Abstract
The invention relates to a bactericidal regulator containing alginate oligosaccharides and pyraclostrobin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the bactericidal regulator comprises the following compounds in percentage by mass: 10-50% of alginate-derived oligosaccharide, 10-70% of pyraclostrobin and 10-30% of cosolvent, wherein the cosolvent comprises a known dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, an emulsifying agent, an adhesive and a disintegrating agent. The bactericidal regulator prepared by mixing the pyraclostrobin and the alginate-derived oligosaccharide can effectively protect the pyraclostrobin under the condition of not influencing the activity of the medicine, improve the stability of the pyraclostrobin and prolong the lasting period.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization regulators, in particular to a sterilization regulator containing alginate oligosaccharides and pyraclostrobin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pyraclostrobin (pyraclotrobin), namely chlorothalonil and Pyraclostrobin, is a beta-methoxy acrylate bactericide, has triple effects of protection, treatment and eradication, destroys energy synthesis of pathogenic bacteria by inhibiting respiratory action of the pathogenic bacteria, and is one of agricultural bactericides with the largest usage and the largest sale in the world. Pyraclostrobin has extremely low solubility (1.9g/L) in water, is sensitive to light in aqueous solution, is easy to cause photolysis failure in the preparation and storage processes, and is short in growth period and high in planting density of crops and particularly easy to cause fungal diseases due to the fact that a large amount of out-of-season vegetables and early-maturing fruits are planted at present. Pyraclostrobin is used as a special medicament, and is particularly easy to be used in excess amount and frequently by planters. Thus accelerating the development of disease resistance.

The invention is further configured to: the sterilization regulator consists of the following compounds in percentage by mass: 50% of alginate oligosaccharide, 40% of pyraclostrobin and 10% of cosolvent.
The invention is further configured to: the sterilization regulator consists of the following compounds in percentage by mass: 10% of alginate oligosaccharide, 70% of pyraclostrobin and 20% of cosolvent.
A preparation method of a bactericidal regulator containing brown alginate oligosaccharides and pyraclostrobin comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a brown algae oligosaccharide solution: cleaning kelp with clear water, pulping into kelp pulp in a pulping machine, adjusting pH to 7-9, adding alginate lyase produced by fermenting strain XS1412C, and stirring for enzymolysis at 25-35 deg.C for 5-13 h; centrifugally separating the kelp residue which is not subjected to enzymolysis, and collecting supernatant to obtain high-purity brown algae oligosaccharide solution;
(2) preparing pyraclostrobin solution: heating and melting pyraclostrobin, and dissolving the pyraclostrobin in a mixed solvent at 0-60 ℃ to prepare a pyraclostrobin solution;
(3) and (3) uniformly mixing the brown algae oligosaccharide solution prepared in the step (1) and the step (2) with the pyraclostrobin solution, then adding a cosolvent, stirring and mixing, and adjusting the pH value to 7-9 to finish the preparation of the sterilization regulator.

The bactericidal regulator can be made into wet dispersant, suspending agent, dust agent, paste, smoke agent, granule, tablet, dry suspending agent, water suspending agent and sustained release agent.

(1) preparing a brown algae oligosaccharide solution: cleaning kelp with clear water, pulping into kelp pulp in a pulping machine, adjusting pH to 7-9, adding alginate lyase produced by fermenting strain XS1412C, and stirring for enzymolysis at 25-35 deg.C for 5-13 h; centrifugally separating the kelp residue which is not subjected to enzymolysis, and collecting supernatant to obtain high-purity brown algae oligosaccharide solution;
(2) preparing pyraclostrobin solution: heating and melting pyraclostrobin, and dissolving the pyraclostrobin in a mixed solvent at 0-60 ℃ to prepare a pyraclostrobin solution;
(3) and (3) uniformly mixing the brown algae oligosaccharide solution prepared in the step (1) and the step (2) with the pyraclostrobin solution, then adding a cosolvent, stirring and mixing, and adjusting the pH value to 7-9 to finish the preparation of the sterilization regulator.
