Abstract
The invention provides a composition with whitening, wrinkle-removing and moisturizing effects, which consists of a Chinese knotweed extract, rose hydrosol, allantoin, nicotinamide, propylene glycol, rose essential oil, EDTA and water. The invention has soft texture, no stimulation to skin, long-term use, safety and effectiveness. The whitening cream contains whitening components, can make the skin glow, can effectively remove wrinkles, improve the skin aging condition and effectively lock the moisture of the skin cuticle, thereby keeping the skin moist and preventing the skin from being rough.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetic skin care, in particular to a composition with effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing, a preparation method and a use method.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people seek more diversified ways for beauty, and have higher attention on whitening skin care products developed by natural medicines. At present, the new generation of whitening skin care products pay more attention to compounding of various whitening active substances to generate a synergistic effect. The whitening components extracted from Chinese herbal medicines are gradually hot in the cosmetic industry due to the characteristics of mild skin, small irritation, stable drug property, high safety, lasting drug efficacy and the like.
In recent years, Chinese knotweed has started to be applied to health food and traditional medicine industries, in particular to the preparation of medicines for resisting inflammation, easing pain and detoxifying, but the application of Chinese knotweed in the aspect of cosmetic whitening is rarely reported.
At present, a composition which takes Chinese knotweed as a raw material and has the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing is not found.

The invention aims to provide a composition with the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing, a preparation method and a using method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a composition with whitening, wrinkle-removing and moisturizing effects, which consists of a Chinese knotweed extract, rose hydrosol, allantoin, nicotinamide, propylene glycol, rose essential oil, EDTA and water.
Preferably, the composition consists of 50-60 wt% of Chinese knotweed extract, 10-15 wt% of rose hydrosol, 4-8 wt% of allantoin, 3-4 wt% of nicotinamide, 1-2 wt% of propylene glycol, 2-3 wt% of rose essential oil, 1-2 wt% of EDTA and water which are supplemented to 100 wt%.
In one embodiment, the composition consists of 50 wt% of kadsura root extract, 15 wt% of rose hydrosol, 4 wt% of allantoin, 4 wt% of nicotinamide, 2 wt% of propylene glycol, 3 wt% of rose essential oil, 1 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
In one embodiment, the composition consists of 55 wt% of kadsura root extract, 10 wt% of rose hydrosol, 6 wt% of allantoin, 3 wt% of nicotinamide, 1 wt% of propylene glycol, 2 wt% of rose essential oil, 2 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
In one embodiment, the composition consists of 60 wt% of kadsura root extract, 10 wt% of rose hydrosol, 8 wt% of allantoin, 3 wt% of nicotinamide, 1 wt% of propylene glycol, 2 wt% of rose essential oil, 1 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition with the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 30-35 parts of Chinese knotweed herb powder into 10-15 times of water, extracting for 45-60 min at 90-100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate a; adding water with the amount being 10-15 times of that of the second time, extracting for 30-50 min at 90-100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.3-0.5 g/mL to obtain a Chinese knotweed extract;
(2) adding water with the temperature of 40-50 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring;
(3) sequentially adding the Chinese knotweed extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 25-35 min;
(4) sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 15-25 min;
(5) and sequentially adding rose hydrosol, continuously stirring for 10-15 min, and stopping stirring to obtain the rose essence.
In some of these embodiments, the method comprises the steps of:
(1) adding 30 parts of Chinese knotweed herb powder into 15 times of water, extracting for 45min at 100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate a; adding 10 times of water for the second time, extracting at 100 deg.C for 30min, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.5g/mL to obtain the Chinese knotweed extract;
(2) adding water with the temperature of 40 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring;
(3) sequentially adding the Chinese knotweed extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 25 min;
(4) sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 15 min;
(5) sequentially adding rose hydrosol, stirring for 10min, and stopping stirring.
In some of these embodiments, the method comprises the steps of:
(1) adding 35 parts of Chinese knotweed herb powder into 15 times of water, extracting for 60min at 90 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate a; adding 10 times of water for the second time, extracting at 90 deg.C for 50min, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.3g/mL to obtain the Chinese knotweed extract;
(2) adding water with the temperature of 50 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring;
(3) sequentially adding the Chinese knotweed extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 35 min;
(4) sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 25 min;
(5) sequentially adding rose hydrosol, stirring for 15min, and stopping stirring.
The invention also provides a use method of the composition with the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing, wherein the composition is used every day for at least 4 weeks.
Preferably, the method is such that the composition is administered daily for at least 8 weeks.
The medicinal herb of Chinese knotweed used in the invention is dry overground part of Chinese knotweed (Polygonum chinense L.) which is a polygonaceae plant.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention has soft texture, no stimulation to skin, long-term use, safety and effectiveness.

