,自然干燥,得无尘香。
实施例2
一种无尘香,配方按重量份比例包括香料微胶囊13份、木炭粉7份、白芨粉6份、茶油4份。
其制备工艺参照实施例1。
实施例3
一种无尘香,配方按重量份比例包括香料微胶囊14份、木炭粉8份、白芨粉7份、茶油3份。
其制备工艺参照实施例1。
对比例1
一种熏香,配方按重量份比例包括柚子皮10份、合欢花8份、七里香7份、灵香草6份、木炭粉7份、糯米粉6份。
其制备工艺如下:
①将上述原料烘干至水分低于3%,按配方称取各原料,并粉碎至120目,待用;
②取糯米粉加水,搅拌均匀,得糊化液;
③取称量好的柚子皮、合欢花、七里香、灵香草、木炭粉混合,加入步骤②所得糊化液,搅拌均匀得泥状物;
④将步骤③所得泥状物挤压成中空型盘式,自然干燥,得无尘香。
对比例2
一种熏香,配方按重量份比例包括柚子皮10份、合欢花8份、七里香7份、灵香草6份、木炭粉7份、糯米粉6份。
其制备工艺参照对比例2,但步骤④挤压成实芯盘式。
为了验证本发明方法制备获得的无尘香,进行了以下试验:
试验例1烟尘排放量试验
试验方法:根据国家环境保护行业标准HJ/T310-2006《环境标准产品技术要求盘式蚊香》中烟尘排放量要求测试,将实施例1和对比例1-2制备的盘式香点燃,用滤纸收集排出的全部烟尘,直到点燃完毕,收集到的烟尘重量,以mg/圈表示。
试验结果见表1:
从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1所制备的无尘香烟尘排放量比行业标准小很多,较比例1和对比例2也均要小,且远小于对比例2的烟尘排放量。
最后需要强调的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种变化和更改,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种无尘香,其特征在于,配方按重量份比例包括香料微胶囊10-15份、木炭粉5-10份、白芨粉4-8份、茶油3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述香料微胶囊由芯材和壁材组成,所述芯材包括重量份柚子皮提取物8-12份、合欢花提取物5-9份、七里香提取物5-9份、灵香草提取物5-9份,所述壁材的原料包括糊精14-20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述柚子皮提取物由下述方法制备而成:将柚子皮剪碎至2-3mm粒径,加6-10倍体积水蒸煮2-4h,过滤去除滤渣,得柚子皮提取物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述合欢花提取物由下述方法制备而成:将合欢花破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,得合欢花提取物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述七里香提取物由下述方法制备而成:将七里香破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积的87%乙醇提取5-8h,过滤去除滤渣,得七里香提取物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述灵香草提取物由下述方法制备而成:将灵香草破碎至1-2mm粒径,加入2-3倍体积水,用超声波打匀,加入果胶酶进行酶解4-6h,将所得酶解液进行过滤,去除滤渣,得灵香草提取物。
7.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述壁材由下述方法制备而成:取糊精,加入其10倍体积的55℃温水溶解并搅拌,过150目筛网,得壁材。
8.根据权利要求2所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述香料微胶囊的制备工艺为:按配方称取柚子皮提取物、合欢花提取物、七里香提取物、灵香草提取物并混合,将混合液加入到均质机进行均质乳化,得乳化液;将刚制备好的壁材倒入搅拌装置搅拌,同时缓慢加入所得乳化液,600-800r/min持续搅拌2-3h,过120目筛网,静置并降温至室温,待微胶囊从溶液中析出后,抽滤,干燥,得香料微胶囊。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无尘香,其特征在于,所述均质压力为20-25MPa,温度为40-50℃。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述无尘香的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料待用;
2)取白芨粉加水糊化,再加入茶油,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
3)取香料微胶囊、木炭粉混合,加入步骤2)所得混合溶液,搅拌均匀得泥状物;
4)将步骤3)所得泥状物挤压成中空型盘式,自然干燥,得无尘香。
