Description

Anti-wrinkle composition and application thereof in cosmetics
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-wrinkle composition and application thereof in cosmetics.
Background
Aging of human skin refers to the phenomenon of skin appearance, internal structure and function deterioration caused by exogenous or endogenous factors. The factors causing skin aging are many and can be roughly divided into two factors, namely internal factors and external factors: 1) extrinsic factors: damage of ultraviolet rays, action of gravity, wrong maintenance, improper diet, bad living habits and bad living environment; 2) intrinsic factors: age increase, autonomic nerve dysfunction, visceral dysfunction, endocrine disorders.
Oxidation is an important factor in these causes of aging, and is a cost for oxygen acquired by human respiration, and free radicals which cause aging are generated simultaneously with oxidation. Free radicals are an important factor causing skin damage and aging. The damage to the skin caused by excessive accumulation of free radicals is mainly shown as follows: the skin loses softness, the elasticity is reduced, and a series of aging manifestations such as wrinkles, dry cornification, no luster, reduction/oxidation of glutathione, excessive lipofuscin deposition and the like appear.
The reduced Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide composed of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine, the active component of the GSH is reduced glutathione which can participate in the oxidation-reduction process in vivo and can be freely and basically combined with the body so as to resist the damage of an oxidant to sulfydryl, protect protein containing sulfydryl and enzyme containing sulfydryl in a cell membrane from being damaged and delay skin aging. The radix Paeoniae extract can significantly improve the ratio of reduced/oxidized glutathione in human normal keratinocyte, thereby achieving the effect of anti-wrinkle.

The testing steps are as follows:
the subjects were divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each, and each of the 7 groups was used once a day in the morning, at noon and at night by applying 0.5mL to the face and gently looping until complete absorption.
The skin friction force and the skin elasticity of each user were measured by a skin measuring instrument (Derma-Expert MC760) at regular follow-up survey, and the skin was measured once every 10 days in one stage, and the test sites were cheeks on both sides.
The mean values of the skin parameters at the start of the experiment (D0), the mean values of the skin parameters at the 10 th day of the experiment (D10), and the mean values of the skin parameters at the 20 th day of the experiment (D20) were recorded for each group of volunteers, respectively, and the difference between the mean values of the skin parameters at the 10 th day of the experiment and at the start of the experiment (D10-D0) and the difference between the mean values of the skin parameters at the 20 th day of the experiment and at the 10 th day of the experiment (D20-D10) were calculated, resulting in tables 4 and 5 below.
Table 4: skin friction test results
Blank group Control group 1 Control group 2 Control group 3 Sample set 1 Sample set 2 Sample set 3

D20-D10 +1.28 -26.28 -18.52 -23.36 -46.43 61.23 56.28
In combination with Table 4, the smaller the values of D10-D0, D20-D10, the smoother the skin and the shallower the wrinkles. Therefore, the control groups 1-3 and the sample groups 1-3 can play a role in improving the skin, and the improvement of the sample groups 1-3 on the skin is obviously stronger than that of the control groups 1-3. Thus, by combining the radix paeoniae extract, carnosine and the snake venom-like tripeptide, the three synergistically act to improve the skin, resulting in an effect of 1+1+1 > 3.
In addition, the improvement of the skin was the greatest in sample group 2 among sample groups 1 to 3.

In combination with Table 5, the larger the values of D10-D0, D20-D10, the better the skin elasticity.
