本发明公开了一种环保耐水墙纸,将表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在基纸表面,干燥后制成;基纸包括下述质量份的原料:杨桃木浆15‑25份、竹浆15‑25份、针叶木浆50‑70份、填料10‑20份、施胶剂1‑2份;表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1‑2份、硬脂酸1‑2份、硅烷偶联剂3‑6份、无水乙醇80‑120份。本发明还公开了环保耐水墙纸的制备方法。本发明的环保耐水墙纸不仅具有优良的强度和耐水性,能够防渗漏,而且透气性佳,环保无污染,提高了天然资源的可回收利用率,具有很好的环境效益。

Description

一种环保耐水墙纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保耐水墙纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸,又称壁纸,是一种用于裱糊墙面的室内装修材料,广泛应用于住宅、办公楼、酒店等场所。墙纸的材质十分多样,包括PVC、纯纸等,其中PVC属于合成材料,容易释放挥发性有机化合物,其安全、环保性能较差;纯纸主要是以针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、竹浆等作为原料加工而成,具有天然、安全无毒害的优点。但是,由于造纸用木材、竹材等天然资源存在较大的缺口,其成本日益上升。
杨桃树又称洋桃、五敛子,是酢浆草科洋桃属的常绿灌木,经常需要修剪,修剪下来的大量废弃枝条在果园中大量堆放,不仅提高了废弃物处理的经济成本和环境成本,还造成了资源浪费。而且,杨桃树作为一种灌木,具有轮伐期短、资源较为丰富的特点,在原料中掺杂部分杨桃木浆纤维可以有效降低墙纸的制造成本。但是,在纸浆中掺入灌木木浆纤维通常会导致纸质疏松,强度下降,难以满足对墙纸强度的要求;而且,以纯纸为材质的墙纸由于亲水性很高,存在耐水性差的问题,掺杂灌木木浆纤维的墙纸由于质地疏松,耐水性差的问题更加严重,极易发生渗漏。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种环保耐水墙纸及其制备方法。
本发明提出的一种环保耐水墙纸,将表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在基纸表面,干燥后制成;
所述基纸包括下述质量份的原料:杨桃木浆15-25份、竹浆15-25份、针叶木浆50-70份、填料10-20份、施胶剂1-2份;
所述表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1-2份、硬脂酸1-2份、硅烷偶联剂3-6份、无水乙醇80-120份。
优选地,所述纳米纤维素的直径为10-100nm,长度为200nm-5μm。
优选地,所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH550、硅烷偶联剂KH602、硅烷偶联剂KH792中的至少一种。
优选地,所述表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,加热反应,反应完毕后冷却,得到反应液A;
(2)将硅烷偶联剂与所述反应液A混合均匀,即得。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中,反应温度为100-120℃,反应时间为2-4h。
优选地,所述杨桃木浆的打浆度为25-35°SR;所述竹浆的打浆度为20-25°SR;所述针叶木浆的打浆度为20-25°SR。
优选地,所述填料为碳酸钙,所述施胶剂为AKD。
优选地,所述表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在所述基纸表面的涂布量为20-30g/m2
一种所述的环保耐水墙纸的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
S1、将杨桃木浆、竹浆、针叶木浆、填料、施胶剂按配比混合均匀,然后稀释得到纸浆浆料,先在造纸机的网部初步脱水,然后进行压榨脱水,一次干燥至含水量为12-20%,得到基纸;
S2、将所述表面处理剂喷涂或者涂布在所述基纸表面,二次干燥至含水量≤5%,即得。
优选地,所述步骤S1中,纸浆浆料的浓度为0.6-1%。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过将纳米纤维素和硬脂酸在无水乙醇作为溶剂的条件下,加热反应使纳米纤维素的部分羟基转化为酯基,然后与硅烷偶联剂混合得到表面处理剂,通过涂布或者喷涂在杨桃木浆纤维、竹浆纤维和针叶木浆纤维复配制成的基纸表面,其中,纳米纤维素具有比表面积高、长径比高的特点,可以与基纸纤维发生缠绕作用,结合酯化后表面酯基的疏水性,起到提高墙纸强度和耐水性的作用,但是,由于纳米纤维素可以对基纸的表面孔隙进行填充,阻隔效应很强,其添加量过高会大幅度降低墙纸的透气性,而添加量过低对墙纸强度和耐水性的提高效果不明显,因此,为了兼顾墙纸的强度、耐水性和透气性,一方面需要控制酯化纳米纤维素的添加量,另一方面引入硅烷偶联剂进行复配,由于硅烷偶联剂接触到基纸表面时会发生水解产生硅醇基,交联形成网络结构,并能与基纸纤维中的羟基和纳米纤维素残留的羟基发生反应,起到桥接作用,增强基纸纤维与纳米纤维素的相互作用力,因此可以起到协同作用,进一步提高墙纸的强度和耐水性,同时墙纸的透气性能够满足墙纸的使用需求。因此,本发明得到的墙纸可以兼具良好的强度、耐水性和透气性。
本发明的环保耐水墙纸的主要性能指标如下:抗张强度>8KN/m,吸水率为22-24g/m2,按GB/T 458标准测试透气度>30μm/(Pa·S),不仅具有优良的强度和耐水性,能够防渗漏,而且透气性佳,环保无污染,提高了天然资源的可回收利用率,具有很好的环境效益。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种环保耐水墙纸,将表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在基纸表面,干燥后制成;
基纸包括下述质量份的原料:打浆度为25°SR的杨桃木浆15份、打浆度为20°SR的竹浆15份、打浆度为20°SR的针叶木浆50份、碳酸钙10份、施胶剂AKD 1份;
表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1份、硬脂酸1份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 3份、无水乙醇80份;其中,纳米纤维素的直径为10-20nm,长度为1-3μm;
表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,在100℃加热反应4h,反应完毕后冷却,得到反应液A;
(2)将硅烷偶联剂KH550与所述反应液A混合均匀,即得。
环保耐水墙纸的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将杨桃木浆、竹浆、针叶木浆、填料、施胶剂按配比混合均匀,然后稀释得到浓度为0.6%的纸浆浆料,先在造纸机的网部初步脱水,然后进行压榨脱水,一次干燥至含水量为12%,得到基纸;
S2、将表面处理剂涂布在所述基纸表面,涂布量为20g/m2,二次干燥至含水量≤5%,即得。
实施例2
一种环保耐水墙纸,将表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在基纸表面,干燥后制成;
基纸包括下述质量份的原料:打浆度为35°SR的杨桃木浆25份、打浆度为25°SR的竹浆25份、打浆度为25°SR的针叶木浆70份、碳酸钙20份、施胶剂AKD 2份;
表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素2份、硬脂酸2份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 6份、无水乙醇120份;其中,纳米纤维素的直径为10-20nm,长度为1-3μm;
表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,在120℃加热反应2h,反应完毕后冷却,得到反应液A;
(2)将硅烷偶联剂KH550与所述反应液A混合均匀,即得。
环保耐水墙纸的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将杨桃木浆、竹浆、针叶木浆、填料、施胶剂按配比混合均匀,然后稀释得到浓度为1%的纸浆浆料,先在造纸机的网部初步脱水,然后进行压榨脱水,一次干燥至含水量为20%,得到基纸;
S2、将表面处理剂涂布在所述基纸表面,涂布量为30g/m2,二次干燥至含水量≤5%,即得。
实施例3
一种环保耐水墙纸,将表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在基纸表面,干燥后制成;
基纸包括下述质量份的原料:打浆度为32°SR的杨桃木浆20份、打浆度为22°SR的竹浆20份、打浆度为24°SR的针叶木浆60份、碳酸钙15份、施胶剂AKD 1.5份;
表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1.5份、硬脂酸1.5份、硅烷偶联剂KH550 5份、无水乙醇100份;其中,纳米纤维素的直径为10-20nm,长度为1-3μm;
表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,在115℃加热反应3h,反应完毕后冷却,得到反应液A;
(2)将硅烷偶联剂KH550与所述反应液A混合均匀,即得。
环保耐水墙纸的制备方法包括下述步骤:
S1、将杨桃木浆、竹浆、针叶木浆、填料、施胶剂按配比混合均匀,然后稀释得到浓度为0.9%的纸浆浆料,先在造纸机的网部初步脱水,然后进行压榨脱水,一次干燥至含水量为15%,得到基纸;
S2、将表面处理剂涂布在所述基纸表面,涂布量为25g/m2,二次干燥至含水量≤5%,即得。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例3的区别仅为:表面处理剂不同。
对比例1的表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1.5份、硬脂酸1.5份、无水乙醇100份;其中,纳米纤维素的直径为10-20nm,长度为1-3μm;
对比例1的表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,在115℃加热反应3h,反应完毕后冷却,即得。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例3的区别仅为:表面处理剂不同。
对比例2的表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:硅烷偶联剂KH550 5份、无水乙醇100份;
对比例2的表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
将硅烷偶联剂KH550与无水乙醇混合均匀,即得。
将实施例1-3、对比例1-2制得的墙纸进行性能测试,其中定量参照GB/T 451;抗张强度参照GB/T12914;耐水性参照GB/T1540结果如表1所示:

