Abstract
本发明公开了一种三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜及其制备方法,所述热熔胶膜包括以下质量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃10‑40%、乙烯共聚物10‑40%、环氧乙烯共聚物10‑30%、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体5‑30%、增粘剂5‑30%、粘度调节剂1‑5%、功能性助剂0.1‑1%。上述三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、乙烯共聚物、环氧乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、粘度调节剂和功能性助剂在高混机中混合均匀,先通过双螺杆挤出造粒,再经吹膜或流延设备制成胶膜。本发明的热熔胶膜产品具有粘接强度高、粘接温度低、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐水性能优良、施工方便等特点,可以有效替代传统溶剂型胶黏剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工胶黏剂材料领域,尤其涉及一种三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶膜是一种带离型纸或不带离型纸的膜类产品,可以方便地进行连续或间歇操作。可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合。
目前三聚氰胺纸覆膜金属板产品主要用于室内装饰,且目前普遍采用溶剂型粘合剂实现粘接,该种方法存在气味大、脆性大、容易开裂等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜及其制备方法,该热熔胶膜具有粘接强度高、粘接温度低、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐水性能优良、施工方便等特点,可以有效替代传统溶剂型胶黏剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明第一方面提供一种三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,所述热熔胶膜包括以下质量百分比的组分:
优选地,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃选自马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯(LDPE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-MAH)中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述乙烯共聚物选自POP、POE、EVA、EEA、EMA、EBA、OCP中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述环氧乙烯共聚物选自E-GMA、E-GMA-VA、E-GMA-MA中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体选自SIS、SBS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述增粘剂选自萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述粘度调节剂选自石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述功能性助剂选自1010抗氧剂、1076抗氧剂、168抗氧剂、264抗氧剂、UV531抗紫外剂、UV944抗紫外剂、UV327抗紫外剂、UV-P抗紫外剂、B215抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
本发明第二方面提供上述三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、乙烯共聚物、环氧乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、粘度调节剂和功能性助剂在高混机中混合均匀,先通过双螺杆挤出造粒,再经吹膜或流延设备制成胶膜。
优选地,所述挤出温度为130-190℃。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的热熔胶膜产品采用覆膜的形式将三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接,具有粘接强度高、粘接温度低、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐水性能优良、施工方便等特点,可以有效替代传统溶剂型胶黏剂。

由表4中数据可知,实施例1~3提供的高分子胶膜制备的三聚氰胺纸粘合金属板的粘接性能和耐热水性明显优于市售的溶剂型胶,且高分子胶膜中不含甲醛、苯类、酯类等小分子挥发物,完全满足安全环保要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃选自马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯(LDPE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-MAH)中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述乙烯共聚物选自POP、POE、EVA、EEA、EMA、EBA、OCP中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述环氧乙烯共聚物选自E-GMA、E-GMA-VA、E-GMA-MA中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体选自SIS、SBS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述增粘剂选自萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述粘度调节剂选自石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述功能性助剂选自1010抗氧剂、1076抗氧剂、168抗氧剂、264抗氧剂、UV531抗紫外剂、UV944抗紫外剂、UV327抗紫外剂、UV-P抗紫外剂、B215抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、乙烯共聚物、环氧乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、粘度调节剂和功能性助剂在高混机中混合均匀,先通过双螺杆挤出造粒,再经吹膜或流延设备制成胶膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述的三聚氰胺纸与金属板粘接用热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出温度为130-190℃。
