The hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the forsythia fruit extract, the pueraria lobata extract, the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, the ginkgo biloba leaf extract, the asiatic pennywort leaf extract and the ganoderma atrum extract in the forsythia fruit extract: wild kudzu root extract: rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract: ginkgo leaf extract: centella asiatica leaf extract: and (3) the ganoderma atrum extract is (1-3): (2-4): (1-3): (1-3): (0.5-1.5): (1-4).

The hair care composition according to claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the forsythia fruit extract, the pueraria lobata extract, the rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, the ginkgo biloba leaf extract, the asiatic pennywort leaf extract and the ganoderma atrum extract in the forsythia fruit extract: wild kudzu root extract: rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract: ginkgo leaf extract: centella asiatica leaf extract: and (3) the ganoderma atrum extract is (1-3): (2-4): (1-3): (1-3): (0.5-1.2): 4.
4. the hair care cosmetic is characterized by comprising 1-5 wt% of forsythia suspense fruit extract, 1-5 wt% of wild pueraria extract, 1-5 wt% of rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, 1-5 wt% of ginkgo leaf extract, 0.1-2 wt% of asiatic centella leaf extract and 1-5 wt% of ganoderma atrum extract.

The hair care cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein the hair care cosmetic comprises 1-3% by weight of forsythia suspensa fruit extract, 2-4% by weight of pueraria lobata extract, 1-3% by weight of rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, 1-3% by weight of ginkgo biloba extract, 0.5-1.5% by weight of centella asiatica leaf extract and 1-4% by weight of ganoderma atrum extract.

A hair care cosmetic according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that it further comprises, in weight percent, 5% to 10% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 1% to 5% of glycerin, 1% to 5% of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.5% to 10% of water-soluble pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide and 0.5% to 10% of water-soluble diaminopyrimidine oxide.
7. The hair care cosmetic according to claim 6, further comprising 1 to 5% of ginseng root water, 0.1 to 5% of tetrapeptide palmitic acid-20, 1 to 5% of fleece-flower root extract, 0.1 to 1% of lactic acid and 0.1 to 1% of menthol by weight.
8. The hair care cosmetic according to claim 7, further comprising, by weight, 25 to 30% of oleic acid, 8 to 10% of TWEEN 80, 8 to 10% of ethanol and the balance water.
9. The hair care cosmetic according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the hair care cosmetic is an emulsion having an average particle diameter of 40 to 55nm and a pH of 5.5 to 6.0.
10. A process for the preparation of a hair care cosmetic according to claim 8 or 9, which comprises the steps of:
(1) evenly mixing oleic acid and tween-80 according to a weight ratio to obtain an oil phase;
(2) dissolving glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, water-soluble pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide, water-soluble diaminopyrimidine oxide, folium Ginkgo extract, Ginseng radix water, folium Centellae extract, tetrapeptide palmitic acid-20, Polygoni Multiflori radix extract and Ganoderma extract in distilled water; simultaneously, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil is used for solubilizing menthol, forsythia suspense fruit extract, kudzu root extract and rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract until the mixture is transparent, and then the mixture is added into a water phase;
(3) slowly dropwise adding the water phase into the oil phase at room temperature, simultaneously dropwise adding co-emulsifier ethanol, magnetically stirring, and ultrasonically removing bubbles until the solution is a clear thick liquid;
(4) adding lactic acid to adjust the pH value to 5.5-6.0 to obtain the microemulsion of the cosmetic composition which can be transdermally absorbed and has the effects of blackening hair and preventing alopecia.
