Abstract

本发明公开了一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜及其制备方法,所述TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜包括以下重量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃10‑40%、聚乙烯10‑30%、聚烯烃弹性体5‑20%、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体5‑30%、乙丙橡胶5‑20%、增粘剂5‑30%、粘度调节剂1‑5%、功能性助剂0.1‑1%。本发明的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,具有粘结强度高、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良等特点,采用覆膜形式的所述热熔胶膜将TPO卷材与金属板粘结,施工方便,所得产品的使用寿命长、防水性能好并且美观。

一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶膜领域,具体涉及一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
TPO防水卷材即热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材,是以采用先进的聚合技术将乙丙橡胶与聚丙烯结合在一起的热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)合成树脂为基料,加入抗氧剂、防老剂、软化剂制成的新型防水卷材。目前TPO卷材在防水工程中与金属板结合主要采用铆钉固定和自粘防水卷材自粘胶层黏贴的方式,但铆钉固定方式操作复杂;自粘防水卷材自粘胶层尺寸变化率大、抗热老化不良,结构强度不够,抗剪切应力、韧性均不足,难以满足实际使用的需求,特别是在施工部位比较复杂时较为明显,使用寿命低。
因此,如何制备一种适用TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结的热熔胶膜成为研发人员需要迫切解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足,提供一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜及其制备方法,所述热熔胶膜具有粘结强度高、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良等特点,采用覆膜形式的所述热熔胶膜将TPO卷材与金属板粘结,施工方便,所得产品的使用寿命长、防水性能好并且美观。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一个方面是提供了一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,包括以下重量百分比的组分:

进一步地,所述TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜包括以下重量百分比的组分:

进一步地,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝POE中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯LDPE、线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE、高密度聚乙烯HDPE中的一种或几种;所述聚烯烃弹性体为POP或POE。
进一步地,所述乙丙橡胶为EPDM或EPM;所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为SIS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述增粘剂为萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述粘度调节剂为石蜡或聚乙烯蜡;所述功能性助剂为1010助剂、1076助剂、168助剂、264助剂、UV531助剂、UV944助剂、UV327助剂、UV-P助剂中的一种或几种。
本发明第二个方面是提供了一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比称量马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、乙丙橡胶、增粘剂、粘度调节剂、功能性助剂于高混机中混合均匀;
(2)将混合均匀后的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述混合的温度为30-50℃。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述挤出造粒的挤出温度为150-200℃,挤出机螺杆的转速为300-350rpm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,具有粘结强度高、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良等特点,采用覆膜形式的所述热熔胶膜将TPO卷材与金属板粘结,施工方便,所得产品的使用寿命长、防水性能好并且美观。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1
一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜的制备:
称取以下重量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE-MAH)20%、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)26%、POE15%、EPDM15%、SIS5%、SEPS5%、酚醛萜烯树脂10%、聚乙烯蜡3.6%、1010助剂0.2%和UV531助剂0.2%,将其于高混机中混合均匀,混合的温度为30-50℃℃;
将混合均匀后的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为150-200℃,挤出机螺杆的转速为300-350rpm,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
实施例2
一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜的制备:
称取以下重量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝POE20%、马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE-MAH)15%、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)15%、POP15%、EPM12%、SEBS10%、C5加氢石油树脂9.5%、聚乙烯蜡3%、UV531助剂0.2%、168助剂0.1%和1010助剂0.2%于高混机中混合均匀,混合的温度为30-50℃;
将混合均匀后的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为150-200℃,挤出机螺杆的转速为300-350rpm,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
实施例3
一种TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜的制备:
称取以下重量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-MAH)10%、马来酸酐接枝POE15%、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)20%、POP10%、EPDM15%、SEPS10%、酚醛萜烯树脂15%、聚乙烯蜡3.5%、1010助剂0.3%和UV531助剂0.2%,将其于高混机中混合均匀,混合的温度为30-50℃;
将混合均匀后的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,挤出温度为150-200℃,挤出机螺杆的转速为300-350rpm,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
将实施例1-3制备的热熔胶膜用于TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结,按照测试标准进行性能测试,实验结果见表1。

3.根据权利要求1所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝POE中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯LDPE、线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE、高密度聚乙烯HDPE中的一种或几种;所述聚烯烃弹性体为POP或POE。
5.根据权利要求1所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述乙丙橡胶为EPDM或EPM;所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体为SIS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜,其特征在于,所述粘度调节剂为石蜡或聚乙烯蜡;所述功能性助剂为1010助剂、1076助剂、168助剂、264助剂、UV531助剂、UV944助剂、UV327助剂、UV-P助剂中的一种或几种。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的TPO防水卷材与金属板粘结用热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配比称量马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃、聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、乙丙橡胶、增粘剂、粘度调节剂、功能性助剂于高混机中混合均匀;
(2)将混合均匀后的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述混合的温度为30-50℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述挤出造粒的挤出温度为150-200℃,挤出机螺杆的转速为300-350rpm。
