Abstract

本发明一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,用极少量的胶水粘接钕铁硼磁粉,并用耐高温膜在高温高压下塑封,经高温高压塑封后,提升了整体磁块的致密度,并且可以减少永磁材料在使用过程中磁粉的损耗,提升磁体的性能,延长磁体的使用寿命,该方法能够以简单的工艺提高和较低的成本提升磁体性能的同时提高磁体的耐用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及磁体的生产领域,尤其是一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法。
背景技术
永磁材料是指在外界磁场磁化后,磁场去除后仍然可以提供稳定磁场的材料。作为一种重要的功能性材料,它已经广泛的应用在国防军工、医疗器械、仪器仪表、能源交通等众多领域。而稀土永磁材料作为其中重要的一员,自 20 世纪 60 年代发现以来,由于其优异的磁性能迅速的推动永磁材料的发展。稀土永磁材料虽然价格较昂贵,但是其综合磁性能远远的超过传统的永磁材料。磁性能的飞速提升,极大的促进磁性器件的小型化、轻质化和高效化发展,稀土永磁材料已经成为社会进步的重要物质基础之一。
通过在传统的永磁材料添加钕铁硼磁粉等价格低廉的高熔点稀土氧化物, 如果能有效的改善磁体的力学性能,那么钐钴永磁体在加工和使用过程中的很多问题都会随之得到解决,磁体的加工成本降低,使用寿命延长。并且若磁性能有所提高,那么此类磁体的应用范围必将进一步扩大, 例如一些精密磁性仪器仪表、高速电机、轨道交通等领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进完善现有技术,提供一种可进一步提升磁体的性能、延长磁体的使用寿命的提升永磁材料磁性能的方法。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,包括以下步骤,
使用磁铁专用胶水与钕铁硼磁粉混合均匀,后使用耐高温膜在温度为100℃-400℃,压力为100Mpa-300Mpa条件下进行塑封,塑封后固化0.5h-1.5h,即可得产品。
优选,所述胶水为半透明粘稠液体,无机械杂质;固化时间min. 25℃:≤5;拉伸剪切强度MPa:≥18;抗冲强度kJ/m2:≥10。
优选,所述每200ul胶水与100g钕铁硼磁粉混合。胶水的用量过少会导致粘接性降低,在高温高压塑封过程中致密度不够高,影响磁体性能,而过多的胶水的引入会造成钕铁硼磁粉的含量下降,同样会使磁体的磁性降低。
优选,所述钕铁硼磁粉的性能如下:剩磁Br>900mt;矫顽力Hcb>550kA/m;内禀矫顽力Hcj>720kA/m;最大磁面积BHmax>120KJ/m3
优选,所述耐高温膜为聚酰亚胺膜。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
用极少量的胶水粘接钕铁硼磁粉,并用耐高温膜在高温高压下塑封,经高温高压塑封后,提升了整体磁块的致密度,此方法制备的粘接钕铁硼磁块密度可由原来的6.9g/cm3提高到7.7g/cm3,并且可以减少永磁材料在使用过程中磁粉的损耗,磁粉的损耗由原来的5%降低到2%,提升磁体的性能,磁能积由原13MGOe提高到15MGOe,延长磁体的使用寿命,使用寿命提高5%,该方法能够以简单的工艺提高和较低的成本提升磁体性能的同时提高磁体的耐用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并非实施例表述的范围。
实施例1,本发明一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,包括以下步骤,使用200ul磁铁专用胶水与100g钕铁硼磁粉混合均匀,后使用耐高温膜在温度为100℃,压力为100Mpa条件下进行塑封,塑封后固化1h,即可得产品。
所述胶水主要特点是:具有双组分,无需精确计量,表面无需严格处理;操作性好,适合于流水线操作;固化时间快,几分钟即可定位,1小时后即可达使用强度;粘接强度高,抗冲击性能好;可粘接材料广泛,抗冲击及剪切力强,耐候性佳。其性能指标为:半透明粘稠液体,无机械杂质;固化时间(min. 25℃):≤5;拉伸剪切强度(钢片×钢片.MPa):≥18;抗冲强度(kJ/m2):≥10。
所述钕铁硼磁粉的性能如下:剩磁(Br)>900(mt);矫顽力(Hcb)>550(kA/m);内禀矫顽力(Hcj)>720(kA/m);最大磁面积((BH)max)>120KJ/m3
所述耐高温膜为聚酰亚胺膜。聚酰亚胺,是综合性能最佳的有机高分子材料之一。其耐高温达400℃以上 ,长期使用温度范围-200~300℃,部分无明显熔点,具有高绝缘性能。聚酰亚胺具有优良的机械性能,未填充的塑料的抗张强度都在100Mpa以上,可以在高温高压条件下使用。此方法制得的粘接钕铁硼磁块密度可由原来的6.9g/cm3提高到7.7g/cm3,并且可以减少永磁材料在使用过程中磁粉的损耗,磁粉的损耗由原来的5%降低到2%,提升磁体的性能,磁能积由原13MGOe提高到15MGOe,延长磁体的使用寿命,使用寿命提高5%。
实施例2,本发明一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,包括以下步骤,使用,400ul磁铁专用胶水与200g钕铁硼磁粉混合均匀,后使用耐高温膜在温度为150℃,压力为120Mpa条件下进行塑封,塑封后固化1h,即可得产品。

1.一种提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
使用磁铁专用胶水与钕铁硼磁粉混合均匀,后使用耐高温膜在温度为100℃-400℃,压力为100Mpa-300Mpa条件下进行塑封,塑封后固化0.5h-1.5h,即可得产品。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,其特征在于:所述胶水为半透明粘稠液体,无机械杂质;固化时间min. 25℃:≤5;拉伸剪切强度MPa:≥18;抗冲强度kJ/m2:≥10。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的提升永磁材料磁性能的方法,其特征在于:所述每200ul胶水与100g钕铁硼磁粉混合。
