Example 2: eye irritation test of rabbits

Rabbit eye irritation experiments were used to determine and evaluate whether and to what extent eyelash growers irritate or erode the mammalian eyes.

1. Laboratory animals and breeding environments

Healthy adult white rabbits were selected, for a total of 6. Rabbits were acclimated in the laboratory animal room environment for 4 days prior to the experiment. EXAMPLE 3 clinical trial of applying eyelash growth liquid

1. Eyelash growth liquid sample preparation

Eyelash grower prepared as above was packed in 3ml plastic tubes each with a mascara brush at the front end.
