Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型防刮伤离型膜,包括膜体,所述膜体主要由基材层、离型剂层、表面层和保护层组成,所述基材层的上下表面均设有离型剂层,所述离型剂层的表面设有表面层,所述基材层一侧表面的表面层上设有保护层,本发明通过在基材层的双面均设置离型剂层和表面层,使得离型膜具有良好的保护性,表面不易受损,并在膜体朝外的表面增加保护层,使得离型膜具有较高的强度,且利用保护层使其不易被划伤,且多层结构使其具有良好的耐磨性,通过在离型剂层的成分内添加离子液体抗静电剂、阻燃剂和紫外线阻隔剂,使得制成后的离型剂层具有阻燃、防紫外线、防静电的效果,从而使得离型膜具有良好的阻燃、防紫外线、防静电功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜技术领域,具体为一种新型防刮伤离型膜。
背景技术
离型膜,又称剥离膜、隔离膜、分离膜、阻胶膜、离形膜、薄膜、塑料薄膜、掩孔膜、硅油膜、硅油纸、防粘膜、型纸、打滑膜、天那纸、离型纸,离型膜是指薄膜表面能有区分的薄膜,离型膜与特定的材料在有限的条件下接触后不具有粘性,或轻微的粘性,通常情况下为了增加塑料薄膜的离型力,会将塑料薄膜做等离子处理,或涂氟处理,或涂硅(silicone)离型剂于薄膜材质的表层上,如PET、PE、OPP,等等;让它对于各种不同的有机压感胶可以表现出极轻且稳定的离型力,主要作用有隔离、填充、保护、易于剥离,广泛应用于多种产品的加工过程中,如电子电力,IT显示屏,手机、LCD/PDA、医疗、家电制造、防伪材料、半导体、汽车、铭板、陶瓷片制造、胶带生产及模切行业。
现有的离型膜表面只是具有单层离型剂层,在使用时,当硬物或者尖锐的物品划在表面上时,离型膜表面会出现划痕,影响其使用,再者,现有的离型膜表面在使用时容易产生静电,且不具有防紫外线的效果,使得离型膜表面功能单一,为此,我们提出一种新型防刮伤离型膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型防刮伤离型膜,以解决上述背景技术中现有的离型膜表面只是具有单层离型剂层,在使用时,当硬物或者尖锐的物品划在表面上时,离型膜表面会出现划痕,影响其使用,再者,现有的离型膜表面在使用时容易产生静电,且不具有防紫外线的效果,使得离型膜表面功能单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型防刮伤离型膜,包括膜体,所述膜体主要由基材层、离型剂层、表面层和保护层组成,所述基材层的上下表面均设有离型剂层,所述离型剂层的表面设有表面层,所述基材层一侧表面的表面层上设有保护层。
优选的,所述离型剂层由以下重量份组成:
PET86~102份、PP12~17份、二氧化钛12~16份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3~6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10~25份、聚乙二醇11~22份、乙醇13~24份、水20~44份、离子液体抗静电剂2~8份、阻燃剂1~6份、有机溶剂3~7份、紫外线阻隔剂2~6份、消泡剂0.2~0.6份、润滑剂0.8~1.5份、增韧剂0.2~1.2份、增强剂0.4~1.2份、表面滑爽剂0.1~0.5份。
优选的,所述离型剂层由以下重量份组成:
PET90份、PP15份、二氧化钛14份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯17份、聚乙二醇15份、乙醇18份、水30份、离子液体抗静电剂5份、阻燃剂3份、有机溶剂5份、紫外线阻隔剂4份、消泡剂0.4份、润滑剂1.2份、增韧剂0.7份、增强剂0.8份、表面滑爽剂0.3份。
优选的,所述离型剂层由以下重量份组成:
PET100份、PP16份、二氧化钛15份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯23份、聚乙二醇20份、乙醇23份、水39份、离子液体抗静电剂7份、阻燃剂5份、有机溶剂6份、紫外线阻隔剂5份、消泡剂0.5份、润滑剂1.3份、增韧剂1.1份、增强剂1.1份、表面滑爽剂0.4份。
优选的,所述紫外线阻隔剂由复合紫外吸收剂、水杨酸酯类化合物、二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物组成,且复合紫外吸收剂、水杨酸酯类化合物、二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物按10:2:4:1的比例混合。

本发明提供了一种新型防刮伤离型膜,具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过在基材层的双面均设置离型剂层和表面层,使得离型膜具有良好的保护性,表面不易受损,并在膜体朝外的表面增加保护层,使得离型膜具有较高的强度,且利用保护层使其不易被划伤,且多层结构使其具有良好的耐磨性。
(2)本发明通过在离型剂层的成分内添加离子液体抗静电剂、阻燃剂和紫外线阻隔剂,使得制成后的离型剂层具有阻燃、防紫外线、防静电的效果,从而使得离型膜具有良好的阻燃、防紫外线、防静电功能。

需要说明的是,一种新型防刮伤离型膜,在工作时,通过在基材层2内外表面均设置离型剂层3,并在离型剂层3上设置表面层4,使得基材层2双面均设置离型剂层3和表面层4,改变传统单面设置,该种结构使得离型膜具有良好的保护性,表面不易受损,并在膜体1朝外的表面增加保护层5,使得离型膜具有较高的强度,且利用保护层5使其不易被划伤,通过在离型剂层3的成分内添加离子液体抗静电剂、阻燃剂和紫外线阻隔剂,使得制成后的离型剂层具有阻燃、防紫外线、防静电的效果,从而使得离型膜具有良好的阻燃、防紫外线、防静电功能。

5.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防刮伤离型膜,其特征在于:所述紫外线阻隔剂由复合紫外吸收剂、水杨酸酯类化合物、二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物组成,且复合紫外吸收剂、水杨酸酯类化合物、二苯甲酮类化合物、苯并三唑类化合物按10:2:4:1的比例混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防刮伤离型膜,其特征在于:所述离型剂层(3)的厚度为0.5~1.3微米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防刮伤离型膜,其特征在于:所述表面层(4)的厚度为0.2~0.3微米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防刮伤离型膜,其特征在于:所述保护层(5)的厚度为的1~2微米。