Data analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 statistical software. Values at 0, 2, 4 and 8 weeks were compared using the t-test or rank-sum test and subjected to significance analysis. P < 0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.
Fifth, experimental results
1. Stratum corneum moisture content test

As can be seen from table 2, the moisture content of the stratum corneum after the test period in the test subjects used the example 1 group showed a tendency to increase, and at weeks 4 and 8, the example 1 group data was higher than the comparative group, but there was no significant difference, but at week 8 was significantly higher than the moisture content of the stratum corneum just after use, and there was no significant difference in the comparative group.
2. Skin roughness test

The skin roughness Sa value represents the arithmetic mean of the height of each point in the test range, and the lower the index value, the smaller the skin roughness and the smoother the skin. As can be seen from table 3, the skin roughness Sa value of the subject showed a decreasing trend after using the example 1 group in the test period, and started to be lower than that of the comparative example group at weeks 4 and 8, but there was no significant difference; at week 8, however, the skin roughness Sa after use of example 1 was already significantly lower than that immediately after use, and was not significantly different by the comparative example group.
3. Wrinkle volume test

The wrinkle volume value represents the volume size of wrinkles in the analysis area, and the lower the index value, the smaller the wrinkle volume and the fewer wrinkles. As can be seen from table 4, the wrinkle volume values tended to decrease after the subjects used the example 1 group during the test period and began to fall below the comparative example group at weeks 4 and 8, but there was no significant difference; at week 8, however, the wrinkle volume value after use of example 1 was already significantly lower than that immediately after use, and no significant difference was observed in the comparative example.
4. Wrinkle area ratio test

As can be seen from table 5, the wrinkle area of the subjects used the example 1 group tended to decrease during the test period, and no significant difference was observed between the example 1 group and the comparative example group, but the wrinkle area was already significantly lower at week 8 than at the beginning of the use of example 1, and no significant difference was observed between the comparative example group and the comparative example group.

Claims (9)
1. The composition with the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing is characterized by comprising 50-60 wt% of Chinese knotweed extract, 10-15 wt% of rose hydrosol, 4-8 wt% of allantoin, 3-4 wt% of nicotinamide, 1-2 wt% of propylene glycol, 2-3 wt% of rose essential oil, 1-2 wt% of EDTA and 100 wt% of water.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition consists of 50 wt% of kadsura root extract, 15 wt% of rose hydrosol, 4 wt% of allantoin, 4 wt% of nicotinamide, 2 wt% of propylene glycol, 3 wt% of rose essential oil, 1 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition consists of 55 wt% of kadsura root extract, 10 wt% of rose hydrosol, 6 wt% of allantoin, 3 wt% of nicotinamide, 1 wt% of propylene glycol, 2 wt% of rose essential oil, 2 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition consists of 60 wt% of turkey mother extract, 10 wt% of rose hydrosol, 8 wt% of allantoin, 3 wt% of nicotinamide, 1 wt% of propylene glycol, 2 wt% of rose essential oil, 1 wt% of EDTA, and water supplemented to 100 wt%.
5. A method for preparing the composition with whitening, wrinkle-removing and moisturizing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding 30-35 parts of Chinese knotweed herb powder into 10-15 times of water, extracting for 45-60 min at 90-100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate a; adding water with the amount being 10-15 times of that of the second time, extracting for 30-50 min at 90-100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; and combining the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.3-0.5 g/mL to obtain the leonurus kamtschaticus extract.
(2) Adding water with the temperature of 40-50 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring.
(3) And (2) sequentially adding the charred coal extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 25-35 min.
(4) Sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 15-25 min.
(5) And sequentially adding rose hydrosol, continuously stirring for 10-15 min, and stopping stirring to obtain the rose essence.
6. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
(1) adding 30 parts of Chinese knotweed herb powder into 15 times of water, extracting for 45min at 100 ℃, and filtering to obtain filtrate a; adding 10 times of water for the second time, extracting at 100 deg.C for 30min, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.5g/mL to obtain the Chinese knotweed extract;
(2) adding water with the temperature of 40 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring;
(3) sequentially adding the Chinese knotweed extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 25 min;
(4) sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 15 min;
(5) sequentially adding rose hydrosol, stirring for 10min, and stopping stirring.
7. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
adding 10 times of water for the second time, extracting at 90 deg.C for 50min, and filtering to obtain filtrate b; mixing the two filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 0.3g/mL to obtain the Chinese knotweed extract;
(2) adding water with the temperature of 50 ℃ according to the formula proportion into a preparation container, and starting stirring;
(3) sequentially adding the Chinese knotweed extract obtained in the step (1), allantoin and propylene glycol, and continuously stirring for 35 min;
(4) sequentially adding nicotinamide, rose essential oil and EDTA, and continuously stirring for 25 min;
(5) sequentially adding rose hydrosol, stirring for 15min, and stopping stirring.
8. A method for using a composition with the effects of whitening, removing wrinkles and moisturizing, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the composition is administered daily for at least 4 weeks.
9. Use according to claim 8, characterized in that the method is: the composition is administered daily for at least 8 weeks.