所述表面处理剂包括下述质量份的原料:纳米纤维素1-2份、硬脂酸1-2份、硅烷偶联剂3-6份、无水乙醇80-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维素的直径为10-100nm,长度为200nm-5μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH550、硅烷偶联剂KH602、硅烷偶联剂KH792中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将硬脂酸加入无水乙醇中充分溶解,然后加入纳米纤维素超声分散均匀,加热反应,反应完毕后冷却,得到反应液A;
(2)将硅烷偶联剂与所述反应液A混合均匀,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,反应温度为100-120℃,反应时间为2-4h。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述杨桃木浆的打浆度为25-35°SR;所述竹浆的打浆度为20-25°SR;所述针叶木浆的打浆度为20-25°SR。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸钙,所述施胶剂为AKD。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的环保耐水墙纸,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂涂布或者喷涂在所述基纸表面的涂布量为20-30g/m2
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的环保耐水墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
S1、将杨桃木浆、竹浆、针叶木浆、填料、施胶剂按配比混合均匀,然后稀释得到纸浆浆料,先在造纸机的网部初步脱水,然后进行压榨脱水,一次干燥至含水量为12-20%,得到基纸;
S2、将所述表面处理剂喷涂或者涂布在所述基纸表面,二次干燥至含水量≤5%,即得。
