Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶及其制备方法,所述热熔胶包括以下质量百分比的组分:马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体10‑35%、丙烯基聚合物10‑30%、聚丙烯10‑30%、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体5‑20%、乙丙橡胶5‑20%、增粘剂5‑20%、流动性助剂2‑8%、功能性助剂0.1‑1%。上述用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体、丙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、乙丙橡胶、增粘剂、流动性助剂和功能性助剂在高混机中充分混合,通过双螺杆挤出造粒,所述挤出温度为160‑240℃,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。本发明的热熔胶具有粘接强度高、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良、施工方便等特点。

一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶及其制备 方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工粘接材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂窝板是由两块较薄的面板,牢固地粘结在一层较厚的蜂窝状芯材两面而制成的板材,亦称蜂窝夹层结构。
目前聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板主要采用传统型胶水实现芯层与塑料板的粘接,气味大且危害环境,市售的热熔胶膜粘接力一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶及其制备方法,该热熔胶具有粘接强度高、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良、施工方便等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明第一方面提供一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,所述热熔胶包括以下质量百分比的组分:

优选地,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体选自马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃塑性体(POP-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝丙烯基弹性体(EPM-MAH)中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述丙烯基聚合物中乙烯含量为5-30%,所述丙烯基聚合物选自埃克森美孚的VISTAMAXX6102、6202、3000、3020FL中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述聚丙烯选自无规聚丙烯、均聚丙烯、嵌段聚丙烯中的一种,其中优选无规聚丙烯。
优选地,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体选自SIS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述乙丙橡胶选自EPDM、EPM中的一种或两种的混合物。
优选地,所述增粘剂选自萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述流动性助剂选自石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、EVA蜡中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述功能性助剂选自B215抗氧剂、B225抗氧剂、1010抗氧剂、1076抗氧剂、168抗氧剂、264抗氧剂、UV531抗紫外剂、UV944抗紫外剂、UV327抗紫外剂、UV-P抗紫外剂中的一种或几种。
本发明第二方面提供上述用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体、丙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、乙丙橡胶、增粘剂、流动性助剂和功能性助剂在高混机中充分混合,通过双螺杆挤出造粒,所述挤出温度为160-240℃,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的热熔胶具有粘接强度高、无溶剂挥发物、环保无污染、耐侯性能优良、施工方便等特点,与现有工艺相比极大提高了使用寿命;同时制备工艺简单。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

应用例
将实施例1-3中的产品进行性能测试。结果如表4所示:

由表4中数据可知,实施例1~3提供的高分子胶膜制备的聚丙烯蜂窝板的常态和紫外光老化后的粘接性能明显优于市售的溶剂型胶,耐热氧老化指标也较高,且高分子胶膜中不含甲醛、苯类、酯类等小分子挥发物,完全满足安全环保要求。

1.一种用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述热熔胶包括以下质量百分比的组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体选自马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃塑性体(POP-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝丙烯基弹性体(EPM-MAH)中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯基聚合物中乙烯含量为5-30%,所述丙烯基聚合物选自埃克森美孚的VISTAMAXX6102、6202、3000、3020FL中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯选自无规聚丙烯、均聚丙烯、嵌段聚丙烯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体选自SIS、SEBS、SEPS、SBR中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述乙丙橡胶选自EPDM、EPM中的一种或两种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述增粘剂选自萜烯树脂、酚醛萜烯树脂、C5加氢石油树脂、松香石油树脂中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述流动性助剂选自石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、EVA蜡中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶,其特征在于,所述功能性助剂选自B215抗氧剂、B225抗氧剂、1010抗氧剂、1076抗氧剂、168抗氧剂、264抗氧剂、UV531抗紫外剂、UV944抗紫外剂、UV327抗紫外剂、UV-P抗紫外剂中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于聚丙烯塑料蜂窝板的高粘接强度热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按上述比例将所述马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体、丙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯、苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、乙丙橡胶、增粘剂、流动性助剂和功能性助剂在高混机中充分混合,通过双螺杆挤出造粒,所述挤出温度为160-240℃,再经吹膜或流延设备制成热熔胶膜。
